My father has purchased bosch washing machine model no : wab20267in dated 27.02.2019, from a showroom called sonovision, area dwarkanagar, visakhapatnam.in feb 2020, it has been observed rust on the top of the body of left hand side. We thought maybe it is some dust, later we came to know it is not dust, it is rust, as it started gradually increasing.in march 2020, i was continuously calling customer care. Whenever i called, the only reply, i got all the customer service executives are busy, you will receive a call back shortly, but i never got a call back. Then i tried through local service centre. Service executive came and simply said we need to buy new front panel, apart from that nothing can be done. Being a reputed brand, is this type of product sold to customer which gets rust within a year. Whereas my parents hardly they use 2-3 times a month. Request you to resolve this asap.

Updated by Nabe This is pathetic.. it’s been 7 days that I have posted this complaint here. But sorry to say feeling shame on such a International branded company not responding to customer. I don’t think Bosch would really concern about customer issues, it is only concern about your sales not costumers real problem.
Being a BIG BRAND in the Global market, the Bosch service department should have QR team, who need to take an initiative and respond to the customer and resolve the issues asap.

Updated by Nabe This is really shame, after complaining again on June 25th, service technician has come and took the picture of washing machine rust part and said our Manager will get back. form that day till now there is no response from any one. I feel Bosch is least bothered about service and consumer complaints rather increasing the sales of the product, through selling the cheap quality products to the customers. It is good to increase the sales, equally services also need to be improved and resolve the consumer issues at the earliest. Every time consumer need to wake up the service team and remind them to resolve the issue.
