Purchased bosch refrigerator on 8th june 2019.
I refrigerator came had scratches, immediately booked a complaint. Took 2 to 3 months to replace the door. Door replaced was different, not matching to the fridge supplied. Fridge sealing rubbers were not fitting properly. When raised the point, bosch service personel said that this will be working properly in 24 hrs.

Again raised the complaint, as the rubbers are always coming out of door and rubber have to be adjusted before closing the door everytime. Some engineer came after much effort and verified and said that they supplied a different door of some other model. They will correct if possible otherwise will replace the fridge. Month gone nothing happened.

After 2nd wash got many errors in washing machine i put a complainent on it, techincian came and try to solve the issue but not resolved..They told me that they replace a new one, its bean a month, nobody responding.
I have ordered washing machine on October 29th and installation and demo person not yet came and cancelled automatically. Need solution on this.

    Dear team,

    I have purchased bosch dishwasher last month in 17 oct 19 and i have registered 3 times call for extended warranty of dishwasher thrw customer care. But still no one call and no one visit at my place. This is really shown a big mistake to purchase bosch home appliance if i m suffering to purchase extended warranty only. The technician who had installed it i call him and msg him many times but he is not responding. This is really a pathetic service from bosch company.

      Hi,

      I am getting electric shock from day i purchased washing machine. Every time i was told it is due to grounding related by bosch service engineer and electricians says it is machine issue.

      Even though machine is off state why i am getting electrical shock and also sometime i will get this shock sometime not.

      I don't this service engineer are taking this seriously.

      Not facing this issue for any other devices.

      Let me know how to address this.

        Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. Multiple service requests have been raised and the call is still open as per my last discussion over the phone with the bosch service center in surat.
        It has been more than 10 days of the product being delivered but not a single call from the customer care no. Of vijay sales or bosch has been received. The installation/demo was scheduled for 23rd, then every alternate day and now no one is ready to respond to my queries/repeated requests.
        I may be compelled to return the product.

          I ordered bosch washing machine wak20267in and the demo man of company came to set the machine, he sold us other pipe of 700 inr for machine fitting n left the original company pipe which is came with the product so i wanna know from company that, is it okay or fraud?
          If company's pipe is not useful for product then, why company selling or charging it?
          Demo man from bosch company is mr kaluram prajapat from kakodd area, rajasthan and his office is located in jaipur, raj.
          Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I reliance digital from kadapa ap
            Customer has purchased wm and along with ex warranty from reliance digital and given complaint on august 20th to bosch service center

            In kadapa reliance has given amount of 11000 in sep month to bosch service center one month back to arrange wm drum to customer issue but till today it has not rectificed.
            Mr kumar (Bosch service centre in charge) called to customer and talking "why you having purchased exwarranty and why are always calling reliance digital" like this he is talking

            This words will make company reputation badly in customers mind

              I have Bosch washing machine model#WAB16060IN/28 bought on 11 Aug 2017 and warranty is already over. Current location is Wagholi, PUNE-412207.
              During my house shifting service cable got damage. I have raise service request on 28th Sep 2019, SR#[protected]. I gave clear information while raising request. Technician visited my house in 2-3 days. He informed that he's not having required spare part with him. He told, he'll check in store and if available he'll fix it on the same day otherwise he'll procure the item and process will take 2-3 days. After he left the house he never returned back. I started following him after 3-4 days, for few days he told no stock available he's still waiting. Later he stopped taking calls and no response.

              With no hope from technician I again put up call to Bosch customer care though its not easy to get them connected easily, to connect once we need to call atleast 2-30 times but no guaranty to get connected. We need to try several times to connect once. I informed the whole story, executive told to wait for 2-3 days they'll help to fix this up asap. Waited for more 3-4 days no action. Again called customer care they apologized and said taking complaint on high priority. I asked for escalation matrix and informed if problem is not getting fix in 2-3 days I will escalate to higher levels. Customer care executive gave me mobile number of Area sales manage Mr. Amit Shelke(#[protected]). I called him and as soon as I told I have problem with my Bosch Washing machine he disconnected the call and later he never picked up the call. I have called him more than 50 times in 2-3 days. I got Frustrated and called customer care again. They took the request again and asked to wait for 3-4 days. This time also same experience, no response. After that call again, executive(Sabina) said extremely sorry for the delay and problem. Asked me to give only 1 more day on 15th Oct 19. Gave me number of Area Head Mr. Duttarai Shinde([protected]). I called this person with great hope but no luck this gut also turned to be same. Asked me to wait for 1 hour and he'll get this sorted out and assign someone to solve this within 24 hours. One more person with false commitment. No ownership, not a tall friendly, no value of customer problem and as like I am requesting these guys to do some favor on me. But I am really not. My washing machine warranty already over a month before. I am ready to pay whatever charges incur to repair.

              The Bosch product is really good one, I had very good experience using it. Suggest my 4 more friends to buy the same washing machine. They bought and we all had good experience. But none o[censored]s ever thought the service of such good company and good product would be so terrible. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy Bosch product and me too. Now I am tired of such team and the experience I am going through everyday. I can't buy new washing machine as one faulty is already in house. Suffering everyday not me alone but the whole family and paying money for laundry and more importantly the frustration of everyday and waste of time to follow up and calling these waste people. No value for customer I can't express enough though.

              I request Bosch team to take away their product from my home for free. I no longer need their product in my home any more. I don't want you to solve this problem thought. If Bosch have to run their business they must need to provide better service and have to train there team.

              I will definitely put my comments every single place I could make it possible.

                Hi

                This is to advise that I raised the first complaint on 7th Oct [protected] for a broken hinge of the microwave. The technician visited and said that the spare part would be made available within 4 working days latest by the 11th Oct .
                I called the Bosch call center on the 11th Oct and requested for an escalation and priority management which was not done.

                When I did not receive any call till 15th oct, I made another call to Bosch and have wasted close to two hours on phone calls only to be spoken with a non-effective Local Area team that it will take another 5 days to procure the part.

                Anything that can be done in a SLA of 48 - 72 hours should be managed effectively. Bosch service has left a bad taste in the mouth and I will refrain from buying any Bosch product in the future and will definitely not refer to my friends and family.

                Current Ticket number is[protected] with now over 10 days of poor support service team and service and unresolved issue.

                    Sir,
                    Sorry for the delayed complain.
                    My issues are as appended below
                    1. I have bought a side by side refrigerator model no. Kan92lb35i, fd serial no. 9703 consecutive no. 00075 on 29.05.2017 and taken two years extended waranty no, erbtbf00210 on date of installetion certificate issued on 17.06.2017.
                    2. On 13.09.2019 lodged a complain regarding door gasket problem and your service center technitian sri. Subhadeep china attended on 19/09/2019 after seeing the unit (Freedge) he said right side door gasket enlarged and due to this it is not fitting properly and gasket to be replaced and it's replacement cost will be born by you, i argued with him as my machine is bearly one and half year old and which is under extended warranty, i have asked him cost of the gasket he told me i have no idea i have to enquare from my office, after telephonic conversasation with service center he told me arround rs.1000/- will be needed to replace the gasket and it will take 3-4 working days to replace, i agreed and asked him to arrange for the same at an earliest, i also told him i will raise the issue with company official despite having extended warranty why should i will pay, he agreed.
                    3. After lapse of 20 days on 03/10/2019 one technitiyan s. Biswas visited my house and he told me he came with new gasket and he will replace the gasket and i have to pay 1745/- on hearing this i have some conversasation with him, then he told me better you talk with service center one miss./ mrs. Tanya dasgupta i have just asked her why should i pay rs.1745/- as your technitiyan has told me it will cost around rs.1000/- she shouted over telephone and uttered humilating words and abused me anyway, she even told me if you do"t have the money why you have purchased this matchine, this type of machine is meant for wealthy people this is not for a petty person like you.
                    4. My question is this, can i have done a mistake by purchasing a machine from a world renowned company and deserve such type of poor service along with humilation from your service personel.
                    5. Now i request for the refund of the amount which i paid for the gasket, and unconditional appology from you and your service center personel, for humilation faced by me from your service center personel, otherwise i do not have other option except to move consumer forrum to resolve my issue.

                        Hi,
                        It's been 3 days since i bought a bosch front load washing machine from my nearest electronics dealer and i haven't received any calls or any status update against the installation process and i've been calling the customer care from the last 2 days and they're telling me that it will happen in 48 hours and the problem is still not solved by bosch and i have not received any update from them
                        I've even wrote a mail to them but still no reply

                          My bosch refrigerator 347ltr is very noisy, this noise is more than normal and it disturb very much. I complaint after it delivery but it's of no use.
                          Now the noise increase and it's unbearable.
                          The compressor noise is clearly sounds bed and one more sound is there like whistle.
                          I m very much disappointed by having this type of noise in the company like bosch and the response give by the service center person. I have clearly mentioned about the noise on feedback form and i m not satisfied with the response given at the time of visit of your othorised authorised service centre engineer.
                          I hope this time the company will look in to the matter and resolve my problem, it will stop me to take more aggressive steps.

                            This is regarding extremely poor service by bosch in india especially in jodhpur, rajasthan. I had purchased a 4 burner gas hob in july 2019 and it got installed after 1 month after so many phone calls and requests. Now one of the burners is not working for last 2 weeks. I had lodged complain (No.[protected] at bosch customer care and following it up since then. I have called them up multiple times and they reassure that the issue has been escalated but there has been no communication/ update regarding the resolution of issue. Within 2 months o[censored]se the hob is not working and and the company is not taking any action to resolve the issue. It is not possible everytime to plead and beg to resolve issues.. Such disgusting attitude and respone is not expected from esteemed companies like bosch. Please help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

                              I bought dishwasher from the bosch showroom situated at r. S. Puram, coimbatore on 28.9.2019. They don't give proper guidance to the customer. They have tie-up with ideal store situated near to this show room. If we ask for example bosch dishwasher detergent powder and stand etc. They say that you buy from the ideal store. We don't have the stock. The showroom people misguide me to get finish products (Detergent etc). But the person who came for the installation says that you can use the tablet itself and it costs 6 hundred rupees only whereas the show room people made me to buy finish detergent powder pack for 1075 rupees. Very irresponsible show room. I have a very worst experience with this show room.

                                  I have bought a Bosch Fridge this April from Harmony House of Patuli. Though I was not interested to buy a Bosch Fridge, and rather would prefer some user friendly brand. The salesperson made me understand that it's the best.

                                  From day 1 the technical issues of this fridge and after many services it still does not function properly. I am throwing food milk packets every alternate day.

                                  I need replacement immediately and also please guide me to move to consumer court.

                                    My 1st complaint was placed on19.4.19. Fridge typekgn57a1501/06 purchased on 19/4/19. They said system chocked and gas charging needed. I paid rs.800 visiting charges and gas filling rs5800/_ on 3/5/19. Even after this upper compartment was not cooling and after a week ice formation in upper front of freezer. Advised to switch off fridge and defrost completely then restart. Few days entire fridge works then same problem recurs so then technician is sent to reduce gas. Even after all this problem continues. On 25/6/19 technician arrives and says fuse thermal sensor should be replaced. Then no news. After followup another technician arrives on 29/8/19 and checks fridge and says the same but does nothing. On 18th their so called sr technician who earlier visited comes with parts and says the parts do not need changing and are in good condition and says he has unchoked a pipe. After this there is no cooling at all, not even the freezer which was atleast forming ice. This cat and mouse game continues. Now they i. E bosch service centre conveys to me they are again going to fill gas.

                                    Please expedite this complaint at the earliest

                                      I have raised the service call about my washing machine on 14th sep 2019, i requested them to attend the call on same day due to emergency, but they said its take 48 hours to assign the service person to do the service but they said will mention ur urgancy to make it arrange soon.. I waited for 4 days no response and call from technician so i called customer care and informed the same, they again taken the complaint and said to call the manager number in chennai.. I tried him many time it was number busy and after one day i got him in line, without asking me full details he holded my line and passed the call to another service person, she also not listen properly and said she is out of office told to call the technicican, i got his number also and called him, he saying he is in meeting and call me later.. Is this a way the customer service they took, its really disappointing and getting frustation. For getting service i m waiting it for 5 days, its very worst.. Still not they didnt attain my service.. They not valuing the customer needs.. Its really take serious of this complaints they needs to analyse and sorted out and inform me on this..

                                        I have salary account with hdfc bank. I do sip with the account. This month i did not have sufficient balance in my account to get it deducted for the sip. I have been charged rs. 590 two times (Rs. 1180 in total) for two sips. Please reverse the entire amount. I did not have any prior information about this charge. My customer id is 62468945. If the amount is not reversed, i will close the account by the end of this month. I have other bank account which do not levy such charges. I will make them my salary account.
