I have ordered boat storm watch from Flipkart on 7 th August, 2021. But I wa facing some problems with charging it so I registered the complaint regarding the same n I got it replaced on 16 October 2021.
But the watch which I got is not working properly also I got different colour that is blue n mine was black...
Please help ... I m extremely dissatisfied with the replaced product..It is of no use to me..
I hope u ll understand my problemn try to solve it at Ur earliest.

    No updates in ticket no 3536290 in more then 30 day for my boat 335 headset and I am accepting replacement model boat 385v2 also ... No updates in ticket so call many times to customer care she told after 48 hours it will update and am waiting more the 4 day and no response for mail aslo ..pls response me

            I bought a boat rockeez 335 smart buds edition from Amazon and that product was so bad that it only lasts for week, I have got two times replacement 1st from Amazon and 2nd from boAt and after that rockeez 335 dot discontinued becouse of that product having manufacturing problem and now I it got off and not turning on, 1 have send it for replacement they said they will give rockeez 385v2 for replacement of rockeez but nothing came and it's about 1 month
            I have mailed then 4to 5 time but no response and costumer is declining my calls, they're ignoring me

              I purchased boat airdopes 402 black nd returned it as they were defected. But I don't get my refund it 's been one month since the return of product nd status shows it is refunded.

                Boat rockerz 335 ocean blue is replaced into boat rockerz 385v2. But the product is not delivered yet and there is no response to my mails or calls to the customer care.

                  I have registered a complaint on my boat rockerz 335 bluetooth headset with warranty claim 17 sep 2021. They picked up the device and now its about 1 month, they didn't even replace my device
                  The boat team says that the complaint is resolved in 12 to 24 days but till now our product has not been sent back to us. We contacted the boat team.We tried several times to contact the boat team but did not get any reply, mailed, no reply, not response from customer care.
                  If you mail the team, then this auto-generate mail just comes. "Your request for escalation of your service ticket number 3451703 has been successfully sent to our team for an update and a possible resolution."
                  but no any update from team

                        I launched warranty replacement request as the device stopped working just with in a month of delivery, dey generated automated ticket and asked to return the device for inspection and replacement. After device was sent no email acknowledgement received from them for over 20 days and then post multiple calls dey sent email as device model not available they will send a different device. Post that no response and no device. They took the original as well and also did not send the replacement. Ticket # 3499925

                            I bought the stated product from amazon on 2 Aug 2021. After 1 month o[censored]sage the product got defected. I raised a complaint in boat website and they informed they will arrange for the replacement with another product. I asked them to confirm the service warranty of the replaced product and they confirmed the warranty will not be extended.

                            They are selling the defected products to the customer confirming the service warranty is about 1 year. After the product got defected they will provide the replacement with no service warranty. What a kind of service is this. They are literally looting the money. Soon they will lose their brand.

                                  1 month before bought boat wireless headphone. It's not working from day it's self so I did warranty claim . They took product still now I'm not received product . For that I registered consumer complaint 3048 871. Please help me as soon as possible
