I have paid for top load bosch washing machine on 19/04/18-thursday from your chennai valluvar kottam road - e-khareedo india llp showroam & got delivered on 21/04/18 - 3rd day now even after 4th working day we have not got the technical demo got done. A formal call from your office number came only after 6pm simply enquiring of technical demo and told that of tomorrow they send even without mentioning time. Today entire day i have waited for it by not full filling any of my work. I have note the technical person number ([protected]) & told him to come today & complete, hence i faced lot of difficulties of not getting today. Arrange for finishing it today or arrange to give compensation for the stress & loss i got because of it.

    I raised wahing machine service request (#[protected] two days back (17th april). First day service guy contacted me at 9 am and said he will be coming, i waited for that guy for 6 hours and called 3 times, till evening he was telling me he is coming, but he didn't come.
    Again i called customer care on 17th april evening and complained about it. Till now i didn't recieve any call. I called again today waiting for the response.

    This is very pathetic service, and i never expected this type of response from bosch. I hope this one reaches concerned people and act on it.

      I bought a bosch refrigerator 507l top freezer model in march 2018. Within a month the alarm keeps ringing. I have tried closing the door properly but the alarm keeps ringing day and night. I logged a complaint. It has been four days and no one has visited. Every time i call they assure someone will visit but no one has visited till now.

      I am disappointed with bosch service and product.

            Dear Sir,

            Request you to please help me in resolving my concern.

            I'm very unhappy with the product and service provided by JCI - Hitachi India. Requesting for a return and arrange refund for this product.

            Detailed Summary of my concern:

            1) Sep 2017 - job No: [protected], No proper cleaning - White spots - We have a water softner installed, we use Finish Salt, Detergent and Rinse aid and the machine hardness level was on H7. Still the cleaning o[censored]tensils was not satisfactory.
            2) Jan - 2018 - job No : [protected], E09 Error - The machine wasnt cleaning again and was throwing a E 09 error- the Heating element was burnt and needed replacement.
            3) April 2018 - E09 error again - the Machine isnt working and throwing a E09 error.
            This is very bad service from a brand like Bosch...request you to please take necessary action and arrange for a replacement or refund ...thanks

              Hi,

              This is in relation to a complaint we made 2 months back about our refrigerator. (Id no: [protected]/7 for you reference). The complaint was about less cooling and water dripping inside the refrigerator. After few follow-ups, the complaint was attended. As part of resolution as explained by the technician, a technical part was replaced. I was charged some rs 2500 (Approx. – i do not remember the exact amount). However the problem was not resolved even after that. We kept following up with the technician and the call center about it. Technician and senior technicians made multiple visit but could not identify the problem. The last time they visited was about a month back when they left some loggers inside the refrigerator. Since we have been following up again but with no success and nobody had turned up yet to collect the logger and provide resolution. Additionally since 1 month, we believe the problem had further increased as the refrigerator started making annoying noise which last for about 10 mins and it happens almost twice a day. I am afraid that the condition of the refrigerator is degrading day by day.

              We are really unhappy with the way this entire issue has been handled by bosch engineers. Honestly, we are not going recommend bosch products from now on to anyone which we proudly used to do before.

              Finally, let me know if bosch can resolve this technical issue for a bosch’s own product or not. I will only wait for your response until tomorrow (07-april) and else i will find a local repair for this and stop troubling bosch.

                Sir,
                I purchased your bosch 7 kg fully automatic machine from bajaj electricals, lakshmi puram, guntur. They told me that demo will be arranged within 2 to 3 days. Despite my calling to the showroom persons almost daily their response is lookworm. Is it the way? My colleagues also decided to buy when i am buying this. After seeing your extremely poor service they kept aloof. Please try to show atleast some interest after selling your product. I need not tell you what happend to the giant companies because of poor customer orientation. Regards

                  I bought bosch hob 3b pbd7331ms-78c hsn code:7321 from shope lulu connect cochin kerala on 15 january 2018. Last week i was trying to connect with the lpg cylinder and found the hob not working. Immediately i contacted the lulu shop and they registered the complaint. My native place (Kollam) having a bosch service agency and they didn’t arrange a technician to visit my complaint. They promised two time and today the whole day i was waiting them as per their promise. This is the very bad services which the second time i got from the same agency. Today three time i called them and they didn’t have any action.
                  I wrote the complaint to service.[protected]@bosch-home.com requesting for the reliable and fast action. Today passed four days and no action from them. Also i contacted the toll free number of bosch. The same feedback without resolving the issue.
                  Strange customer care from bosch!!!

                    I bought a dish washer from bosch and now it is out of order. I called the service ppl and one technician was sent. He just opened the machine and looked into it gave advice as don't put to much detergent and charged rs. 1050.00 from my children as i was in office. He has provided bill for rd. 800.00 only. The machine is still in out of order condition. Without doing anything they are charging so much. The mobile no of the service person is given below.[protected]. He never picks the call.

                        Just to emphasize this service call is still open, I have never experienced such an pathetic service, no one cares at Bosch what customer goes through to get the the appliance serviced, such an bad experience, would never recommend anyone to purchase Bosch home appliances .

                        Washing machine is not working. In washing, the clothes are not becoming wet
                        .There is good supply of water but the water inside drum is too less and all the clothes are not getting wet. Even its not going into rinse option

                          Dear sir,

                          This complain case is with regards to the replacement of gas hob’s burner cap. A small part made of brass, supposedly a sturdy brass part now damaged beyond repair within a period of just three years. I have a modern state of the art clean and hygienic kitchen and there is no question of any misuse or wear and tear. I personally take care of the kitchen for a family of two.

                          I have been quoted 8000 for a pair of burner caps which is a totally blasphemous.

                          Principally,
                          Brand integrity demands that such a small thing should've been replaced free of cost by the company due to a manufacturing defect along with an apology letter for inconvenience and danger caused to the customer

                          As it is i am disappointed with the quality of service from the registered service center
                          Moreover, after this event i have lost complete trust in the bosch brand and its products for any of my future needs. I doubt i would suggest any one to buy the appliances of this brand among my acquaintance.
                          I consider this episode really unfortunate and the fact i trusted bosch for all my kitchen needs, and purchased five gadgets for all my kitchen and washing needs from bosch.

                          I had been falsely hoping it would be a world class star brand where there would be a proper solution to damages like these.

We had raised a customer service demo via bosch call centre thrice and made direct phone calls to the reseller and field engineer not less than 10 times. The field engineer seems to have taken the request too lightly and has not turned up for almost a month now. The oven worth 55000 has not even been switched on ever since we bought it a month back.

                              The model i am using is wab161601n. It is hardly used 2times a week. I had purchased it 2years ago. A crack is developed in rubber ring and water leaks from it. The technician said that some cloth would hav been stuck due to which the crack is procured. But in this model the rubber ring does not even come in contact during washing process. The crack produced is from outer side. Its very disappointing to hear such answer from technician and such poor quality of material used in machine by the company.

                                I have bought a bosch washing machine in jan 2018. It is showing e-18 as error. I had raised a service request. They have call center guys to pick up the call and repeat our name and address and to say we have registered your request after that no response. Such a pathetic service tracking i have not seen anywhere. If the situation in bangalore is this then how are you guys coping up with other places.

                                  If you are going to purchase of bosch washing machine, please re think. There is no prompt servicing facility available. I have purchase a washing machine by sahu agency, gomatinagar, lucknow on[protected]. An electric unit of this machine become defective and i lodge a complaint on customer service centre on 24 feb 2018. Order id was [protected]. Again i have repeat this complaint on 5th march. Follow up number is [protected]. I have not get any response from service centre. I have try to call twice but no satisfactory answer i got. I am facing lot of problems due to non functional of washing machine

                                    We purchased a new bosch refrigerator 2 months ago and from day 1 i am facing problem of ice formation in the fridge section and because of that all my good is getting spoiled. Inspite of my repeated calls and repeated visits o[censored]ntrained service engineers (Who opened my fridge n number of times) the problem is still the same. I therefore request you to refund me the full amount of refrigerator along with compensation as i no longer trust bosch

                                      Bought a new BOSCH refrigerator on 2-Aug-2017 at my house in Pune: model # KGN57AI40I (505L, Bottom Freezer).

                                      On the last Fri, 23-Feb-2018, the refrigerator suddenly stopped the cooling effect in all its internal sections. I raised a service request / complaint on Bosch India with ID #[protected] on Sat, 24-Feb-2018. Was promised 48 hours response time.

                                      Two days later, on the eve of Mon, 26-Feb-2018, I received a call from a Bosch technician who advised me to keep the refrigerator OFF for few hours and then restart. Dissatisfied with his explanations on what had actually happened to my refrigerator, I requested the technician to not advise me over the phone but to immediately visit my home for an inspection of the refrigerator. He (sheepishly) responded that he had not received much training from Bosch on how to service refrigerators. He did say that he had received Bosch’s training on other home appliances. He did not visit me despite my request. Late in the eve, I called up Bosch customer care and registered an escalation #[protected] and was promised immediate support.

                                      Today is Tue 27-Feb-2018, that is the fourth day after the refrigerator stopped working. Till the time of writing this message at around 2 pm, I have neither been visited by the technician nor been called by anyone from Bosch.

                                      I now feel it was a big mistake to go for the Bosch brand and buy this costly appliance, thinking that Bosch would deliver a good product and would support any issue promptly. I was blinded by the stories that Bosch was a long term oriented company and delivers what it promises, and didn’t care to do my homework about Bosch’s track record in the Indian home appliance market, I think.

                                      I bought bosch washing machine 6.5 kg on 15.1.2018. there was a noise from the back side of the machine. i called customer service and informed about this. senior employee from the company came and told me tat therw is a problem in shock ab jar clamp. he told it is a manufacturing defect and he suggested machine needs replacement. no reply fem cmp

                                        I had submitted a complaint about my washing machine not working properly on the 7th of feb.. On the 9th a technician came by nd said the control panel needs to be replaced.. He took an advance of rs 800 from me nd said the panel will arrive in 6 days.. And that itll be fixed.. Its been 18 days now.. No sign of anyone coming nd fixing it.. I have been calling the service centre here repeatedly but the girl who attends aiswarya only claims she will get back to me.. But never does.. Id like to know when my appliance will be fixed..

                                        Thank you for your prompt action.. Today the technicians came nd repaired my machine !! Thank you once again..
                                        The freezer and the fridge do no seem to function for the past few days. Food gets spoiled quickly. I bought the fridge on[protected]. So far there had been no problem. The attention is immediately needed.
