on 2/oct/2018 I have replaced the rubber piece in front door due to water leakage.it cost 4660 rs for replacement of new part and the warranty period for the replaced part is 30 days.
within 8 months again water started leaking. Why the part quality is very low and i suspect the part provided is genuine or not. Kindly replace new rubber ring.

after service engineer visit:
I got a call from service engineer Mr.Subramani on[protected].initaially he asked for video later he visited my home .he claimed that I have only 30 days warranty for the door gasket and I should pay and replace .
I explained him the gasket came with the machine had very good life time and why this one doesn’t have lesser life time either this should be the duplicate spare provided by bosch service earlier if not why the bosch genuine spare has lesser life.
Point number two we are using 3 people wearable cloth and normal blanket(lesser weight) for washing while take out from washing machine it is having impact on the gasket like every washing matching . the gasket lost it capability to handle the impact due to its quality and got damaged day by day.
Finally water is coming out. After our discussion he has connected with another guy he said our Manager will call you still I haven’ receive any call and I called him back no response. I said If the gasket can’t handle long life I can’t pay again to replacement Gasket.
Kindly consider this issue and provide me the new original gasket without paying for it.even before you can take my damaged gasket and analyses whether it is the genuine spare given by bosch

I bought a washing machine from Bosch last month and along with it bought extended warranty and stand, however, having paid the money, haven’t received any documentation confirming extended warranty nor received the stand.
This seems like a fraud and didn’t expect this from a reputed firm like Bosch.
