Ŕecently, on 19th april 2019 i purchased a bosch refrigerator and it has stopped working by10 may 2019. Nobody is taking responsibility in mending the fridge. All the items that i stored got spoilt and it's really a mess. I need justice for all the loss n tensions i'm facing in communicating with the irresponsible service technicians. Kindly solve the issue by refunding the amount with the compensation for the loss. It's been nearly a month since
I complained about bosch fridge and still there's no response. Kindly, solve this issue. I'm surviving without a refrigerator for nearly a month.

    Body of my bosch front door washing machine (7.0 kg) with type/ e-no. Wak20160in/03 and fd/c. No. [protected] purchased on 09.04.2016 is getting hot, the electrical cable connecting the machine with power socket is also getting hot, the base plastic of the plug has melted. The issue apparently started after replacing the circuits, p - module (No.[protected] and op-module (No.[protected]. I was told to change the power socket. It has been changed but the problem persists. I am told that the motor perhaps is taking extra load. The body of the machine is catching rust, to my understanding, which is highly unexpected from a product of bosch. Hence, may i request to kindly check the following:

    I) whether the product is original
    Ii) whether the modules supplied are original

      My name is kamal kumar and my phone no. [protected], [protected]. I have hyundai i10 regn. No. DL8CT-8172 and i visit for summer vacation in punjab and i feel car was not ok than i send my car for servicing to singh motors which is located in punjab, jandiala guru. After service i seen my front car bumper is break and car was so dusty front side and outside also and after test rise car was not going a above 80 speed than i call to manager he was totally denied for this case. And says i don't know about this. I m schoked if you want i send you pick of car in same condition when i request to wash the car than he says i not have time . Really i m really very much disappointed. i m not suggest to any body for service in bosch company. Other customers have also same complaint Why you give authorization to this type of service centre. He is totally drop your brand name, and than i pay to amout for servicing he don't have card machine and not give invoice bcoz its a taxable i m again shocked. After when i had forced for invoice than he was provide me. I m paid 3740/- and he was not explained me what work has done i m not satisfied for your service. So I want to reimburse that particular amount and you pls take a strict action against them. Otherwise i m going to consumer court. I m allready in honda two wheelers as a general manager.bosch is a good brand name. And i hope you will give best support to me. And waiting for instant action.

        Hi,

        on 2/oct/2018 i have replaced the rubber piece in front door due to water leakage.it cost 4660 rs for replacement of new part and the warranty period for the replaced part is 30 days.within 8 months again water started leaking.why the part quality is very low and i suspect the part provided is genuine or not.kindly replace new rubber ring.

        after service engineer visit:
        I got a call from service engineer Mr.Subramani on[protected].initaially he asked for video later he visited my home .he claimed that I have only 30 days warranty for the door gasket and I should pay and replace .
        I explained him the gasket came with the machine had very good life time and why this one doesn’t have lesser life time either this should be the duplicate spare provided by bosch service earlier if not why the bosch genuine spare has lesser life.
        Point number two we are using 3 people wearable cloth and normal blanket(lesser weight) for washing while take out from washing machine it is having impact on the gasket like every washing matching . the gasket lost it capability to handle the impact due to its quality and got damaged day by day.
        Finally water is coming out. After our discussion he has connected with another guy he said our Manager will call you still I haven’ receive any call and I called him back no response. I said If the gasket can’t handle long life I can’t pay again to replacement Gasket.
        Kindly consider this issue and provide me the new original gasket without paying for it.even before you can take my damaged gasket and analyses whether it is the genuine spare given by bosch

          I am using bosch washing from past 7 months, recently i got an error code as error 17 which means water pressure inadequate, so i called bosch customer care and technician came and mentioned that our water pressure is inadequate recommended us to relocate / raise water tank / use a pressure pump.

          These issue was not told in the beginning during installation of bosch washing machine by bosch technical team. Now they mentioning tank height is not sufficient.

          My main complaint why bosch technical team did not mention about water pressure during installation but now they coming up with these recommendation.

          Also they mention that, the recommendation (Relocate / raise water tank / use a pressure pump.) what they given has to be get it done by our own plumber and bosch will not be able to support on this. This is serious concern to me and our plumber doesn't know about pressure pump and its specification.

          Why bosch washing machine doesn't include pressure pump as a built in part of a washing machine, then issue will not be arise.

          The bosch customer care is very adamant and will not be supportive to our concerns.

          Recommending not to go with bosch appliance as they lack in customer service / support.

          Please don't buy bosch products.

              We have a 6.5kg washing machine purchased 5 years ago. 4 months ago the maintain pump began to leak. It was replaced for 3000rs. The concerned person arrived and replaced the pump. Due to faulty installation the water persisted to leak from under the washing machine. We ignored this. Suddenly the machine stopped working. The board has got short circuited due to the faulty application of the maintanence pump. Unnecessarily we need to replace the board due to faulty application.

                Bought bosch fridge from amazon india on 6th april 2019 and i received this after 5 days i. E. 11th april. Today is 17th april and my fridge is not installed yet. Whenever i call amazon they ask me to wait for next 48hrs and whenever i call bosch they say "your complaint has been taken, you will be contacted within next 48 hrs". My return period is going to over in next 4 days. I am afraid if something goes wrong amazon will deny return and bosch is ready with legendary response "your complaint has been taken, you will be contacted within next 48 hrs" which will never come. I am still trying to get my fridge install. God knows when this 48hrs will over. I would say better buy any other brand and have peaceful days. It may be little costlier but totally worth it. I am trapped, hope you guys will not.

                Installation guys came after 8th day of delivery and found fridge has broken pieces from inside. They asked me to talk to amazon. I've returned the product and received my full refund after 7 days.

                After all this i didn't have the courage to buy any large appliance online. I went to my local shop and believe me its much cheaper than online price. I bought Samsung RT39M553ESL Top Mount Freezer with Twin Cooling Plus 394L which cost me 37000 but online its showing 41500.

                I would recommend to check local shop first before you opt online but never settle for Bosch.

                  We had purchase this washing machine around 3 yrs back.
                  Yesterday it stopped working with the disply blinking

                  Service engineer came today after lodging a complaint.

                  He said the board has issue due to cockroaches

                  For repairing the board the charges would be around 6000rs
                  To replace board the cost would be around 12000rs.

                  My question was why there is no precaution to avoid cockroaches to enter to the board.
                  When we know in any house we cannot completely avoid cockroaches, isn't it wrong to design the washing machine in such a way cockroach can enter into the board area and damage. Why customer is made to pay so much due to the design issue

                    This is in reference to the complaint made for my bosch washing machine where I have been constantly calling up and a small part (spring )to close the door of washing machine is not being changed inspite of repeated reminders. (complaint no[protected]/ETD)
                    I have also escalated to the escalation matrix to Akash. All I get is different names with different numbers and nothing happens except all false apologies and no actions being taken.
                    There is a branch manager Sudip Prasad who never called me to redress my complaint. The customer care executive who speak same language have no clue.
                    Earlier in month of January, the drum of machine got damaged which took 20 days to repair in peak winters after multiple calls were made.Even when it came home the technicians came home they didnt know to fit the drum and water leakage was happening. Then we had to call them again.

                    My biggest regret is buying this product and will never recommend anyone to buy bosch products. Neither the product is of good quality and neither the after sale service.

                      I was having a word with one of the bosch employees whose name is rakesh, i have been constamtly complaining about the failed product of bosch solar geysers
                      Mr. Rakesh informed me that my geyser has been replaced and the new one has been sent to their dealer in agra which is palson solar. This dealer uses bad language and now asks me to pay for the rent which he paid in bringing geyser to agra along with the 50 percent value of the new geyser.
                      There is a limit to check the patience, bosch india is horrible your dealer network is horrible. A clear last warning to you before i file my plea in the consumer court against bosch for not reverting back to continious complaints and to palson solar as well for treating me in the worst possible manner

                        I bought bosch washing machine model wak24268in on 30 october 2018.
                        Since than i am repeatedly complaining about water leakage issue.
                        Many times service man arrived but he couldn't get the issue.
                        After a couple of more complains he arrived and could figure out that the rubber piece in front door isnt proper, would need a replacement.
                        Since the washing machine is in gaurantee phase it was told they will change the part asap.
                        After contacting multiple times and multiple escalations, they were ready with the part on feb 6.
                        Due to water leakage for almost 4 months and more than 1 month after the issue was identified, i was asking for a replacement since machine got affected by water by this time.
                        Their executive asks me to hold for some time they will connect me to their manager but its been again more than a month since they didn't show up.

                          I have bought my dish washer in the year of july 2017, there is a outstanding complaint i progress service order #[protected]

                          Apart from that we observed the machine internal parts developed rusty inside, the product advertising as rust free but in less than 1.5 years in service, it developed rusty of components, which leaves us in very dis appointed about the bosch dishwasher washer.

                            Purchased bosch front loading washing machine (Model no. 2846sin) via vijay sales gurgaon on 3rd march and it was delivered 4th march morning.
                            As communicated by vijay sales, the machine would get installed either on 4th march evening or on 5th march. Following issues were faced:
                            -did repeated calls to vijay sales during which came to know that service center manager from bosch is unreachable.
                            -i took the number of service center manager and made multiple calls but phone didnt picked up.
                            -during afternoon i was able to talk to service center manager (Mr. Anup) who promised to me that machine will be installed and he will provide me details for installation engineer (Which he did never provided).
                            -in evening when i called and started shouting then only i got a call back from engineer who told me that he will come at 8pm to install.
                            -at 8:30pm another engineer came who couldn't install the machine as the connector brought by him were faulty. By that time it was already 9:30pm and all near shops were closed.
                            -after this again i spoke to bosch service manager (Mr. Anup) and he told me that there is no policy at bosch to give contact no. Of engineers (However earlier he committed to me to provide the same).
                            -while trying to contact bosch service manager (Mr. Anup) he wasn't picking up my phone while he picked up when called from their installation engineer's phone.
                            -neither bosch or their service engineers have made any attempts during the day to install the product sucessfully.
                            -bosch is providing below grade product for installation that's why it is getting faulty very easily, even at the time of installation. They take rs.300/- for such poor quality product which is normally supplied as a standard part from other brand's washing machine.
                            -they don't coordinate with their customers for smoother installation.

                                Subject: replacement of defective washing machine bosch 6.5 kg top loading (Woe654yoin grey)

                                Dear sir,

                                1. Please refer to invoice number - sdeb 60951 of 02 nov 2018.

                                2. The above product was purchased from amazon india on 02 nov 2018 vide invoice no given in para above.

                                3. It is regretted to state that this product is prone to recurring defect. This is evident from the job card of service provider vide no 1393 of[protected], 2001 of[protected] and 2441 of[protected] respectively.

                                4. It is further brought out that within 3 months of purchase this machine has been out of order for 20 days due to defects and time taken for repair by service agency.

                                5. You will agree with me that i had spent money from my hard earned money. Besides money it has caused me mental agony, wasting of my valueable time and energy in getting the machine repaired.

                                6.in view of the above may i request you to refund the amount or replace it with another new piece to avoid litigation and inconveniences to both o[censored]s.

                                  My service request id is [protected]. I have made a call to service center on 7feb2019 for my washing machine as it was not getting switched on. The engineer visited my place and told some spare part is gone and it has to be replaced. Next day got a call and i agreed for the amount he told for the replacement and he assured he will order and get back to me. But i didn't get any response so i had called and he told he will order the replacement part. But for the past 6 days didn't get any response so i called customer care today. Now the engineer called and telling it will take another 15 days to get the replacement part as it has to come from germany. I bought my washing machine in india not in germany so if the spare parts are not available why do you sell your products here? You are not providing any free service we are paying for all the visits and the replacement then how do you expect to be without washing machine for nearly 20 days. There are so many washing machine options in india why we should buy bosch spending so much money if your service is so pathetic. Please provide a solution immediately or replace the machine for my immediate use. I can't be waiting hereafter, if i dont get a solution need to go to the consumer forum. Hoping for a immediate and positive reply.

                                  The washing machine is working but while working it will stop in the middle of working then again we have to press it's button to start it once again.When we will put the washing powder, the whole powder will not go from the powder chamber it will always remain there so we are findings problem in it's system.

                                    We have a rotary hammer machine of your company. For the last few days we are facing some problems regarding that. The hammer bit is adjusting its position it self at only hammering position when used and also the bit is not interlocked with the chuck properly. We already repair it from the dealing mechanic. But the problem is as yet and they refuse to repair it.
                                    Please give suggestion about the problem so that we conveniently used the product.

                                    We have bought bosch washing machine before a month... Machine does not complete the full work... everytime i have to notice the machine before each step... 2 light starts blinking.. then i have to press start button.. again it start to rinse repeatedly...

                                      I had purchased bosch acqatak 100 few years back from metro cash and carry bangalore now the machine is not working i went to peenya authorised service centre and to my shock the explained that the company has stopped supply of spares for this model. The same i brought to the company representative mr. Kulkarni he too gave me another service provider contact who also denied service for this product. Now how can a company stop providing service and spares for their product which they release about 10 years ago.

                                      So customers beware before buying any product from bosch from now on. Instead you can buy any chinese product which is half cheaper than bosch products it can used and thrown once it stops working

                                      I am also planning to file a suite in the consumer and would like to know if more customers like me who have similar issues with this company and it’s priducts.

                                        Unfortunately i bought a bosch front load washing machine from amazon india. There is no installation call from bosch till now. They simply sent one sms saying order id. But there is no mention of installation date or whom to contact for the same. Bosch service is really worst. Now i am worrying that what happens if something wrong in future with this product. Bosch service center is one the worst in kind.
