          I ordered Bluetooth earphone rockerz255pro+ on 07.09.2021 with orderid-777536 but even today i.e 30.10.2021 I did get the delivery not any refund. Please help, I had already mailed to customer care but got no help.

            Your complaint has been successfully registered and your service ticket number is 3667156. You can use this ticket number to follow up on the status of your query.We are doing our best to provide the seamless customer experience for you and we will respond to your service ticket as soon as we can – usually within 48 hours (between Monday to Saturday).
            The following are the next steps of the process:
            • A response from our customer service executive after verifying the invoice and warranty claim will be sent to you.
            • After approval, pickup with courier partner name and AWB number for your product unit will be initiated provided your registered pin-code must be serviceable.
            • As soon as the product unit received at our service hub we will communicate to you and the we will check the issue of the product unit.
            • After the checking is completed we will issue a replacement unit for your product unit
            Once pickup of your product unit is initiated, please make sure of the following points are taken care of-
            * Pack your product unit in any small box before handing it over to our courier partners to avoid physical damage during transit
            * Do not hand-over Product box, product accessories, invoice to our courier partner
            We understand how important your Rockerz 335 is in your everyday routine for
            enjoying music and attending meetings online.

            However, we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335 is temporarily
            discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the
            same for warranty replacement purposes.

            As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 385
            V2 (“upgraded product”) which has a 40 Hours battery backup, premium build and
            higher selling price.

            In case of any queries, please revert back to this mail within 48 hours.

            In case no response is received within 48 hours, it will be deemed as if, you have
            given your confirmation for the same and we will ship the upgraded product to
            your registered address.

            But more than 20 days have been passed, I have not received my unit.

            A lot of reminders were put on mails but no reply from boat team side.

                  Sir i have returned my earphone on 23 September to company after they were showing power on defect.ticket no 3482806.

                  Now nearly 1 and half month has been passed but no action has been taken on my complaint.they says every time that we will dispatch your earphone in 3 days but no action is taken.
                  I also emailed them several times.but they are giving next and next week dates.
                  Their customer care executive also blocked my registered phone number.now i have to call them from different number every time.

                  No updates are showing on boat complaint status website after 29 September.

                  Please take immediate action in this regard.

                    BOAT ROCKERZ 338 BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES given at service center on 13 th oct 2021 and approved new on 16 th oct 2021

                    but till now, i have not received my headphones, while contact with customer care they are saying that product was not there inventory

                    and they are saying that choose another model from boat rocker bluetooth headphones,

                    but i have purchased boat rockerz 338 bluetooth headphone Rs.1699/- and the customer care people told products are less price which they offered me

                    how can i choose,

                    i want my headphones or else refund me the amount

                        I have placed an order for boAt airdopes on 10th of October and my delivery was supposed to be delivered by 16th October, then got delayed to 20th October (due to covid-19 which I totally understand) and the day on 20th they suddenly changed the date of delivery to 27th of October. I have had an urgent delivery of gifting purpose and hence I have ordered accordingly.
                        The tracking record shows it has reached my city but is put on hold! And then the company shows it still havnt left their warehouse!
                        I have tried reaching the customer care and they told me I will receive my package by 28th October but when I tried reaching them they again told me that the shiprocket is not delivering to my address right now!!! Then why did they confirm my order in the first place? There is no update of my delivery as well from Shiprocket.
                        Now today on 29th October neither is the company picking up my calls nor am I receiving any more updates of my order on the tracking link.
                        My order is prepaid and I cannot reach out to them no matter what.

                          My soundbar was not working from past 4 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request (3391630, 3168426, 3779757) & called 8 to 10 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited to my home & they changed board 2 to 3 times but it was no use still my soundbar was down. After that there was no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side. Finally somehow engineer has resolved issue 10 days back now my soundbar is working fine.
                          Now the thing is that my Boat device warranty is going to end in next month I have waited more than 4 months to resolve issue & 4 months warrant period I have lost. After purchasing the produce if I doesn't utilize warranty period what’s the use of it. My request is that plz help me to extend my boat device warranty for next 4 months. So that I can utilize warranty period.

                                    I have placed an order (No. 971068) for a Boat Bluetooth speaker "Stone 1200" yesterday on the boat's official website. I have also made the payment but I am yet to receive the "Tracking details/link".
                                    Now I can understand that why people prefer ordering using Amazon/Flipkart in spite of the boat's official website. Don't know, when they will be sharing the details. Even the mail I received (regarding the order placed ) is from [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com.

                                      I bought boat bluetooth headphone before one month but it is not working before one week I oderd in my native place tirupur but there is no service centre when I went to Coimbatore I went to Evershine tech system on 25.10.2021 at 2.45pm they told to come after onehour I couldn't go at that time and went next day 26.10.2021 at 6.45pm they told me boat service hours Is over and come tomorrow I asked why u not explained me this timing beforeday they asked me why u not asked and their customer behaviour is too bad and I felt shame to be a boat brand customer and bought OnePlus brand headphone I didn't expect these shamefull service from boat . I will not promote boat brand I will depromte this brand by customer service to shame to write this thanks
