Boat flash watch stopped charging, i handed over the watch at service center and you have sent the replacement. Here are the ticket details:

But in the delivered replacement there is no item. All are empty boxes, i didn't accept the delivery. I also posted these to you many times but no response. Do you really care about customers.
Item is missing in delivery.
I rejected the delivery AWD:[protected] as the product is fully opened and the boat product box seal is also open and the item is missing. I also shared the rejection letter with the delivery boy. Though I was asking the delivery boy while the delivery cotton box was open, he didn't allow me to touch it until I shared the delivery code. I see the delivery box is open and boat box seals are removed, when I opened the box I didn't see the watch. So, I refused to accept the delivery and also gave a rejection letter.
As is the shared delivery code, XpressBees are saying, they can't do anything and they forced me to accept the delivery, but i didn't accept it.
So, please do the needful.
