Bosch washing machine-clothes are getting torn and its been 8 months but no one has yet come for the service.

Siemens refrigerator-
We are complaining since 1 year it was in warranty. The product develops more and more problem and the company does not resolve them

    I booked dishwasher in Jun-2020. Its been close to 3 months still we dint get any delivery. The sales team dont responds. They dont pick the call and if they pick, then just extend the delivery date by 1-2 weeks. V unprofessional and unethical behavior. Totally disappointed from Bosch Home India.

      I registered 2 complaints in BOSCH customer care and they sent 2 engineers and both said that use refrigerator on minimum temperature and their is no solution to this problem it will always sound like this if you have any issue please buy a new refrigerator after few day I contacted Mr.Nikhil Kohli and he said will send a engineer and it is almost 45 days and no action on my complaint.Whenever I call Mr.Nikhil Kohli he said wait for few days wait for few day.Nobody is taking action on my request.

          Hello sir
          I ordered the bosch dishwasher on 4th August 2020. Order ID: OD[protected] from flipkart and It was delivered on 6th August and then installation done. Dishwasher is leaking and error 15 coming. Dishwasher has crack at base. Bosch engineer also visited and wrote a complaint to company. I also previously write a complaint about this dishwasher. But they are not resoluting. I want my dishwasher return or replace. As it has defect and damage. Bosch is reputated company. Kindly help..

            Hello sir./madam
            I ordered a bosch dishwasher on 4th August 2020 from flipkart. They delivered product on 6th. Installation done. Product is leaking as base has crack.
            They delivered defected and damaged dishwasher.
            I requested return on 16 th Aug but they are not yet replaced or returned my defective product. They are harassing.
            Kindly help to return this defected product.

              Despite repeated reminders, the product has not been delivered yet. It is more than 40 days.

              The company is giving false commitments and misleading people.

                  I had purchased bosch dishwasher from sargam electronics plaza gurgaon on 5th august2020. For installation two people came saying that they are from the above company and charged rs 1260 for 3 meters extra inlet pipe with adapter. Company says they never sent them, and they (Name dheeraj) are their ex employee. Next day they sent mr kamalnath from above company and he replaced inlet pipe 3m by 5m and 3m extra drainage pipe and charged rs 300 more. So in total i paid rs 1560 for 5m extra inlet pipe and 3m extra drainage pipe which is huge as compared to the prices on amazon.
                  You are requested to look into it.

                    I had purchased a bosch dishwasher on 5 th august 2020 from sargam electricals gurgaon. Very next day i received number of calls from different people for installation. I was told by bosch customer care that someone by the name kamalnath will come for installation. Two people came and installed my machine and charged rs 1260 for extra pipe. When i asked for receipt, they said their receipt booklet is finished and instead gave me job description bill with kamal signature. They brought trolley, cover and other things for sale and offered discount which i didn’t take. The very next day i again received call saying kamal will come for installation. I told them it has already been done by kamal. But they said we never sent anyone as kamal was on leave. Finally they found out that someone by the name of dheeraj had come on its own and signed as kamal and wanted to make money by selling products. This was highly risky and insecure as the person was not sent by bosch. My questions are
                    How did he come to know that i have purchased dishwasher and it has to be installed?
                    Who will take responsibility for it?

                        I had purchased bosch truemixx mixer grinder 600 watt mgm4341rin on 02.10.2019. Small jar blade attachment stated malfunctioning and main unit also stop functioning later on. After my first complaint on 10/06/2020, rep of company visited my home on 25-26/06/2020 and assured that matter is being forwarded to company and complaint will be resolved soon. Despite several reminders throgh email and phone calls on rep nos. [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] (Different reps called on and taken details from me, thats why i have these numbers) no information regarding status of my complaint has been made available to me. We are facing a lot of problem without mixer grinder in kitchen. The product is under guarantee period and its almost two month now waiting for replacement of faulty product. I request that the bosch home appliances may be directed to replace the faulty machine and supply fresh one without further delay.

                          I had oringnally filed a request for repairs to my washing machine on 8th may. The service request number was[protected]. Subsequently i have reminded them on 22nd may, 31st may and 9th july.

                          I keep getting response on mail but no action interms of actual technician or their service department confiming when they will come.

                          Absolutely useless service experience with bosch.

                            I had purchased a washing machine pedestalat at cost rs 2999 on 21/06/2020. But after placing the machine it started with a huge vibration and made much noise while the machine worked very well on the ground. I think the features of the pedestal were viloted. I want to return the pedestal. Hope company will take a truthful action.

                              I have purchased a bosch make refrigerator bearing model no. Kdn43vl401 fridge freezer[protected] from shri raj manufacturing & projects pvt. Ltd., bilaspur, chhattisgarh, vide invoice no. 13/19-20, on 01st aug.’2019, the refrigerator originally delivered to me on purchase was technically defective and was replaced within 10/12 days of delivery. Since 1st week of june’ 2020, continuous abnormal high/loud irritated sounds, like running of a small generator, was noticed, probably from the fan, at the upper portion rear-side of fridge followed by absence of cooling. Accordingly, matter was complained at bosch service centre & representatives had a visit on 12.06.2020 & detected accumulation of ice at the rear end o[censored]pper portion near the fan and after clearing the ice by washing, the sound was stopped. However, after 12/15 days, again the problems appeared, crucially affecting the entire cooling system of the refrigerator. On reporting, service centre provided guys again on 10th of july and after going through the things, they had some conversation over mobile to their seniors, finally decleared that they are not in a position to diagnose the problem or to resolve the issue.

                              Under circumstances, suitable action is requested towards fast & permanent cure of the problems, which was beyond my expectation within 10/11 months of purchasing of the bosch make refrigerator. For your kind information, the one year warrantee period is well within, with validity upto 31st of july’2020.

                              Expecting your prompt & appropriate action for permanently resolving my issues, which may only restrict me to highlight the issue at consumer court and social medias as well.

                                It's very disappointing to see that a company like bosch' has poor servicing ethos. We have been struggling to get our repairs done for our bosch refrigerator since last 15 days as we have been sent from pillar to post and in different directions, even after spending lots of money just to get it checked and see what is wrong with the cooling system of our fridge.

                                  We had purchased a fridge model above with z nr 00443 on may 2019 after the 5th month onwards we had complainted at bosch service agents to look after abnormal highly irritated loud sounds from the fan and belt backside of fridge followed by absence of cooling noted too. Service centre provided guys they had came as per complaint and switch on our non working status into manual observation after switch on power, though it may power off due to fridge were not working so. This history repeats 3times since from 2019and service providers never replace compalinted fan during those warrenty period.
                                  At this covi19 time our zone declared containment zone unfortunately on april onwards the same fan issues started and roaring sounds leads into absent the function of fridge. Now we had compainted then they excused due to said corona 19 issue, finaly some guys reached and politly checked it and told its was due to fan issue, we must buy new one. Though our warrenty were finished.
                                  I hope the same compalaint had registerd during the warrenty period and never suggested a replacement.
                                  I hope you people notice the tricky game.
                                  Shall we forced to approach consumer court and strong social media tagging the above issue.

                                        We had purchased new refrigerator of bosch kdn30vv301_ (34691) on may 2019 from dealer venus digital arecade chavakkad, trichur, kerala. Pin680506.
                                        After the sale due to the abnormal irregular sounds, &excess leaking the outflow water from the base of the collection tray the fourth month we had complainted.
                                        They approached and done something during the warrenty period.
                                        Again after 5 months complainted through the dealer venus digital arecade due to the warrenty zone for again the horrible sounds.
                                        Now 12/6/20 we had complainted again with loss of working condition of base, fridge but freezer is ok. Food products become spoilt. Though our dealer venus registred but they were given covid 19 as a reason.
                                        Meanwhile big noises were raised so we complainted but nobody comes.
                                        Again freezer also dead.
                                        We are stucked.
                                        We disappointed ☹️.
                                        Do as early as possible. Our kids were troubled and stroke patient father alsowe are 7 in numbers.
