    I have registered a complaint on my boat rockerz 335 bluetooth headset with warranty claim. They picked up the device and now its about 1 month, they didn't even replace my order.
    boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My problem is same they picked up my boat rockerz 335 and now its 1 month passed they didn't replace my order yet.

          Completely dissatisfied by boAt support system and care. Its already been like 20 days i havent got any update from them after 6th october. Afterwards everytime i call for assistance they come up with new excuses. And the main concern and hurtful was i was told previous week that my product was told: out of stock but informed later on that had been stocked and was dispatched on Saturday and will deliver on monday or tuesday or so by a assistant of you r team. Now today when I inquired I got to know that the stock itself is not there uh so she will raise a concern regarding this and I have to wait for 72 hours to get the concern solved.
          How am i going to believe this?
          Same excuse twice what is going on? Fooling around or wasting my time? How am I going to believe this after bogus and callous approach towards my concern
          I need an immediate response regarding this issue and also an explanation.

              I Purchased Boat rockerz 335 bluetooth neckband on amazon platform april month.After 3 months o[censored]sage that product will be not working.so i raised a warranty claim and they they replaced a product 335 model with smartbuds option on august.Within few weeks o[censored]sage that product stopped working automatically.So i was raised another warrenty claim on[protected].They came and collect that product within 10 days.But after that i receied an mail from them and they said that model 335 production stopped so they given me alternate model option.But im not happy with that model so im replied in mail im not like that so dont send me that product.After few days, they mailed me again and givened me 3 options for alternate.I Choosed one model but that also not received me.So i called customer care and they saidthey will solve soon.After that i received an mail like they said they will provide me another one model (same mail they sended me 1st).I Was not happy so i accepted that half-hearted on[protected].But till date[protected] i didnt received that product to me.every 2 days once i was called them and asking about this warrenty status.but all the customer care persons who are picking my calls said it will dispatch within 2 days sir.Last 2 weeks this same answer i received from them.Im really very much tired and im so so soo much not satisfied on boat customer care and their warrenty policy..Kindly taken any neccessary action to them.thanks.

                    I raised a replacement for my product Rockerz 335, ticket number : 3658949 which I raised on 7th Oct 2021, they picked up my product within 4 days. And also informed me that the Rockerz 335 product has been discontinued by boat and therefore they will provide me Rockerz 385v2 in replacement. But it has been more than 10 days since they picked up my product, but still my replacement product has not yet been dispatched.

                    My original product is not with me and its very difficult as I used the bluetooth earphones for my work from home.

                    I tried contacting via customer care but they always say that within 72 hours your product will be dispatched, and also they never respond to my emails also.

                    Kindly look after this and provide me a resolution ASAP.

                      I had paid for some earphone that i wanted to buy, payment was for rs.299 on 8th October. The amount was deducted from my bank account but no order details were received.

                      As per the company guidelines, I waited for 7 days for refund but didn't receive it. I've mailed the company thrice and called twice but there has been no action to my complaint.

                              The earphones turn on even inside the case and sometimes even if I turn them off manually they are still on.
                              Also, they don't connect automatically sometimes. I have to turn them on manually .
                              Moreover, the voice rises and slows down automatically.
