I had purchased Bosch front load washing Machine in November 2020. Frankly speaking it was only after three days the company technician had come for installation and that too after repeated calls. The technician had mentioned about extended warranty and the offer provided by the company for the same as diwali offer. Had purchased stand and cover for the quipment together which was rated as Rs2900/-and same was mentioned on the packing. He took the amount of the products and the extended warranty as Rs.5000/- that too in cash when we were ready to pay by cheque and was told that we would receive extended warranty letter from the co. By post. Being busy completely went out of our head, when remembered did call the authorised service centre of Mangalore Karnataka and enquiredto which they have replied negatively along with the technician who visited during installation one Mr Prajwal. Never thought we will be duped by an authorised service centre and it's technician and that too of a reputed company. Will never recommend the company to anyone in future and will never buy any products from the company .

In little over year, the motor of the mixer is having problem. When operating, it produces a weird sound and also there is a strong burnt smell. I had registered a complaint, the technicians came and said the motor was not in stock and that they will order it. They also promised to fix in 10 days. I have waited for over 2 weeks for resolving the complaint, but still the mixer is not fixed. It is in an unusable condition now. Highly incompetent...

Got thr new washing machinr however from last 3 days, there is no service installation support from Bosch. They did called up but nobody turned up. Now they are not even picking the phone

I had pathetic experience withBOSCH front load washing machine. Quality standard is very bad, it got rusting problem after purchase although they say its rust free when sell. After sales service is very bad, they only need money, it took almost 1 month to attend the problem. I had complaint under complaint number[protected] on 27th June but problem not resolved yet . As body got rust service team said this cannot be relpaced and and they changed outer body after making payment and send some unqualified person to change the body, he is not even the engineering after that machine stop working and problem with short circuit and BOSCH team said this is your problem and you to change the electrical box with extra payment. BIG NO NO to buy bosch products. TOTALLY unprofessional and they need only money no after saes service ...

On a great regret I am composing this mail, having believed in BOSCH company, as good brand, bought Bosch Washing machine on OCt 2017 for the price of Rs 40000 trusting the brand, paid the high price. From the year of purchase itself it had small small repairs, but then during the warranty period, it resolved without much issues. Now in June this year the machine completely stopped working. I have logged a call with Bosch customer care and all the drama happened. One time a registered service engineer came and took the machine and kept up to 14 days and returned back charging Rs 500 saying it cannot be resolved at their end and asked to again call log and we did too and secondly another service engineer came and the same drama happened with no improvement in situation. Now its been a month the machine is with them and every time when we enquire regarding machine he says only 3 days it will get resolved, but now saying it is having mother board issues and cannot be resolved as like such. It is definitely a huge shock and as well as loss for us within 3 years our 40000 priced mega-brand machine lost its life. Such a brand named company if this the way of response for customer service what is the use of your product selling. Its been a great disappointment and also taking to the point of thinking whether a failure model being sold at your end since it had issues from the very next month. At-least with some hope left I am logging this complaint. Expecting a greater response as well as work from you.

I have a washing machine that I have purchase just 9 months ago and it does not work nor do they come to fix it and if they do then something stops working in it I’m fed up nor are they changing the washing machine it’s in 2 year warranty but nothing works I’m fed up.

I have purchased subjected product in may month however within a month it is rusted and may damage the base of washing machine. The same is already been communicated to the concern but no resolution provided till date. Please look into it.

The Bosch Washing Machine (Front Load) purchased on 21.07.2021, the lock system of the front door is locked and not opening. Please check the problem and rectify it on an urgent basis as the clothes are in the machine.

The organisation only cares about selling their products and once that has been done clients are no more of any use to them, not one buyer of Bosch would EVER suggest anyone to buy their products.

I thought I was the only one who they are treating like garbage even after complaining on twitter twice, but looking at the google reviews it is clear that the organisation runs with NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER.

If this is the way Bosch India is planning to run their company, I must say that the employees should be aware that after a point these guys won’t even entertain the employees ethically.

Raised a complaint to fix dispenser leakage. They assigned a service technician who did not rectified the problem properly and gave wrong suggestions to replace the suspensions. Used some m-seal to in our dispenser drawer tray to fix the problem. Asked us to buy water filters and overall he charged us rs.5300.. Bosch is giving franchise to anybody who pays them. For their profit we are losing our hard earned money. This is literally a scam

I purchased one washing machine & fridge from one of the best home appliances shop at Trichur on April 2016. Within one week fridge showed complaints- not cooling. They changed one spare part took about 10 days and rectified it. Within 2 years again not working properly - flooding the back tray. This also rectified. Now 2 months back onwards water comes from under the freezer compartment and flooding the floor. 3/4 times service people came. Last time they put two cartridges type in 2 compartment and took it after 3 days.Till date no reply from them. The problem still continues with making sound just like in a workshop. Rajagopalan.

I had called the service center in cochin. To know details about the services for hand mixer . Instead of answering properly to my question. They suddenly responded something and cut the call . I felt it was quiet rude . Without knowing the customers needs responding quickly and cutting. Its not right . I guess they didn't even hear the complaint. It was not right .

Bosch Home India have no different after sale support. Its very terrible to purchase its Chimeny or Hob.
I have purchase its Chimney which installation charge was 1500 by Technician. Chimney create to much noise. Hob consumed much Cooking gas. Not suitable for Indian kitchen. Burner are less effective.
No services after sale in Lucknow. Be bare to purchase Bosch home appliances in Lucknow.

We have Purchase a Washing Model no. WAK24268IN S.no.[protected] by VIVA ELECTRONICS, LAXMI NAGAR DELHI VIDE Sales Invoice no. 2082 Dated 30th June 2021.

This is to inform you that now till today machine not installed by your service department. Three technical person has been come for installation but they were confused to how to installed the machine.

That is very bad for your company reputation. You are requested to please talk to your technical person and resolve the problem or replace the machine with in 12 hours or as soon as possible.

If problem or installation not completed than I have reason to file a petition in consumer court.

We are enclosing here with the above mentioned invoice for you doing the needful.

Today I faced worst experience by given a car service at Bosch service center electronic city Bangalore. I was never asked the executives to do few things o[censored]v poish and car wash. But these guys have done without my acknowledgement a, so I asked for a explanation with service manager Mr. Vasanth, but his behavior was too worst he is not even ready to lesson what I was tried to convey. I m very disappointed personally because of his behavior and trying to do a physical attack. As a reputed company you guys have to teach your staffs for how to behave with customers. He is totally using his own local language by scolding customers with unparlimentery words. This is not all good. This s the first attempt I was approached Bosch service center, personally I have faced worst experience because of Mr. Vasanth. I m expecting a call from you guys to rectify the same.

Product malfunction.

I have raised a complaint with Bosch India to fix the drain pipe of my top loading washing machine, as it is leaking and causing a puddle of water in my kitchen each day. Complaint was raised on June 15th and after the engineer visited there has been no response despite several follow-ups. I was promised this would be expedited but I continue facing the inconvenience.

Purchased bosch 559 litres fridge on 23 Jun 21from Ankur electricals Noida. Despite repeated requests to dealer and lodging COMLAINT with bosch toll free number, no one has come to install and give demo. It is more than 50 hours.

1. Recently I have logged complaint about the drainage pump, service engineer replaced the drainage pump and charged me 2120 where as Bosch service center told me that it is around 1800 only.

2. Once he fitted the PUMP, my drum started making noise and than they started saying it will cost you around 10000, the same DRUM which was working before he opened the machine. even in job card he mention everything is working fine.
