I purchased Boat Bass heads with a carrying case last year. The left earbud stopped working and since the warranty period hasn't expired I contacted customer care & raised an issue ticket.
My faulty product was picked up and I was promised to provide either a repaired/replaced product. I haven't received the product but my ticket was marked closed. I have informed customer care about the same & dropped mail regarding the same to the mail address provided "[protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com" on 11/10/21. There is no reply howsoever and my repeated pleas are ignored.
I have informed customer care multiple times and their standard response is it will be informed to their higher-ups. However, still, the status is Closed and no update on it.
