Sir,
I have purchased the bosch front loading washing machine model wab16060in, serial no ka-sblb[protected] on
26.03.2017, from flipkart. Bosch service engineer installed and commissioned the machine. Until june 2019, i have not noticed any discrepancy with the machine, but to my surprise while cleaning i found rust patches in the housing before completing 2 years of period. The right hand side bottom portion of housing is heavily rusted and is extended upto the front left hand corner. Also i found the rust portion paint started peeling off like paper and rust particles are falling down. It is great shock for me to see rusty and pitted housing. On analyzing the peeled portion the base preparation for the portion like primer coating, red oxide coating has not been carried out before applying final coat of white coat. Also i suspect rust is formed due to internal leakage.
I access the cause of the rust is due to not preparing the surface of housing before final coat. Herewith i am forwarding the images of rusted portion of housing and peeled off rusted paint sheets for your reference.
Now i request you to kindly depute your marketing personnel to study the discrepancy and recommend for free replacement of the housing.
I hope bosch which is the no.1 leading manufacturer of washing machine will definitely look into the matter and take the action.

        I am highly disappointed with the service for my bosch dishwasher. The machine has never operated properly from the day i bought it. I have logged multiple complaints till date but the service technicians are mostly inefficient. They charge service amount and then say they will get back and never gets back.
        On the 7th, i spoke to bosch customer care representative again who confirmed that a senior technician would visit my place within 24 hours and resolve the issue. Today morning i get a call from the service centre teamg solutions pvt ltd
        1. They were not ready to allocate any senior service engineer, just said that they will refund the amount charged!!
        2. The representative on the call was rude and were hardly bothered about customer problem.
        3.in the past their engineers never reverted after saying they will come again and solve the problem

        I am surprised to see a brand like bosch keeping such incompetent and inefficient service partners such as teamg solutions and referring them again and again even when they were not able to resolve the issue.

        I have spent a huge amount on the dishwasher thinking bosch has superior technology and expert engineers as they claim on their website-"bosch engineers are not only here to provide expert repairs – but also expert knowledge."

        Now i am unable to use the machine at all!

          I had purchased bosch washing machine model wm wak2426sin vide receipt dt 20.12.2019 and the same was commissioned on 22.12.2019.

          I had lodged a complaint vide service request no - [protected] dt 18.02.2020 informing that the machine does not wash the clothes in woolen mode. Under this mode machine takes water and then revolve 2-3 times (Total time in this activity is about 2 min and is for mixing the soap) then it remains in ideal condition for more than 15 minutes before the it drains out the soap/water. This implies that the machine does not revolve for washing.

          I regret to inform that your franchise representatives visited on 19, 02.2020 and 21.02.2020 did not appreciate the issue. Copy of job card sr. No 3837 dt 21.02.2020 with noting from your franchise representative and my self was mailed to bosch vide mail dt 21.02.2020.

          On 21.02.2020 i received a customary mail indicating that my complaint is escalated and soon somebody would contact me.

          Today one week is going to be over since issue for my washing machine was escalated at bosch end on receipt of my complaint..

          I regret to inform that none of bosch person contacted me so far. This kind of service was not expected from bosch.
          I have requested for an immediate response and resolution of the problem by bosch.

            Dear sir,
            We purchased refrigerator from vijay sales-ashram road-ahmedabad, vide bill no 260-s-s18870 of 4th june’19. (Model - bosch –kdn30vb30i)
            Unfortuntely refrigerator delivered was defective. We complaint about it & replaced the same model after 7days. Technician installed new fridge & advised to continue fridge on. We experience that colling system is not upto the mark & things are getting spoil in the fridge. Getting noise from compressor as well.
            We called up customer care said complaint about fridge & replied that attending to compliant, service charges & replacement of parts are chargebale. We shock & surprise.
            We seek your intervention & help to resolve long pending issue as soon as possible.

              I have power wave plus washing machine 7kg my product in warranty period this is only for 14th month old. I have registered complaint 8 time in customer care. All our technician is learner. Bosch don't have senior all technician are learner was not good and service is very worst from bosch, plz don't buy any product from bosch. They are giving 2 years service free only based on request call. Till 2 year no one products will not problem. After 2 years only will start. So bosch is encashed this advantage and charging 800 rs/visit after 2 years. If you buy from other company like lg samsung or ifb very 6 months they will visit and check thier products and giving suggestions

                I bought a dishwasher bosch e-nr sm66gw01i/55 fd 9906 z-nr 00161 on[protected]. It came with a defective cutlery basket. I was assured that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days. I waited for some time and was given a complaint number[protected]. After following up regularly i was asked to contact their branch manager mr meraj ansari. He has been assuring me that i will be getting a replacement within a few days. This was early january. Now he does not take my calls and the call center says my issue is closed

                There is only one washing machine in our house and it is damaged due to some reason and the service center has got 10 days today that the spare parts which are not available on them where we are having difficulty in washing

                  We have purchased bosh v06 washing machine at apr 2019.

                  We had ran the drum clean program as per booklet; after that it seems like damage or rusts (Before that we had ran the same program twice but that time we didn’t get any problem like this) and we complaint for the same to customer care but no one can solve my problem properly.

                  The bosch washing machine was purchased on july 2017. The warranty period was for 2 years. Mild rust was observed on the front panel, but neglected it considering the small area. Later it was noted the rust was spreading across the front panel door.
                  Requested a complaint and a technician visited to check further. He informed that the rust is due to over usage of detergents (I still couldnt find how he concluded /what evidence he had) to conclude the root cause is over usage of detergents!!!
                  He informed that we have to replace the front panel (Discount of 30 %).. I donno why the company is putting the blame on customer to hide the manufacture defects/poor surface making/quality of paints.

                  As spoken by bosch representative the tray of our bosch fridge is yet not replaced. We purchsed the refrigerator on 17.01.2020 and he promised the same will be replaced in 15 days. Its been a month and its still not done. Kindly escalate the matter

                      I purchased a dishwasher on 26th Jan 2018. The piece is on a two-year warranty. It was delivered to my residence, and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations.

                      On the very 1st year we had issue which was resolved by the service engineer.

                      After this was fixed few days later i.e in August E-19 error started showing on the screen.This was fixed by service engineer by replacing the part.The service time was 15 days post registration of the complaint. Your technician came home, undertook repairs and guaranteed no further trouble, but the problem resumed few months later. Despite repeated rehabilitation, the problem persists.

                      The issue has been reported again on 27th Dec 2019 with Order id - [protected] registered under the Name of - Swapnil Waydande.I have tried reaching your service-staff, regional Manager 'Chetan' for the past two weeks with no satisfactory response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken till date. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, I request you to replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.

                      One thing I would like to highlight is despite of the fact that being Bosch and Chetan being the regional Manager asks me to purchase extended warranty. The reason saying a dishwasher has limitations on water hardness and electricity.

                      Why will I purchase extended warranty for a product which already gives me issue when it is within a stipulated 2yr warranty. Does this mean you product is assuring that it will be at fault even though its fixed????Such statement assures I have received a faulty product.Does your product fails adjusting to any water and electricity issues. I am not at all satisfied with such comments made as you are representing Bosch a well renowned brand.

                      If your product lacks such adjustments of water or electricity kindly get the product thoroughly tested before launching it in Indian Market.

                      I want a earliest replacement of the product which requires rehabilitation again and again.

                      I had a service engineer visit today to have a thorough check in the dishwasher to which he has reported that many parts are damaged in the machine.
                      Whereas the regional manager tells me only 1 part is damaged.(Why is this gap in communication)
                      As part of service the regional manager assured to offer me replacement of that particular part(Which is on its way since 1 month such a delayed time in service from BOSCH).

                      But I am not very satisfied with the part replacement as this is a repetitive issue.
                      The heating valve was replaced in August 2019 and now the same part has issue after 4 months.

                      The machine shows such early damages of the part which are newly attached how do I remain assured that these parts wont be at fault even after replacement.

                      Now my machine is within warranty so I can demand replacement of the particular part but what if the same happens after few months.

                      The regional Manager 'Chetan' assures me one month guarantee on the part. But is this a reasonable time???

                      I am not very much satisfied with the approach suggested as a BOSCH representative.

                      The service time and the approach is affecting me mentally as well as physically.
                      The intent of purchasing this dishwasher was to reduce man efforts of work where as the daily followups is harassing me mentally as well as the delayed service is harassing me physically as the machine is not fulfilling its purpose.

                      Kindly suggest me what can be done...

                      This email is to highlight on the service received as on 22nd Jan 2020.
                      The damaged part was changed as of 22nd Jan 2020, still the machine showed no signs of improvement, then after thorough testing the service engineer dismantled the entire machine did some fixes and cleaning of the drain valve and assured that the machine is fixed.
                      The service engineer left saying buy an extended warranty for this machine.

                      We operated the machine on the same night when new part was fixed i.e on 22nd Jan 2020 hoping that the machine is now fixed and will have no issues.
                      But to our bad fate the machine is not working even after so many fixes and dismantling. The machine is stuck entirely and is not fulfilling its purpose of dish washing at all.

                      The Machine was purchased on 26th Jan 2018 Model SMS60L18I.
                      Below are the complain history of the product within its warranty period.

                      1.[protected]st Jan 2019 - 14 Feb 2019 - issue E-11
                      2.[protected] Aug 2019 - 09 Sept 2019 - E-19 ( Damaged Part replaced)
                      3.[protected] Dec 2019 Issue E-19, E-25 and detergent compartment not automatically opening.
                      Service engineer visited on 5th Jan 2020 and confirmed that Part replaced on September 2019 has damaged again and needs to be replaced.
                      Complaint escalated from customer on email on 10th Jan 2020 and demanded for replacement of faulty machine because the part replaced in September was not durable for at least a year.
                      14th Jan 2020 senior technician visited and thoroughly tested the machine and confirmed to the customer that more than 3 parts are damaged.
                      This communication was forged by Chetan Sharma and he conveyed the customer and his seniors that only one part is damaged and after replacement of this (Part replaced in Sept 2019) particular part machine will be functional.
                      On 22nd of Jan 2020 Machine the new part arrived and was replaced with the part which was replaced on Sept 2019 when tested by Senior service engineer the machine was stuck with error so the service engineer Dismantled the entire machine one by one performed some fixtures, a complete drain fixing took place he cleansed the entire machine still the machine is stuck and not functioning at all.

                      The machine itself is faulty and if a replacement is not received at the earliest I will have to take this case further up legally.

                      Also note I do not want to have any communication with you manager 'Chetan Sharma' his attitude towards Bosch customers is not polite as well as his line of statements are very rude which I am not quite satisfied with.

                      Kindly look into this case at the earliest.

                        I have purchased bosch washing machine in march 2019, two weeks ago it got problem that water is flowing even machine is switched off, so i called bosch customer care on 3rd dec 2019 and requested for engineer visit, engineer came on 5th dec 2019 and told one of the spare part needs to be replaced but it's not available with him at that time, he told will place an order for spare part in company, it will take 2 - 3 days to receive spare parts, he will fix it on next day once it comes, but still now there is no update on when washing machine will be fixed.
                        I have called three times in between to customer care and local office contact in chennai, could not able to get any update. Even i have got area manager mr. Selvam contact number ([protected]) from customer care and tried to reach him but he didn't picked my call.

                          When i add comfort at that time it is in box only. But once started dispenser is not going to clothes means inside. Water is coming to dispenser box but it is not going to inside. Water is stocking there only. After completed washing when i checked still dispenser is still there with water and i don't know what is happened. This is happened from first time onwards when i purchased but, i did not get time to complain.

                            Actually we bought ss gas hub in the name of mohan vaitheeswaran. During the installation process the installer (Rajesh : [protected])., said don't use bush underneath of stove. And he dunno the reason why not to use. But he took those stove bush without informing to us. Now the stove have gas leakage issue too. Please send a good stove installer as soon as possible

                              We had purchased a refrigerator on 31.10.2019 but till date no installation or demo has been done by bosch service centre.
                              We had purchased the above product from m/s cpr distributors pvt. Ltd.,
                              Vishala area, dewas road, near rishi nagar petrol pump, ujjain vide invoice no - 72r1902320 dt-31.10.2019.

                              We had purchased a refrigerator on 31.10.2019 but till date no installation or demo has been done by BOSCH service centre.
                              We had purchased the above product from M/s CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd.,
                              Vishala Area, Dewas Road, Near Rishi Nagar Petrol Pump, UJJAIN vide invoice no- 72R1902320 dt-31.10.2019.
                              As in ujjain we don't have any service centre, send some trained person from Indore station.

                                Purchased bosch refrigerator on 8th june 2019.
                                I refrigerator came had scratches, immediately booked a complaint. Took 2 to 3 months to replace the door. Door replaced was different, not matching to the fridge supplied. Fridge sealing rubbers were not fitting properly. When raised the point, bosch service personel said that this will be working properly in 24 hrs.

                                Again raised the complaint, as the rubbers are always coming out of door and rubber have to be adjusted before closing the door everytime. Some engineer came after much effort and verified and said that they supplied a different door of some other model. They will correct if possible otherwise will replace the fridge. Month gone nothing happened.

                                After 2nd wash got many errors in washing machine i put a complainent on it, techincian came and try to solve the issue but not resolved..They told me that they replace a new one, its bean a month, nobody responding.
                                I have ordered washing machine on October 29th and installation and demo person not yet came and cancelled automatically. Need solution on this.

                                  I have purchased bosch dishwasher last month in 17 oct 19 and i have registered 3 times call for extended warranty of dishwasher thrw customer care. But still no one call and no one visit at my place. This is really shown a big mistake to purchase bosch home appliance if i m suffering to purchase extended warranty only. The technician who had installed it i call him and msg him many times but he is not responding. This is really a pathetic service from bosch company.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am getting electric shock from day i purchased washing machine. Every time i was told it is due to grounding related by bosch service engineer and electricians says it is machine issue.

                                    Even though machine is off state why i am getting electrical shock and also sometime i will get this shock sometime not.

                                    I don't this service engineer are taking this seriously.

                                    Not facing this issue for any other devices.

                                    Let me know how to address this.

                                      Bought a bosch front load washing machine from vijay sales, surat. The product was delivered the next day i. E. 21st october, 2019. However, till date, no installation or demo has taken place. I have been calling the customer care no. Of bosch as well as vijay sales. Multiple service requests have been raised and the call is still open as per my last discussion over the phone with the bosch service center in surat.
                                      It has been more than 10 days of the product being delivered but not a single call from the customer care no. Of vijay sales or bosch has been received. The installation/demo was scheduled for 23rd, then every alternate day and now no one is ready to respond to my queries/repeated requests.
                                      I may be compelled to return the product.
