I bought a Bosch Refrigerator after 2 years due to voltage fluctuations the mother board was burnt, the service mana came and replaced a new mother board and took 2500/-, total cost of the fridge now is 32000/- which is utter waste, when Bosch does not have any service why should they sale products is my question. I want solution for this.

    I had a problem with my 456 lt refrigerator back in 2018. At that time itself they took so many weeks to identify and then to resolve the problem due to unavailability of the technician and that the part to be replaced had to be procured from Germany.
    Now, the same problem has recurred. The main board needs to be replaced, which was to be procured from Germany. I raised the complaint on 25th January 2022. It was attended only on 27th Jan 2022. They identified the problem as board failure due to cockroach infestation and told me that the new board has to be brought from Germany. On 5th February 2022, after my continuous followup for 3-4 days, they came with the new board. But, on opening the box in which the spare part came, the technician realised that it is not the intended part. So he had to take it back. Later in the day they called up and said that they have ordered for the correct spare part and it is expected to arrive in 2 days. Today, 7th Feb 2022, I am still awaiting the same.
    If Bosch, which is a worldwide company known for its quality wants a customer base in India, then the least they must do is to have spare parts readily available here. It is pathetic to see that inspite of having high standards and claiming that they are RELIABLE, they cannot resolve a problem even after 14 days. WHAT IS THE USE OF HIGH CLAIMS, IF THE CUSTOMER ISSUES CANNOT BE RESOLVED ON TIME. Can any one of the Bosch employees think of managing the household without a refrigerator for 2 weeks?
    THIS IS A SHAME ON THE COMPANY THAT EVEN AFTER SO MANY YEARS OF SALES IN INDIA, BOSCH DOES NOT HAVE A PROPER SUPPORT SYSTEM TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES IMMEDIATELY.

        Hi I bought a dishwasher SMS6ITI00I with HSN/SAC no. 84221100 from guwahati. But it had a crack in it and is leaking water through bottom tray and then started showing e31 error. In short, the delivered product was already a defected, rejected and faulty one.
        I wrote them a mail regarding this. They said they would be looking into the matter. However, even after 5 days of my mail, I have received no update on the follow up.My follow up no. is [protected]

          Our refrigerator started causing problems since one year. We started to seek help and tried contacting your bosch customer care team after repeated calls service team has come to check the refrigerator three months ago. And finally, last month service team picked our refrigerator saying that it cant be fixed and they will replace the same. We try to call or get in touch with them everyday, no joy.

          The service people here in Ananthpur keep referring us to you and not even picking our calls anymore. It will be really helpful if you could reply once and let us know when we can expect the refrigerator. Please find the following details of the product for your reference.

          It is really upsetting to see what kind of customer service Bosch team provides. Not at all acceptable.

            Raise a concern on call and mail WHY should i pay the Rs 250/- Engineer visit charge . If i need a small jar g=for my mixer grinder which cost me rs 360. then why should i pay the my hard earned money rs 250/- just for the nonsence. In this covid Scenario every thing is online you can simply send through the courier charge of Rs 50-100/- OR I am ready to collect any where in Delhi NCR.

            You dont have any Service centre OR warehouse we can collect the same.

            I think this is the Great Cry Little Wool. you people should must learn the customer service from the other brand.

            WORST SERVICE PROVIDE.

            Any way i bought the new one from the local market.

              I had purchased Mixer Grider(mgm8642bin) on 28-08-21. One jar stops working few weeks before. (Means, product under Warranty Period). I called the customer care and they said any issue related to jars occurs, you have to replace with a new one. There is no option to repair. At the time of purchasing, the product is under 2 years warranty period, which will be repair or replaced as per their ad mentioned in there site.

                  We contacted service providers they come and say it is due to ray bite
                  It happened three times.they change the parts and again same thing after 1 month
                  First question is how does ray go inside
                  Second Is the outside material is so poor quality that rat can eat
                  What is the solution for it
                  Is the machine a defected piece and has a hole which was not suppose to have

                  Next to that machine we have Samsung washing machine .rat has never spoilt it
                  I don't understand the reason
                  I have asked other persons in my community . They are not facing the problem
                  This machine is a defected piece and needs to be replaced

                  I called service manager
                  He told me that company model has a hole for air vent (big hole sothat air should enter with rats)
                  No mesh because air will go but not rats
                  I really don’t understand this concept
                  He also explained me that because food particles are there it will attract insects but model designers didn’t think about that so strange
                  Either company is making fool of customers or the machine is defective piece
                  Can you please help

                      My Bosch Washing machine is not even 5 years old and giving problems. I had raised a service request. The person who had repaired it, saying its mother board has problem and charged me 8000, it is not even a month since he repaired it and the washing machine is not working again. I am not sure what repair he has done. Their service is very bad. I tried calling so many times to the service personnel, he is not even picking the phone. The Bosch Customer Care is not even sending anybody since 3 day to verify the problem

                        Very poor service

                        My Bosch Dishwasher SMS6HVI00I purchased in September 2021, had control board burn out in 2nd week of November 2021. Subsequently Bosch franchise (I believe) Isotech Electronic Corporation technician visited and concluded that main control board is burned out. Being under warranty, they ordered replacement part FOC. The technician told me that part is supposed to come from Germany. Till date (13 Jan 2022) the replacement part is not received...

                        This is regarding my previous email stating non working of my juicer which is bought 2 years ago and your pathetic customer service, i got a call from your BSM that it will be resolved on Monday( this is how you take an escalated issue) and clearly stating that i have to pay the service charges, till now no technician has bothered to visit my place.
                        As i see your insta, fb and twitter is filled with complaints, i should have gone through before buying your product.

                        This is regarding my numerous emails sent to your officials of non functioning of my Bosch juicer.The technician visited my place on 16 december and told us part needs to be replaced, on repeated follow ups with him till 29 december, i got no reply.
                        Now to our utter surprise we get a call that they will reimburse our cost after deducting 30% depriciation cost as the part is not available.my simple question is why we should we agree to the solution provided to you verbally as when we asked that they should write a mail regarding the compensation we are still waiting for the same.
                        Beleive me, you have tested our patience enough and i have already contacted a consumer forum lawyer, if i will not be getting any suitable reply i will file a case against your company for mentally harrasing us by delaying the complaint and giving a faulty product.

                            I am writing this complaint regarding the Service Order Number: [protected] registered on 17th December 2021. The issue is raised with respect to the non functioning of my Washing Machine (WAB16060IN), which was purchased on 8th May 2017.
                            One of the service engineers visited and confirmed that the issue is with Tub. The solution he suggested was to replace the tub. However, the SV Care customer service provider confirmed that tub spare part is not available for this model and they are insisting me to buy a new model instead of repairing the machine.
                            I am continuously following up with the SV Care Service Provider to get a solution for the issue but I don’t see anything satisfying has happened till now. I am really disheartened to inform you about the untrusted experience with this whole process and Bosch. I did not receive any proactive communication through calls/emails from the customer service to fix the problem. Every time, I have been initiating the communication to know the status of my request.
                            As I am stuck with this issue from the past 3 weeks, I kindly request you to refund the MRP of the machine or take necessary action to repair the machine as soon as possible.

                                I have raised a complaint for my BOSCH washing machine drum noise and water continuously taking (not stopping), this complaint I raised in the month of october(already 90 days). MY WASHING MACHINE IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD . Technician came checked and recommended for a drum and electronic board change. And he also mentioned drum is not available for the model I have, Only company will call me and tell what can be done. I have not received a single call from BOSCH company, In spite of me speaking to the customer care more than 30 times.
                                They say they will check the status and call back, no one calls back or they put the call on hold and never they come back.
                                We are stuck with this broken washing machine for more than 90 days. I need a solution as soon as possible

                                  Washing drum repair after completing warranty

                                  We bought bosche front load washing machine of worth 35k with 10 years motor warranty and 2 years warranty for remaining parts. As soon as the warranty of 2 years completed we got the drum repair which costs almost 15k. What is use of purchasing such high brand high end models if they doesn't bear even a period of 5 years. If the spare costs almost 40% of the total price, then why it is not included in the full length warrenty like motor....

                                  Hi, I had bought a Bosch refrigerator with the understanding of high quality. The fridge was working fine for 5-6 months but later water droplets started forming at the bottom of the trays. These droplets started tricking down to the vegetable tray and everything in the tray would get wet.

                                  I filed two complaints [protected] on 16th June & [protected] 13th Sep. These complaints were attended to after nearly a month and the issue remains unresolved till date.

                                  Finally in 1st week Nov, I was promised that a refund will be given and was asked for cancelled cheque & PAN copy. However, till date I have neither received the refund not received any update from the team.

                                  Appreciate if you could refund the full amount at the earliest.

                                    I got a Bosch refrigerator in india recently but the alarm gets invoked daily in that machine for which we have manually turn off which is irritating. We are having sleepless days and nights due to this. We have raised customer care service request. They came and this issue but they are unable to resolve. Kindly replace the device or refund the money back. Not happy

                                    What actions you have taken on this? Did you follow up on the issue for closure. No response or ignoring customer request.

                                    IT IS PAINFUL daily when alarm keeps ringing.

                                    This issue is not addressed. NO RESPONSE from customer care. the worst customer service provided if this is kind of support we get i would not even purchased Bosch. I regret for buying this brand.

                                    No respect to customers. NO FOLLOW UPS. If you are unable to support customers, why are you selling the product?

                                    Should customer follow up to closure on the issue? dont you have SLA?

                                    I DON'T need this fridge please take it back and reimburse the amount. I will take action LEGALLY on this as you don't understand my concern and ignoring the issues of the customer.

                                    This has an impact daily at home. we have to turn the alarm manually at midnight, during days, and on vacations we get complaints from neighbors

                                    so we are not peaceful after buying this product.
