I raised a replacement for my product Rockerz 335, ticket number : 3658949 which I raised on 7th Oct 2021, they picked up my product within 4 days. And also informed me that the Rockerz 335 product has been discontinued by boat and therefore they will provide me Rockerz 385v2 in replacement. But it has been more than 10 days since they picked up my product, but still my replacement product has not yet been dispatched.
My original product is not with me and its very difficult as I used the bluetooth earphones for my work from home.
I tried contacting via customer care but they always say that within 72 hours your product will be dispatched, and also they never respond to my emails also.
Kindly look after this and provide me a resolution ASAP.
boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
