I have placed an order for boAt airdopes on 10th of October and my delivery was supposed to be delivered by 16th October, then got delayed to 20th October (due to covid-19 which I totally understand) and the day on 20th they suddenly changed the date of delivery to 27th of October. I have had an urgent delivery of gifting purpose and hence I have ordered accordingly.
The tracking record shows it has reached my city but is put on hold! And then the company shows it still havnt left their warehouse!
I have tried reaching the customer care and they told me I will receive my package by 28th October but when I tried reaching them they again told me that the shiprocket is not delivering to my address right now!!! Then why did they confirm my order in the first place? There is no update of my delivery as well from Shiprocket.
Now today on 29th October neither is the company picking up my calls nor am I receiving any more updates of my order on the tracking link.
My order is prepaid and I cannot reach out to them no matter what.

    My soundbar was not working from past 4 months, i have raised 2 to 3 request (3391630, 3168426, 3779757) & called 8 to 10 times customer care, 2 to 3 engineers visited to my home & they changed board 2 to 3 times but it was no use still my soundbar was down. After that there was no proper response from customer care too, i was not expecting this from BOAT side. Finally somehow engineer has resolved issue 10 days back now my soundbar is working fine.
    Now the thing is that my Boat device warranty is going to end in next month I have waited more than 4 months to resolve issue & 4 months warrant period I have lost. After purchasing the produce if I doesn't utilize warranty period what’s the use of it. My request is that plz help me to extend my boat device warranty for next 4 months. So that I can utilize warranty period.

      My complaint number is 3522830 . I did complaint on 24/9/2021 issue of power on failure after that my product is picked up for service to service center on 4 October 2021 but now 29/10/2021 and my product is on service center for repair but no any update about my product . I'm randomly mailed to boat but no any responded fm boat . Plz help to return my product . and never I will buy boat product and no anyone suggest for buying BOAT'S

        I have purchased boat Strom watch on July 2 now it is not working properly nor connecting to device. It has a warenty of 12 months. Please look into it.

          On 8th Oct 2021 I have ordered Boat airdopes 621 and misfitT200 trimmer with an order id 913155. On Friday (15/10/2021, 3:32pm) I got a msg saying that my order was delivered without any phone call or any information. Since I was not in Bangalore I could not check anything. On 17/10/2021 I arrived at my home in bangalore and enquired at security about the same. He handed over the parcel to me, immediately I noticed that the pack was intact and when I opened I could notice that only the trimmer was there but airdopes were missing. immediately i noticed Boat over phone as well as over email with all the evidence like pictures and unboxing video.

          after multiple follow-up over email and phone not getting the proper response.

          when i spoke to boat customer care over phone, they committed send the product again. its very unfortunate that even after waiting form more than 10 days product not received and when i tried to contact them again over phone am not getting proper response and no reply to my emails.

          I would request your help in resolving this issue.

                Hello,
                I have placed an order (No. 971068) for a Boat Bluetooth speaker "Stone 1200" yesterday on the boat's official website. I have also made the payment but I am yet to receive the "Tracking details/link".
                Now I can understand that why people prefer ordering using Amazon/Flipkart in spite of the boat's official website. Don't know, when they will be sharing the details. Even the mail I received (regarding the order placed ) is from [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com.

                  I bought boat bluetooth headphone before one month but it is not working before one week I oderd in my native place tirupur but there is no service centre when I went to Coimbatore I went to Evershine tech system on 25.10.2021 at 2.45pm they told to come after onehour I couldn't go at that time and went next day 26.10.2021 at 6.45pm they told me boat service hours Is over and come tomorrow I asked why u not explained me this timing beforeday they asked me why u not asked and their customer behaviour is too bad and I felt shame to be a boat brand customer and bought OnePlus brand headphone I didn't expect these shamefull service from boat . I will not promote boat brand I will depromte this brand by customer service to shame to write this thanks

I have been calling the customer care service center no one is even answering the calls and they have gave 24 hrs spam time to return the product

                            I registered the complain for boat cable on 21 September 2021 .
                            The ticket ID is : 3489811
                            I received mail saying I've been offered upgraded product Rockerz 385
                            V2 on 14th October but no message from that day I've received. No reply to the mails I've been posting and also customer service number there is no status of the product. Its been a month and the check status of your warranty ticket is showing the old information only. Please kindly reply.

                              I have raised a ticket on 17 Oct for the manufacturer default on airdopes 443 here is the ticket 19th they have picked the return but still it is not in process state also there it is showing on 21 October 2021 ( Product has been inwarded at our service hub and is in testing phase now. It usually takes 2 business days to complete ) today is 27 October it's almost 5days is done from 21st October still I didn't received replacement I didn't expected boat customer services like this registered number [protected]. For the query I have try to contact customer care I have been waited for more then 11 hrs still I didn't connected

                                Dear sir/ ma'am

                                I am now seriously got annoy after getting no response from your service. I ordered Airdopes 441 from Amazon on January 2021. After few days it's left side airdope was not working. I sent an mail regarding it after that they fixed the product and return it. Then after few days same problem occurs again. Left side is not even charging. I sent mail against this almost 10 times but no positive response I got.

                                After getting frustrated I am sending you this mail. I seriously want my problem got fixed.

                                  Warranty ticket no: 3363686

                                  I purchased Boat Bass heads with a carrying case last year. The left earbud stopped working and since the warranty period hasn't expired I contacted customer care & raised an issue ticket.

                                  My faulty product was picked up and I was promised to provide either a repaired/replaced product. I haven't received the product but my ticket was marked closed. I have informed customer care about the same & dropped mail regarding the same to the mail address provided "[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com" on 11/10/21. There is no reply howsoever and my repeated pleas are ignored.

                                  I have informed customer care multiple times and their standard response is it will be informed to their higher-ups. However, still, the status is Closed and no update on it.

                                      I have purchased bluetooth headset of boat rockerzz 235v2 but I am unable to talk on a call with this headset there is a big connectivity issue I have also visited to customer care cetre they gave me new piece in place of my original piece but still same problem I am facing in this piece also I am very much disappointed by boat and by this model also. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      Please replace this model with the another one boat 255f pro+ model is very good in connectivity so please replace my warranty product with that model.

                                        I bought boat rockerz 335 smart buds in june 2021, after 3 month Oct 2021 my headphones were not power ON so I raised warranty complaint on Oct 08 2021.after approving courier took my product and sent to service centre in Oct 18 after 9 days still not updated my ticket number 3668178 please send my product to me
                                        I call boat warranty phone number and computer voice only replies (your product reached service center) only.I queries many to mail but not replying.
                                        Please service my product and receive to me.
