Raise a concern on call and mail WHY should i pay the Rs 250/- Engineer visit charge . If i need a small jar g=for my mixer grinder which cost me rs 360. then why should i pay the my hard earned money rs 250/- just for the nonsence. In this covid Scenario every thing is online you can simply send through the courier charge of Rs 50-100/- OR I am ready to collect any where in Delhi NCR.

I had purchased Mixer Grider(mgm8642bin) on 28-08-21. One jar stops working few weeks before. (Means, product under Warranty Period). I called the customer care and they said any issue related to jars occurs, you have to replace with a new one. There is no option to repair.
