But recently I am facing some problem.
When connected with my laptop, it is able to connect propely but buttons are not working.
I want to return the product with full refund.
Pl. note the product is within warranty

          My product Boat Rockerz 238 blue is not working. It is purchased on 22nd of Aug 2021 and it gets worse and stop working within 2 months. We have requested in service centre(Ghatkopar M-Tech) from last one month but still not found any resolution. We have been visited 3 times, still not resolved the issue not received any fine answered.

          Warranty will be expired with this kind of services.

          Your response will be highly appreciated.

                I had purchased Boat Bluetooth wireless headsets rockers 255 pro teal green from Myntra on 21St October 2021, And I recieved it on 23 rd October 2021. Before it was working properly but yesterday when I switched it on it was not getting switched on. I checked if it charged properly but it's fully charged and it's not getting switched on. So please help me with this issue as to what can be done. Please revert back.

                            I complained about my earphone on18 October bcs of the distorted sound and requested for replacement the company boy took my earphone and not delivered yet and they also massaged me about changing the earphone with a cheap earphone is this a jock I want my earphone back as soon as possible and in a good condition

                              I was purchased boat rockerz 335 (offer prize ₹1999). It was complaint one side speaker loose connection.and i was send to claim warranty(complaint no.3838189). They told rockerz335 not available and they can only give boat rockerz 330 model(offer prize ₹899), that is not fare. I want same item or refund.or boat 330 and other headset extra.i was send a detailed mail to boat company(imaginemarketing)and call to customer care no satisfied replay get. Iwant help and justice

                                It stopped working after 2 months of buying! Since I am a working professional I wasn’t getting time to go service centre and exchange!
                                I went once they sent me back saying they dint have stock. I went again they gave me a lose piece and not the fresh and packed one! I tried using it after 20 mins the charging was over and after keeping it for charge for 4 hours it had still no sound! It was so pissing! I went again to centre they again gave me a lose piece and. I again tried charging but the buds had too much charging issue and audio issues!

                                I would never take boat products ever in my life! The worst brand I have ever known! Now all I want is to refund my money or give me a fresh piece from company warehouse directly!

                                I bought it on May 2021
                                And warranty finishes on May 2022
