I have purchased boat bassheads 100 earphones from Amazon on 12th July 2021. But now it's one side is not working properly. So I want to replace the same item as it is covered by warranty. Can you please provide me details regarding how to replace it?

    Same day order cancelled on 25oct2021. almost one month has been passed but didn't get my refund back.
    Called customer service to several times but problem not resolved also there attitude were so disrespectful.
    Very disappointed with the BOAT customer service.

      I give my boat party 20 15w speaker with ticket number 3389884. And in starting service centre say to me "provide soon" but now not give satisfying ans to me and i have very tired from this process because service centre picup call above to 30 min.
      And till to time i have not recive my product and information.

          My phone volume is fully fulled but when I connect to my earbud thier is hearing issue and it contain's low pitch sound .so, please send a men to see this situation or kindly get it replaced .

            I have given complaint for airdopes 443 ticket no[protected] Instead of that i got airdopes 441 why ? . no proper customer care waited more than 10 minutes after that disconnected [protected] no and i have provided with box i didnt get what type service is this and what type a cheating is this any one please respond alteast

                    Now again i am facing the same issue...

                    Kindly improve the quality of your product or if by mistake you have given me the defected piece kindly give me good product, dont spoil the name of our company by giving such sub standard product.

                    Also you are spoiling the name of our country as you are branding it as make in India product.

                              My product Boat Rockerz 238 blue is not working. It is purchased on 22nd of Aug 2021 and it gets worse and stop working within 2 months. We have requested in service centre(Ghatkopar M-Tech) from last one month but still not found any resolution. We have been visited 3 times, still not resolved the issue not received any fine answered.

                              Warranty will be expired with this kind of services.

                              Your response will be highly appreciated.

                                    I had purchased Boat Bluetooth wireless headsets rockers 255 pro teal green from Myntra on 21St October 2021, And I recieved it on 23 rd October 2021. Before it was working properly but yesterday when I switched it on it was not getting switched on. I checked if it charged properly but it's fully charged and it's not getting switched on.
