Your complaint has been successfully registered and your service ticket number is 3667156. You can use this ticket number to follow up on the status of your query.We are doing our best to provide the seamless customer experience for you and we will respond to your service ticket as soon as we can – usually within 48 hours (between Monday to Saturday).
The following are the next steps of the process:
• A response from our customer service executive after verifying the invoice and warranty claim will be sent to you.
• After approval, pickup with courier partner name and AWB number for your product unit will be initiated provided your registered pin-code must be serviceable.
• As soon as the product unit received at our service hub we will communicate to you and the we will check the issue of the product unit.
• After the checking is completed we will issue a replacement unit for your product unit
Once pickup of your product unit is initiated, please make sure of the following points are taken care of-
* Pack your product unit in any small box before handing it over to our courier partners to avoid physical damage during transit
* Do not hand-over Product box, product accessories, invoice to our courier partner
We understand how important your Rockerz 335 is in your everyday routine for
enjoying music and attending meetings online.
However, we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335 is temporarily
discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the
same for warranty replacement purposes.
As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 385
V2 (“upgraded product”) which has a 40 Hours battery backup, premium build and
higher selling price.
In case of any queries, please revert back to this mail within 48 hours.
In case no response is received within 48 hours, it will be deemed as if, you have
given your confirmation for the same and we will ship the upgraded product to
your registered address.
But more than 20 days have been passed, I have not received my unit.
A lot of reminders were put on mails but no reply from boat team side.
