I had a problem with my 456 lt refrigerator back in 2018. At that time itself they took so many weeks to identify and then to resolve the problem due to unavailability of the technician and that the part to be replaced had to be procured from Germany.
Now, the same problem has recurred. The main board needs to be replaced, which was to be procured from Germany. I raised the complaint on 25th January 2022. It was attended only on 27th Jan 2022. They identified the problem as board failure due to cockroach infestation and told me that the new board has to be brought from Germany. On 5th February 2022, after my continuous followup for 3-4 days, they came with the new board. But, on opening the box in which the spare part came, the technician realised that it is not the intended part. So he had to take it back. Later in the day they called up and said that they have ordered for the correct spare part and it is expected to arrive in 2 days. Today, 7th Feb 2022, I am still awaiting the same.
If Bosch, which is a worldwide company known for its quality wants a customer base in India, then the least they must do is to have spare parts readily available here. It is pathetic to see that inspite of having high standards and claiming that they are RELIABLE, they cannot resolve a problem even after 14 days. WHAT IS THE USE OF HIGH CLAIMS, IF THE CUSTOMER ISSUES CANNOT BE RESOLVED ON TIME. Can any one of the Bosch employees think of managing the household without a refrigerator for 2 weeks?
THIS IS A SHAME ON THE COMPANY THAT EVEN AFTER SO MANY YEARS OF SALES IN INDIA, BOSCH DOES NOT HAVE A PROPER SUPPORT SYSTEM TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES IMMEDIATELY.
Bosch Home India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
No further action taken
They are just dumping defective machine to customers
If not working they using tapes for leak And not properly repairing
At end of one year they will say we can’t do anything buy new machine
This is ridiculous
