    I purchased one Bosch washing machine on the date of[protected].from Home appliances shop in kochi Name Fridge House .model no Bosch WM WAB 16060IN.its a front load washing machine. Before 2 years o[censored]se it's stared rusting it's front side bottom. Now in this 3 months it's got rusted very badly. (pic of rusted area I am attaching) I complain to Bosch service. Technician called me in the morning and said he is one the way. He asked me about the complaint I said its rusting problem. The technician told he is on the way. When I said its rusted. He is not interested to attend. He came to check my complaint in the evening 6 clock. From the first impression I feel bad on service. He came and check and said he will send pics and inform next day. After more than 10 days Ii didn't got any call from the service centre. So I to call to the technician .Then he said he didn't got any response from top. After 6 more days (total 16 days) I received a call from service adviser. That was very irresponsible question he asked me first that. Sir.. There is a chance to get rust on top load washine machine.i replayed to the advisor that I am not using top load. I am using front load.. He said sorry... And said sir we can't do anything for this rusting problem. So I am complaining on this way. From this reputed Bosch brand I never. Expect this.     I just received a message to call toll free number. Or message through email. I did already.i feel from the concern service centre here is avoding my complaint .i recived a mail. Informing that it's not in the warranty. I used Samsung front load machine for 11 years. When I purchased this Bosch machine and used it in same place . In the mail not explained how it's get rust. They have no answer for that. Getting rust in 2 year. That I can't believe from Bosch. Plz do fast response. It's already getting 20days.

      I had bought Bosch dishwasher less than 2 years back and used it for 15 times max. Everytimeni call CC, no one shows up. If they do they end up giving a temporary solution which lasts for couple of days. Now during Civil times I needed it the most without any luck from Bosch

        I had booked one washing machine (front load) of WAT2846LN 7.5 kg vide Invoice No JB688 dt 31/08/2020 by paying Rs.36063/- at Arjay Retail Show room, located in Jayanagar, Bangalore 560011 (ph[protected]. The machine was delivered on after 4 days and the technician came on 14th September 2020. We had in the beginning only informed the showroom people that our house is in 2nd floor and proper care to be taken for delivery. At the time of delivery it was found the first step was narrow the machine has to be lifted upto first floor. When the technician opened the machine it was found that the front machine gasket has come loose. He told that it was manufacturing defect and we have a choice of asking for replacement or refund.

        When we enquired with the company people, they (Mr Yash Rai – Manager Bosch company) told that the company will take responsibility upto delivery to ground floor and after that it is the owners responsibility and the defect was due to improper handling and the company is not responsible. If we are ready to take the responsibility, then they will provide a replacement, which we were not ready (which policy must have been invented by the Company person by himself). This issue was discussed jointly with the show room person Mr Srinivas and the company person Mr Yash Rai mANY TIMEs, and we insisted for repayment of the invoice amount as the company does not have any machine of a smaller size. Mr Yash Rai of Bosch company asked to send the account details with pan card and photo ID which was given on 23rd September 2020 and he promised that it will be credited in 15 days time.

        From October 5th 2020, we (me and my wife) had made many attempts to contact the show room person Mr Srinivas and Mr Yash Rai and he kept on saying it will be done this week, next week, etc, but on 28th October 2020 he told it was not possible to refund the amount and started telling some ### stories. Subsequently, we made umpteen number of attempts to contact Mr Srinivas of the Arjay Retail Show room and the calls remain unanswered.

        Now it is 2 months since we have booked, but the co operation from the company person Mr Yash Rai is very casual, non committal, careless, negligent, inept, incoherent, non responsive and non co operative which is visible from failure to return the call or not answering or giving any response and also not keeping up his words. I am working as Company Secretary and HR Manager and find it how the company is managing with such kind of a person. The unusual experience from this episode has made my BP level to increase many fold and without proper solution, do not find any choice except filing a suit for the following:
        a) Refund of the invoice amount of Rs.36063/
        b) Payment of damages for mental tension, harassment Rs.30000/
        c) Unconditional apology letter from Mr Yash Rai for treating a CUSTOMER like an unwanted CUSTOMER
        In this regard, if you need we will provide call list from Airtel centre and Vodafone centre which my wife uses) regarding the number of calls made to the show room person and Mr Yash Rai in this regard. I am sending whatsapp message sent to Mr Yash Rai in this connection.
        Further this experience holds me back from having any future contacts with the company or its products or to recommend it to other friends.

          Hello,
          I am a Bosch customer since the last several years and have advised the same to tons of my friends of Bosch incredible technology and reliability. I have been using a Bosch front load washing machine for the last 7 years but unfortunately around a month back water started leaking from the bottom of the machine. And to rectify the same issue I called bosch customer care number and they registered my complaint with service order number: [protected] and later shifted to [protected]. Next day an engineer visited us and told us that the filter has been damaged and needs to be replaced. And told us that the filter will be delivered to them in the next few days and will make it installed in a week only. But since then I am continuously checking with the service engineer and service head to check part availability and they are simply ignoring my calls or not interested to get part installed. Every day I am calling them and now it's going to be a month and they are simply giving me dates. Service head name - Rajeev Sharma - [protected].
          It's my humble request to check the issue and request to fulfill my complaint asap. As it's around a month and I am still awaiting to get my washing machine rectified. I still have hope and trust with BOSCH.

            Dear Bosch Team,

            Im using our bosch machine from dt[protected] and now that machine was not worked from date[protected] we just raised complaint and after 2 days techncian came and said some wiring issue and have to replace with new motor for wiring set and it may be some chargable.. We said no issues sir replace it but that item not available with technician and he said will order from store for replacement on that day... But still not getting any reply from that technician as well as from store as I'm continuosly follow up with them but no use now dt[protected]... Dear team now a days washing machine is not a luxury item it is a necessity item to the house hold... I'm very disappointed about bosch as such worst service providing u, if possible arrange technician ASAP.. .

              I have bought washing machine in january 2020 and it is creating lot of problem as its timing is not working
              Sometime it take 1 hour for washing
              Sometimes it takes 2 hour even . Sometime it gets hanged and again starts whole process of washing again

                      During one servicing of my washing machine (E.Nr. : WOA702S0IN/01, FD : 9809, Z-Nr. : 0 00110) I have purchased a "4 Year Extended Warranty" from the service person by paying a Cheque for Rs.4999/- vide cheque No.389031 dt. 30.11.2019 and the same was debited from my account on 16.12.2019. But, till date, I have not received any Extended Warranty papers in this regard. Hence, I request you to kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.

                        I have purchased the above washing machine in 19 February 2019 and as there was a defect, it was replaced in July 2019. Since then the machine was working fine. Since August 2020, I raised a complaint for vibration and leakage from the washing machine. On 8th Sept 2020 the engineer came and repaired the leakage issue. However the complaint was closed without attending to the vibration issue. Again on 25th Sept I raised a new complaint which till date the engineer has not come and also despite speaking to the Area Manager. Request for urgent resolution of my complaint.

                          I had purchased a fridge 327 lts from m/s. The legend, new saravana stores, padi, chennai 600050 (India) vide bill no. Pr/2021/58603 dated 19 sep 2020 and got it delivered on 20 sep 2020.

                          On opening the cover, which we did late night, and instructed we allowed 12-15 hours to get cooled. During the day time we found one side of the fridge has dent through out.

                          We have informed the dealer - the legend, new saravana stores, chennai. The bosch customer support man also visited. He had taken the photographs on 21 sep 2020 and have informed his local office here. Though they have assured to exchange the fridge, its taking longer than the dates

                            Date of incident :- 05/09/2020

                            It is been 20days since we have logged a complaint for replacing the spare due to some collapse in machine. Receiving invalid information from engineer or support person about the status of spare parts availability. I lost patience to follow them up and hear status which is not at all accepted.
                            Every time we are receiving different status of the spare part reaching first we heart from team it is dispatched from mumbai then we got update from ahmedabad and now today we got update it getting dispatched from germany

                            Information they are providing blinded to customer and cheating them.

                              Washing machine bearing No.Bc111109#WMWAB16060INwhite6.0kgSN#GPKDG[protected] on 30Nov2018 from Bismi Connect Palakkad as per invoice No.1136155.Now it is seen cracks on the top of the machine and day by day cracksare getting spread to other areas in the top .Since the machine has got a guarantee period of two years, the top may be replaced free of cost .

                                I have purchased a drilling machine through amazon.in and received on 17/09/2020. But this drilling machine is not working properly. Forward and reverse button is not working. Start knob is strucked and running continuously.

                                  I purchased bosch washing machine on 25 october 2018 thinking that bosch is known for great quality products but this washing machine has developed major rust. I have never seen a washing machine rust in such a short time. The iasue is similar to this complaint

                                  The metal of the washing machine has developed major rust from inside as well as outside even though it is sparingly used. This seems like a manufacturing defect with paint, baking, or sheet metal or water leakage from inside. I raised this issue with bosch on 12th august 2020 through email and was given complaint number[protected]. I received a call from branch manager ravinder who claimed it is due to humidity where the machine is placed (Washing machine has separate small room which is well lit and ventilated) without even knowing where machine is placed. After multiple calls to customer care and ravinder, they sent a technician who took photos and left saying higher management will decide for replacement. But no one contacted me for resolution. After multiple follow ups the same technician visited again and said senior management will get back. I request you to order the company to replace this washing machine free of cost. They are not taking ownership of the leaking, rusty washing machine as i had spend this huge amount thinking it would last atleast 10 years. Thank you

                                      I booked a complaint on 15th sep its been 2weeks to receive my spare parts. After receiving it was mismatched, again it took two days to get the parts. But then also the problem was not resolved they simply say its a rat bite. Does it take 1month to solve a rat bite issue?. If its not resolved before 15th sep i will proceed legally.

                                        I have purchased wat24463in washing machine and registered for installation via service order [protected]. Its been 3 days and no response. Customer care keep saying wait for 48 hours. This is an online purchase and unless regiesterd technician installs, i cannot return if there are any defects. Please do the needful

                                        Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have purchased washing machine from bajaj store on 18th October 2020 same has been delivered to very next day but till installation not happen we have received calls from technicians but no one visited.

                                        Very poor service after purchasing the item.
