We had purchased a fridge model above with z nr 00443 on may 2019 after the 5th month onwards we had complainted at bosch service agents to look after abnormal highly irritated loud sounds from the fan and belt backside of fridge followed by absence of cooling noted too. Service centre provided guys they had came as per complaint and switch on our non working status into manual observation after switch on power, though it may power off due to fridge were not working so. This history repeats 3times since from 2019and service providers never replace compalinted fan during those warrenty period.
At this covi19 time our zone declared containment zone unfortunately on april onwards the same fan issues started and roaring sounds leads into absent the function of fridge. Now we had compainted then they excused due to said corona 19 issue, finaly some guys reached and politly checked it and told its was due to fan issue, we must buy new one. Though our warrenty were finished.
I hope the same compalaint had registerd during the warrenty period and never suggested a replacement.
I hope you people notice the tricky game.
Shall we forced to approach consumer court and strong social media tagging the above issue.

      I am an unfortunate consumer using bosch washing machine and dish washer. My washing machine is not drying from last 3 month and i waited due to special conditions of covid and requested after normal conditions. I requested with service number [protected] bt no call and response from service team.
      I am tired of calling bosch service centre with paid calls but no one lift phone to inform status of my complaint and no response on sms as well. Kindly arrange to get the service as soon as possible we are suffering from last 3 months

        We had purchased new refrigerator of bosch kdn30vv301_ (34691) on may 2019 from dealer venus digital arecade chavakkad, trichur, kerala. Pin680506.
        After the sale due to the abnormal irregular sounds, &excess leaking the outflow water from the base of the collection tray the fourth month we had complainted.
        They approached and done something during the warrenty period.
        Again after 5 months complainted through the dealer venus digital arecade due to the warrenty zone for again the horrible sounds.
        Now 12/6/20 we had complainted again with loss of working condition of base, fridge but freezer is ok. Food products become spoilt. Though our dealer venus registred but they were given covid 19 as a reason.
        Meanwhile big noises were raised so we complainted but nobody comes.
        Again freezer also dead.
        We are stucked.
        We disappointed ☹️.
        Do as early as possible. Our kids were troubled and stroke patient father alsowe are 7 in numbers.

            Sir/mam,

            My father has purchased bosch washing machine model no : wab20267in dated 27.02.2019, from a showroom called sonovision, area dwarkanagar, visakhapatnam.in feb 2020, it has been observed rust on the top of the body of left hand side. We thought maybe it is some dust, later we came to know it is not dust, it is rust, as it started gradually increasing.in march 2020, i was continuously calling customer care. Whenever i called, the only reply, i got all the customer service executives are busy, you will receive a call back shortly, but i never got a call back. Then i tried through local service centre. Service executive came and simply said we need to buy new front panel, apart from that nothing can be done. Being a reputed brand, is this type of product sold to customer which gets rust within a year. Whereas my parents hardly they use 2-3 times a month. Request you to resolve this asap.

            This is pathetic.. it’s been 7 days that I have posted this complaint here. But sorry to say feeling shame on such a International branded company not responding to customer. I don’t think Bosch would really concern about customer issues, it is only concern about your sales not costumers real problem.

            Being a BIG BRAND in the Global market, the Bosch service department should have QR team, who need to take an initiative and respond to the customer and resolve the issues asap.

            This is really shame, after complaining again on June 25th, service technician has come and took the picture of washing machine rust part and said our Manager will get back. form that day till now there is no response from any one. I feel Bosch is least bothered about service and consumer complaints rather increasing the sales of the product, through selling the cheap quality products to the customers. It is good to increase the sales, equally services also need to be improved and resolve the consumer issues at the earliest. Every time consumer need to wake up the service team and remind them to resolve the issue.

            Request you to look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

                I have a recurring problem with the dish washer bought in 2016. From 2018 the error which says 'check water'. I had to pay for every technician visit and the problem was never solved. A few days later the same message would appear and the machine would stop. Replacing a spare also failed. To lodge a complaint and or the technician to attend would take several weeks. The customer care would now attend my call and disconnect. The machine has not worked completely for the past 6 months and did not serve me during the lock down days when it was much needed.

                    I registered a complaint for fixing my washing machine on 30th may. Till now nobody has contacted me or every time i call the number i get the same reply we are looking into it. It has been 15 days. Is this a customer should be treated from a reputable company? The washing machine got disrupted after 6 months and now they are refusing to provide services.

                      Hello,

                      I bought a washing machine from amazon.

                      From the inception only i am facing problem with the kind of service being offered from bosch. For the installation only i waited a lot.

                      Now my machine is in dead state from last 6 months even it is in warranty.

                      Series of complains :

                      First complain : 29 dec 2019
                      Complaint number[protected]

                      I have waited 2 months and called back again on 29th feb 2020.

                      Secand complaint number ; 29th feb[protected]

                      No one visited to my place. Its actually very very bad.
                      Your executive told that engineer will visit shortly.

                      3rd is on 23rd of march. No one visited yet.

                      Again i registered a third complain :[protected]

                      We don't have a spare washing machine and struggling like hell.

                      I believe enough is enough. Is this the service being provided by the bosch. On paper correct me if i am wrong that engineer should reach to the product within 48 hours.

                      I did not bought the product free of cost. Its my money please value for my money.

                      Now today again i have called and again registered a 4th complain (Complaint no.[protected]

                      I have written many mails but none of them got answered.

                      My product is dead from last 6 months.

                          Hi,
                          We have ordered bosch washing machine via flipkart and received with damage.
                          The parcel has been opened by bosch service engineer only. He said that he will order for spare part which got damaged and will come again for installation once we received the spare.
                          Now he has closed the request saying that installation completed with wrong info.
                          We are getting more irresponsible answers.

                            I complained against my refrigerator on 31st may. Engineer visited on 1st june and said this part is not available and will be available within week. I called him on 8th and he said we need 10 more days.in such a hot weather how what will we do. I told him about the condition in this hour of need.

                                We bought bosch - due to its brand, engineering design, and production. We thought and hoped we not hit any problem. We followed the procedure recommended for washing machine - cleaning and proper load. Out of sudden we hear loud noise - not normal and also some smoke. We contacted customer service and requested for help. After multiple call, service engineer visited for just couple of minute and told that whole has to be replaced. It cost 1/3 of the purchase cost of washing machine. That too just after a month expiry of 2 year warranty period. We are just wondering, what is bosch engineering design? Is it purposely build to fail just after warrant period? Can't replace just that part alone?

                                We are ready to pay the amount, but like government - they are saying order is progress and it is other department problem etc. But our problem is not resolved for more than 2 months.

                                      I bought a machine from a vendor named achin, who is a dealer of bosche. He didn't tell me that installation cannot be done immediately. Instead when i asked him when the service engineer will come, he started arguing in a high pitch that he doesn't have any information and can't help beyond this point. I asked him why he sold machines by giving a false picture to us. Now at least he should accept his mistake, but he didn't even accept and continued to shout on me. Now we have a machine but can't use it as no service engineer is coming and doesn't have any clue when he will come. So just want to tell other customers who are going to purchase from this vendor not to believe in him as he will deliver the product but hide information about the installation service.                                         I had taken high end 8 kg washing machine of bosch 2 and half years back. the company provides 2 years of warranty.
                                        the washing machine had problems even one year back also. again now the door kept unlocking by itself and the washing programme was not running.
                                        i contacted bosch service center. they take ages to reply. after that they charge 800 rupees for just visit home. later they told that the power module is failed and it has to be replaced. how can a good company like bosch has fitted defective part which came for one 2 and half years.
                                        i had to pay for the part- power module. they tell easily that its because of cockroaches that it has happened. but actually there was not a single dust on the power module. they just keep blaming on cockroaches and power fluctuations.
                                        i have seen many complaints from many customers that the power module has failed after 2 years.
                                        i just want to tell every one that dont buy bosch products and their washing machine. they frequently fail.
