I have raised a complaint for refrigerator cooling issue with complaint i'd _ [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
I received these all complaint no's since from last 1 month. Technician coming to check don't know about refrigerator as he was calling someone to know how to check and made statement saying they normally visit complaint for lg & samsung and are not aware of it. After few days same technician visited and replaced the fan wrong which he corrected on next visit again after few days. To check the fan he requires magnet which he asked us to provide and than he was not aware also how to use that on provided sensor lights which he again made a call and someone from other end was explaining the technician. Fan blades were replaced in wrong direction instead of throwing air in it was going out.
Conclusion is after almost one month refrigerator is not repaired and it is still in warranty. I was provided with mobile no of monal sharma & vivek from customer care stating i should talk with them to get my complaint resolved which also i have done from last 20 days still poor response and same technician.
If this is only the way bosch does with there customer than i m sorry i should put the same on social media and to all my friends and family circle explaining the way of service experience i got from a big brand.

Sir, I have ordered bosch top load washing machine from Amazon online shopping. I received washing machine on[protected] but no person came to install neither from Amazon nor Bosch. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible. My wife is suffering from washing cloths Manually since she gone through bad medical condition.

    I am Joseph V L CNRA 20.chempaka nagar bakery junction trivandrum 695001-mob no [protected]. the newly delivered bosch washing machine was installed on 4-th octobe 18
    but soon after the installation we noticed water leaking through inside area of the machine.we contacted company over toll free no, but to our surprise service personal came from Siemens service shop.the staff told me that the dispensing tray is a cracked one and this to be replaced.he promised two days but this is 15 th day.i was contacting the the local contact given to me by the staff (siemens)
    but they say spare is not available.three times i contacted your toll free no, they varified the address and all but no service was given.now I request you to replace the washing machine since spare is not available

      Hi,

      I purchased the Bosh Front Load washing machine in Oct'16 and the whole body of the machine is rusted and damaged.

      Layers of metal is coming off and the issue is similar to the following complaint:

      Today I got you technician visited and he gave an estimate of around 60% of the total purchase value of the washing machine.

      What is the use of installing high quality German machine in such a low quality housing and then charging enormous amount of replacing that.

      I have extended warranty left for 2 more years but as per technician body is not covered in that.

      I previously used other brands and never experienced such a body decay in such short duration.

      I demand a free replacement with better quality housing.
      I do not wish to write this complaint again after two more years.

      The Bosch dishwasher is three years old. While running any program, E: 10 error code is thrown. Heat element not working. Soiled dishes are not cleaned properly.
      I visited home after 6 years. I went to put my clothes in the washing machine and noticed the whole body was rusted. I asked my elderly mother what happened and she said the whole body started rusting literally 18 months after purchase and this never happened with the other washing machines we had before .. totally disappointed with it...as I heard good things about Bosch which influenced my decision to buy this machine for my mom
      I purchased the Bosch Washing machine 4 years back. the body of the machine started rusting and now about 6 months it is totally rusted and damaged. I have been trying to get it repaired for the last one year but no use. No service engineer gave any satisfactory reply/solution. Earlier I was having IFB Machine which worked well after 10 years but there was no problem. I changed the machine only to have a modern updated technology machine.
      Please see what can be the solution. My machine E-Nr. WAB16161IN/01 and the location is in Punjab near Chandigarh.
      Is there any solution?

        We have bought a washing machine from bosch and water went inside the washing machine after 1 week, due to kerala floods. We have called the customer care, they came, took photos and went. After that, there was no response from their end till now. We requested for replacement of the machine and we didn't got any response from bosch customer service centre.           I have purchased the front loading washing machine wat28469in/04 from sargam electronics indirapuram on 12th september 2018 and within a couple of weeks o[censored]sage the machine is not functioning. It won’t run. The door lock would open on its own when start button is pressed and the lock symbol flashes, door lock is opened and the machine would give error beeps without running.

          The machine stopped in the middle of the cycle without completing the rinse and spin cycle.

          I had lodged the complaint regarding the same and the technician visited our place and on inspection suggested that the power module and door lock needs to be changed.

          The machine if requires replacement of parts within a couple of weeks of operation is definitely a defective or refurbished or replacement product. It makes me feel cheated as after spending a huge amount of money to get a so called best in the market product i am here having to struggle for getting it in a working order.

          The technician insisted that if the parts are changed it would work fine but i do not want to get the parts of the new machine change and would like to get the product replaced in entirety.

          Raised the complaint to the customer service of bosch on september 27 but have not received any response towards resolution of the problem.

            I own a Siemens fully automated washing machine, but unfortunately the machine stop working from Friday 7th September and open a case with the customer service on Friday the 7th. But till today there is no resolution. Representative visited my house after 10 days when I escalated the issue. After that its 10 days now issue not resolved. He is saying a part need to come don't know these days how many days it will take to get a part. (Where Amazon is delivering packages in 3 to 5 days) .

            Even I have purchased extended warranty for 4000 rupees.

              Recently we bought bosch washing machine model wak20062. we got demo also but performance of machine is very bad. we are following all the process as shown in demo and mention in user manual but still cloths are not getting clean properly all stain and marks are as it is. yes we are using good brand of detergent liquid or poweder but still not getting result. and not cleaning cloths properly.

              For the past one month, washing machine is not washing clothes properly.And as a result washed clothes are emitting detergent stench and the wash quality is also worse. Power and water consumption is also on high side.

                I bought three washing machine, 1st washing machine on may 7kg, 2nd washing machine aug 16 7kg, 3rd sep 17 6.5 kg.

                May month washing machine i got bookmyshowvouchers
                Aug month washing machine i didnt bookmyshowvouchers, which is installed on aug 21st 2018.

                Almost one month am waiting to bms voucher, around 20times i called to customercare team even i spoke to (Customer care team tl) but no response fully frustrated,
                Cusctomer care team has done wrong still now not providing any solution for bookmyshow voucher

                Note: installation and demo service is good.

                No body responding from bosch team

                If any body responsible person in bosch-home appliance, kindly help me to get bookmyshow voucher.

                  As i know bosch is very reputed brand with good product and service records in out side of india. Only because of this i had purchased a bosh dish washer from bosch india ltd. On 1st jan 2018.
                  But, unfortunately, due to a fault code f15 i had lodged a complaint to the bosch care with an id [protected] for repair of this fault. It took a week to attend this complaint after a repeated reminder. When the tech came and after his inspection he told us, "it is a problem with the valve, and he has to replace it" and he left the site. Until now there is no response either from service dpt. Or from the tech. And from the customer service center, they are unable to give an exact reply. So kindly assist.

                    Sir/madam,
                    I had purchased one bosch make refrigerator (Type/model:kdn30vs201/01, fd:9602, z-nr:00001 through
                    Flipkart vide their invoice no.: faaavm[protected] dated 24.09.2017, which is under warranty with bosch home appliances till 23.09.2018 (One year warranty).

                    The refrigerator had developed cooling problem on 26.04.2018. The cause of problem was found, failure of cooling motor vide service order no.:[protected] dated 28.04.2018, which replaced by them free of cost under warranty to make the refrigerator functional.

                    The same problem (Cooling problem) again developed in the refrigerator on 30.09.2018. Their service representative visited on 31.09.2018. The cause of problem was found same (Failure of cooling motor) vide service order no.:[protected] dated 31.09.2018. As, the cooling motor was not available in their stock, the cooling motor and pcb were replaced free of cost under warranty on 09.09.2018 to make again it functional.

                    I have requested to m/s bosch on their toll free number[protected] and also mentioned in the above service order no.:[protected] dated 31.09.2018 to replace the refrigerator under warranty due to inherent problem in the refrigerator. But, they are not agreed to replace the same.

                    It is, once again, requested to kindly replace the refrigerator under warranty.

                    There was a phone call from M/s Bosch Home Appliances about half an hour back.
                    They offered me to extend the warranty of the defective refrigerator for another three months (original warranty valid up 23.09.2018) to observe the performance, which is not accepted to me due to inherent problem in the refrigerator. I request them to send the defective refrigerator to their R&D department to analyse the problem and replace the defective refrigerator by new one under warranty.

                    Then, I was told by him that his senior will contact me soon.But, no call has been received by me till now.

                      On 30/08/18 i ordered the above model from flipkart, made the payment, received the order on 1st, bosch service engineer visited my site, he looked at the model number asked the distance of the water tank from tap, i told him 13 feet (Which means 0.33bar water pressure), he opened the tap noted down 4 to 6litres (This he decided by looking at the water flow) on his papers and outright said that installing the machine would be foolish as this model does not work with this pressure. He said the machine needs at least 18 to 20 feet distance, in other words he said that there should be at at least another floor above and then the water tank, i showed him the product features on the description of the machine on flipkart site, he said that 0.3 water pressure doesn't hold good for all the models of bosch and only some models work with that pressure, he left advising me to return the machine and pick up another model which actually works at 0.3 bar water pressure. Now the nightmare begins.. I called flipkart, explained everything and asked for return and refund so that i could place a suitable order, but god help me... First they wanted 4 days... Then 2 days... Then another 2 days, it has been 10 days since my purchase.. There is only hate from me towards flipkart and bosch for taking serious issues so casually.. I will update tomorrow what happened.. Since they are supposed to come up with a resolution by 10:30 am tomorrow.. I would also register my complaint with consumerhelpline.gov.in, with all the proofs

                      While i was researching on this subject what i have found out is the local dealers are aware that these models do not work with 0.3 BAR water pressure, there are many customers who have purchased this model, got their machine installed and are suffering immensely, i have a request to all, when you are misguided and cheated by Sellers please register a complaint with the Central governemnt provision for consumer rights.. one phone call.. and your complaint is registerd on consumerhelpline.gov.in

                      And if you are wondering that there are also a lot of positive reviews about the same machines..my take is the machine may be is good, it just doesnt work under certain conditions which are not highlighted in the product description page. Find out all the details by going to an actual dealer and don't depend on shopping websites for information, i have used an IFB for 22 years with the same kind of water pressure, it was never an issue, IFB has good customer support but some of their service engineers are crooks, i will save that info for another day

                        Sir,
                        I purchased bosh refrigerator at nasik 18 months back. 2 months back fridge power module burnt and fridge stopped working. I called service person on call center and they attended the home after 7-8 days after multiple followup and charged 850 service charges. They claimed that power pcb is burnt and needs replacement i agreed to that, after 8 days pcb comes which they tried and dint worked. They got another pcb in 4-5 days which also did not worked. The technical person did not had any technical knowledge on electronics front. Then after 3-4 days another person attended that and said that wire in side the puffing is burnt and fridge is not repairable and you will get money back with depreciation amount deducted. Since last 3 weeks after many followups with bosch people i am not came to know how much money i will get and when.
                        I am thinking of adopting legal way and will approach all social media and websites to tell people not to buy bosch products.

                              I am prof. G. C. Mishra # [protected]
                              Purcased bosch refrigerator model - kdn43vr30i ([protected]) on 10 jan 2017 from neelkanth electronics, varanasi
                              Complaint: repeatedly water leakage and door rubber loosens.
                              Attended by your untrained and unprofessional mechanic mr anurag pandey few months back but of no use. Again we registered a complaint on 26 august 2018 and the same mechanic attended and charged rs 800/ without rectifying the defect by saying that gasket loosens is manufacturing defect and hence can not be rectified. He also gave his personal ph no. To call him directly and not through company.
                              Due to this gross negligence a lot of well cooked items kept in the refrigerator are being spoiled and hence we had a lot of financial loss as well as mental harassment.
                              You are requested to send a well trained engineer immediately and if possible replace the refrigerator with a new one otherwise we may go to social media and other legal forums.
                              Further kindly take appropriate action against mr anurag pandey for his unprofessional attitude.

                                I brought this dishwasher for rs 35000 on oct 2016. It had two yrs warranty valid until oct 2018. It stopped washing the vessels properly and dishwasher tablet remains as it is in the tablet tray even after a complete cycle.

                                Company service person came in and said the dispenser unit has to be replaced. Now the company supervisor called later and says i have pay for that spare part even though it is under warranty. They say some parts are not covered under warranty.
                                In fact this company asked me buy an extended warranty at the time purchase paying additional 5k for 2 more years until 2020. But now refusing to replace parts even within the first 2 yrs warranty period itself.

                                  We have puchases the washing machine from vjay sales gurgaon on 7th april, 2018. On 16-08-18 we lodge a complaint to bosch customer care about the washing machine has leakage of water from the bottom. Complaint number [protected].

                                  On 17-08-18 a technician visited and said the machine required a part to be replace and part is not available with us and we need some time to repair this machine.

                                  After that we complained several times to customer care and they always said one thing "are are forwarding the complaint to our service agent.'

                                      I am in urgent need of your support. I gave my car to the dealership on 27-28th july 2018 as it got sunk due to water logging in basement of my house (Niti khand, indirapuram). My car - swift dzire (Dl 8c ag 2838) was towed to gmg bosch car service, indirapuram and this issue was catered by body shop manager - mr. Rakesh chaudhary (+91 [protected]). Since 28th july i've not been given any sort of estimate, insurance part approval list, tentative time to deliver my car back. I've been following up with mr. Rakesh since then but he is least bothered about my car's status. Either my calls are not being picked up or get disconnected by him. There has not been even a single call by body shop manager to me to provide any sort of status. On 18th aug (Today), he stated over phone that we'll receive a confirmation by evening by when they will be in receipt of the approved car parts. Its already been 20 days and till now i have no idea when the body parts will be received by this showroom.

                                      Its seriously a major affect on trust with a reliable brand maruti. Even after 20 days, i have no idea at all when i will get my car repaired. I have a small kid (1 yr old) and it has been a great challenge in commuting anywhere without the only car that i have.

                                      I would need your immediate attention to this issue as it has already troubled me a lot.

                                      I am also attaching my car pictures with its damaged condition and the way it has been left at garage.

                                      After 27 days, this guy has ordered incorrect parts for my cars which is completely a disastrous situation for me. Would request you to look into it asap.
