I bought the bosch washing machine and got it delivered to me by 9-june-2029, but the demo installation is still pending. There has been no contact made by anyone from bosch....

I registered a complaint for fixing my washing machine on 30th may. Till now nobody has contacted me or every time i call the number i get the same reply we are looking into it. It has been 15 days. Is this a customer should be treated from a reputable company? The washing machine got disrupted after 6 months and now they are refusing to provide services....

From the inception only i am facing problem with the kind of service being offered from bosch. For the installation only i waited a lot.

We have ordered bosch washing machine via flipkart and received with damage.
The parcel has been opened by bosch service engineer only. He said that he will order for spare part which got damaged and will come again for installation once we received the spare.
Now he has closed the request saying that installation completed with wrong info.
We are getting more irresponsible answers.
