I am writing this after my third experience with the customer support team. Their service request handling is pathetic after having faced for bothe refrigerator and washing machine. There is absolutely no coordination with the service request team and the technical team. The best part is that they do even know the meaning of high priority ticket. I had a ticket raised day before evening, after waiting for 24 hrs assured that my ticket will be addressed within 48hrs. This morning i am told that my ticket has been closed and a new request is raised. They are simply escaping from their sla’s.

Hi

I bought a washing machine from Bosch last month and along with it bought extended warranty and stand, however, having paid the money, haven’t received any documentation confirming extended warranty nor received the stand.

This seems like a fraud and didn’t expect this from a reputed firm like Bosch.

    Dear sir,

    I recently purchased a bosch dryer. And it gives e56 error, your team said that stabilizer has to be installed. Even after wide range stabilizer was installed it still showed the error. Then they said a module has to be changed which was changed and still there was an error, then they asked to install step up stabilizer, with this stabilizer the electricity tripped off. Now they have suggested to change the meter yet they say there is no problem with the machine. Even when the dryer is getting over heater yet the clothes do not dry. On 15 min drying setting, even after 15 min time completing the timer keeps looping and do not stop, yet clothes are as it was put in. Very disappointed with this product and this product is brand new, since its brought from 4 months. Not used since i had to travel abroad. Cupboard dry is the only option which works other options are for name sake

    Since i have purchased this product Bosch dryer its a show piece in my house. The error showing is E06. The product is still under warrenty and Bosch south Goa team is blaming it on my electricity voltage. I had purchased a washing machine same time which requires 220 V which is working fine. But Bosch team wants an excuse as they cannot detect the fault nor resolve it. hence they have chosen to blame it on my voltage. I request Bosch team to please replace this product as its still under warrenty.

    Very disappointed with the purchase of Bosch dryer. Would never recommend anyone to purchase this product in india model no. WTB86202IN/01. Servicing personnels are not experienced even the senior most technician Narendra Patil.

      I have a bosch series 4 washing machine. I have submitted a general service request in july and since then waiting for the technician to come. The technical called couple of times and was not able to speak hindi or english except telugu.
      He was asking for my address while my address is already in the system.

        I had raised a complaint with bosch customer care more than two weeks before regarding the clothes tearing when washing. Complaint was attended to after 3 days and adviced replacement of the drum. The drum was delivered a week back and still not fixed. I will have to take it up with the consumer court.

          I was logged in service requests with order id: [protected] for servicing of my washing machine on 10th aug 2019 and customer care executive told me that our service executive will come today end of the day or max to max tomorrow but unfortunately, nobody visited to my place till the time.
          With this type of service level, i will never recommend bosch brand to anyone.

            I have attended bosch bamglore adugodi campus in june. I cleared all intervws and hr told we will release offer letter. But after 2 weeks when i am asking them they are telling offer letter is in hold. Espicially the hr name is vinod kumar in adugodi campus banglore he is always telling in offer in hold. Then what is neccesity of calling for intervw if they cannot give job. Useless hrs

              Great eastern staff sold me bosch washing machine by telling wrong feature. I completelynot satisfy with product. She said this machine washinig system is 4 side. But it runs only colck wise and anti clock wise. And she also said cloths will never engaged with other and wash very ceal. But she totally wrong. I totally not satisfy. I feel i waste my money now what todo.

                My name is nikhilesh mukherjee, mobile no[protected]. I baught a bosch fridge from vijay sales on 26/5/2019. Serial no l67, bosch ref kdn42vb301. Water is leaking from the fridge. Your technician came today, he emptied out the box at the bottom behind the fridge which was full of water. He cleaned water spillage inside the fridge around the box to whatever extent he could do. That’s all he did. When i asked what have you done technically to make sure there won’t be any leakage of water again, he could not answer. He simply said box got filled up with water and overflowed.
                Now, since he has emptied the box it is a matter of time when the box gets filled up, once box is full, it is going to overflow. There is a fundamental issue which remains unresolved. Please take note of complaint and act immediately to make sure it does not happen again. If it happens again, you will have to replace the fridge.
                I have no hesitation to say, my experience with bosch fridge is extremely poor since i baught this fridge. You can check you past record.

                  lene k bad ab tak 4 bar bade bade problem aa gaye machine me.
                  10 machine me hi machine koi factory k machine ke jesa aawaj karne laga hai aur 3 bar to kapde bhi faad diye hai.

                  iss regarding mene 7th july 2019 ko customer care me call kr k complain kiya tha (Service Request No.:[protected], to muje bataya gaya ki 10 din me problem solve kar denge.
                  fir service team ka banda aaya aur bola ki parts mangana padega.
                  aur muje bataya gaya ki 20th july tak solve ho jayega. bt 20 tarikh tak na hi koi person aaya koi na hi koi reply mila muje.
                  fir mene 20 tarikh ko call kiya to aur 2 din ka time mange aur surety diya ki 2 din me 100% solve ho jayega.
                  aaj 25 tarikh hai, aab tak koi person nahi aaya aur na koi reply aaya.
                  to mene call center me call kiya to ab muje bata rahe hai ki aapka problem 8th August ko solve hoga kyuki abhi tak parts aaya nahi hai.

                  to parts aane me 30 days kon lagata hai??
                  Chandra Yan ke sath Moon se mangvaya hai kya??

                    I bought Bosch WAK24269IN from Darling ambur (invoice no. [protected]), i spoke to Bosch customer care (very hard to connect to customer care), technician came and given demo, washing machine is far from tap point, so he installed long inlet hose and i paid extra Rs. 1500, but after installation, the next day getting leakage from hose..i m calling the person around 3 weeks, he not responding properly..please help me

                      We have purchased bosch top loading washing machine 8 months back and it's frequently getting repaired (Not functioning) whenever we complaint service engineer taking more than 2 weeks we hardly used the machine for 2 months rest of the 6 months it's under repair only. We have found machine has manufacturing defects with this model. We have raised complaint for replacement or change with different model company is not responding since 1 month.
                      Kindly help us for permanent solution. I have all mail follow up.

                      Finally machine has repaired by Engineer, but he has asked us not to use the machine until we connect the stabilizer when we search inside the market no where we can find the washing machine stabilizer..
                      How come Bosch suggesting to use the stabilizer..
                      We are really sorry to say this Bosch made us trouble badly. I took wrong decision to buy the Bosch washing machine..

                      Now it's 45 days cannot use the washing machine..

                        We purchase the machine on 4 th may 2019, model wat 2846, sin

                        We have raised multiple complaints on the problems the machine has been giving. Faulty timing : the machine is selected for the program to for 1 hr, when it gets closer to the last 5 mins, the program restarts and continues for another 1
                        Instances of machine not drying the clothes : the machine continues to have water in the machine even after the program is complete

                        Instance of water coming out from the front door.

                        The customer care executives reply saying that these are common problems with bosch washing machine, the mechanics who visited twice have also mentioned the comments

                        The machine was purchased for my aged parents and the experience is an absolute nightmare! The service level is pathetic and is only adding to the anxiety of my parents. Need immediate resolution.

                          I have purchased the fridge model No:KDN30VU30I from SK Engineers, Salem
                          on 2.9.18 vide Bill NO :736 dt2.9.18.The fridge was not working and complaint lodged on 30.5.19.After verifying the Fridge, Service Tecnician has informed that Control Module has to be replaced.

                          He has told to replace it in 4 days. After a week time after several requests he has once again visited our house and informed that the Fridge will be replaced shortly .But to our utter dismay no response from your end till date.

                              Hello Sir,
                              I went for coolant temperature issue, first time they change the coolant tank stating that it is leaking. After that also it is giving same warning. In second visit they change the radiator. After that also same warning was coming. Then I went third time they said need to change the thermostat valve and check and if problem not resolve then need to open the engine. Means even their service manager also not sure where is the problem. Like the new service person on trial basis keep on changing the parts one by one. Now I have big question mark on the skill and Expertise of bosch service man. car modal is Skoda Fabis 1.6L, no KA-53 Z 3709. I have visited to White field Raghvendra Bosch service center. I am just keep on loosing the money and time on service only and after almost one year problem has not been resolved.
                              Kindly intervene and give me proper solution to this problem.

                                I raised the complaint of washing machine in 4th June 2019. The technician told me that the part needs to be changed and will be replaced by 6th June. After 6th June I kept chasing the service guy and customer case but no results and now somehow today I got hold of guy and he says we can only change the part on 15th June.
                                This is pathetic service is Bosch.
                                I bought this product assuming a German brand will be good at product and service but sorry to say, Bosch post sale service sucks.

                                  Ŕecently, on 19th april 2019 i purchased a bosch refrigerator and it has stopped working by10 may 2019. Nobody is taking responsibility in mending the fridge. All the items that i stored got spoilt and it's really a mess. I need justice for all the loss n tensions i'm facing in communicating with the irresponsible service technicians. Kindly solve the issue by refunding the amount with the compensation for the loss. It's been nearly a month since

                                    Body of my bosch front door washing machine (7.0 kg) with type/ e-no. Wak20160in/03 and fd/c. No. [protected] purchased on 09.04.2016 is getting hot, the electrical cable connecting the machine with power socket is also getting hot, the base plastic of the plug has melted. The issue apparently started after replacing the circuits, p - module (No.[protected] and op-module (No.[protected]. I was told to change the power socket. It has been changed but the problem persists. I am told that the motor perhaps is taking extra load. The body of the machine is catching rust, to my understanding, which is highly unexpected from a product of bosch. Hence, may i request to kindly check the following:

                                      My name is kamal kumar and my phone no. [protected], [protected]. I have hyundai i10 regn. No. DL8CT-8172 and i visit for summer vacation in punjab and i feel car was not ok than i send my car for servicing to singh motors which is located in punjab, jandiala guru. After service i seen my front car bumper is break and car was so dusty front side and outside also and after test rise car was not going a above 80 speed than i call to manager he was totally denied for this case. And says i don't know about this. I m schoked if you want i send you pick of car in same condition when i request to wash the car than he says i not have time . Really i m really very much disappointed. i m not suggest to any body for service in bosch company. Other customers have also same complaint Why you give authorization to this type of service centre. He is totally drop your brand name, and than i pay to amout for servicing he don't have card machine and not give invoice bcoz its a taxable i m again shocked. After when i had forced for invoice than he was provide me. I m paid 3740/- and he was not explained me what work has done i m not satisfied for your service. So I want to reimburse that particular amount and you pls take a strict action against them. Otherwise i m going to consumer court. I m allready in honda two wheelers as a general manager.bosch is a good brand name. And i hope you will give best support to me. And waiting for instant action.

                                        Hi,

                                        on 2/oct/2018 i have replaced the rubber piece in front door due to water leakage.it cost 4660 rs for replacement of new part and the warranty period for the replaced part is 30 days.within 8 months again water started leaking.why the part quality is very low and i suspect the part provided is genuine or not.kindly replace new rubber ring.

                                        after service engineer visit:
                                        I got a call from service engineer Mr.Subramani on[protected].initaially he asked for video later he visited my home .he claimed that I have only 30 days warranty for the door gasket and I should pay and replace .
                                        I explained him the gasket came with the machine had very good life time and why this one doesn’t have lesser life time either this should be the duplicate spare provided by bosch service earlier if not why the bosch genuine spare has lesser life.
                                        Point number two we are using 3 people wearable cloth and normal blanket(lesser weight) for washing while take out from washing machine it is having impact on the gasket like every washing matching . the gasket lost it capability to handle the impact due to its quality and got damaged day by day.
                                        Finally water is coming out. After our discussion he has connected with another guy he said our Manager will call you still I haven’ receive any call and I called him back no response. I said If the gasket can’t handle long life I can’t pay again to replacement Gasket.
                                        Kindly consider this issue and provide me the new original gasket without paying for it.even before you can take my damaged gasket and analyses whether it is the genuine spare given by bosch
