I ordered boat earbuds from their official website on October 23, 2021 which was to be delivered by them on October 25, 2021. On tracking the product through delivery agent, the status shows product missing in audit. Despite tracking with boat & delivery agent for 7 continuous days I asked for refund when the product is still not delivered, the refused for the same too. I was not aware that such a big company is involved in such fraudulent activities. The customer care at boat are very much inefficient and they have no access to any information. I think we have more information than them. Specially Abhivek, the senior executive on call kept on repeating the same thing as I have called a recorded line. The customer care is pathetic. They don't have access to delivery partner even after 7 days. I don't understand how common people can contact them.
Request you all to be aware & don't buy boat products ever.
