Hello sir,

I spite of sending mail and phone calls to customer care for registrations repeatedly not installed bosch washing machine purchased on 15th august 2017 from bajaj electronics, paradise circle, secunderabad. Always reply comes that in 48 hours mechanic will come but nobody came till date. Not bothered to reply to emails.

Please see below emails and not bothered to reply but just an automatic reply. Please resolve installation problem.

    Hi,

    With lot of expectations and hearing a lot about the product and customer service of bosch, i recently brought a fully automatic 7kgs washing machine from amazon. I got an installation service link the very next day through amazon where i scheduled my service for the installation. Unfortunately it got cancelled automatically by the vendor (Or engineer) may be due to shortage of service providers. I contacted amazon for around 5 to 6 times and asked them to reschedule/complain but they never got any response from bosch inspite of many follow-ups.

    Amazon then suggested me to reach to bosch directly which i did twice yesterday. Both of the times, as and when i call, i am being asked that someone from the team will call me for the installation rather than taking the request right then (Which itself is very absurd). However, waiting for the whole day, i didn't get any call from bosch. Its been almost 15 days now, my box is sealed pack and i don't know how to operate it. After each tough working day, i am reaching to amazon and bosch for the installation alas! I get no response. It has become very frustrating, disappointing and painful as a whole.

    I want an immediate and urgent action on this complaint else my next step is to reach social media and consumer court very soon. Either improve your processes or ensure a good response with the ongoing processes.

    I again assure you if my complaint is taken in a timely manner, it will still be ok for me to atleast keep believing in your product.

    Looking for an earliest action.

      We had lodged a complaint about dish washer which was purchased on 16/09/2015 from bosch brand store, aarjat retail jayanagar branch, bangalore. Dish washer model - sms60l08in. From last two months back we are following with bosch service centre but no proper response from service providers, technican visited the site and told some part had to be replaced inspite of several reminders no action has been taken so far. They give false assurance that the work will get completed in a day or two but no one will turn up. We have gone through alot of mental agony. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

        Hi,

        Bosch servicing is so bad even after spending so much on replacing the parts. I ended up with a fridge having so many issues. It started with alarm bell as cooling was not happening for which the technician said need to change the motherboard. After closing the fridge for 2-3 days and multiple calls they changed the motherboard and still the cooling was not proper and too much ice was getting formed in the fridge.

        Then technician said its issue with some sensor wires which need to be replaced so we paid 5000 for the motherboard and some 600 for sensor wires. Sensor wires came after 2-3 weeks. Every time we called they used to say that they have placed an order for the same.

        Even after changing that it was not working.

        Again technician said switch off the fridge for 2 days to set the temperature.

        It was like he was doing experiments and actually doesn't know the problem.

        Even we were told to call mr. Mansoor here in bangalore and he used to say that technician will come.
        Requested to change the technician but the same technician was sent all the time.
        Almost 6 months passed like this. And my refrigerator is still not working fine.

          I have taken a bosch washing machine on 6th april 2017
          It has some functional issues and we have raised a service request on 4th of september. There was a first visit of the technician /engineer and he mentioned about replacement of spare part (Control module..) and thats all.
          No further update from the company side and i had already made 2 follow ups to check regarding the status of the complaint and they tell me stories about receiving a call within 24 hrs which never happened.

          I really had huge trust on this product and brand and it seems that i am wrong.
          Very bad customer service and no responsibility towards the customers.
          I would like to return this product.

            4 months ago i raised a ticket for the light flickering issue in my fridge. Frankly i don't understand why this is should occur within 3 years of purchase. My second instance.

            1. Technician came and stated bulbs had to be replaced. He came a month later with the bulb but that solution did not work
            2. After much follow up, another technician came 3 weeks later and tried installing a new switch. That too did not work. He then stated the motherboard had to be replaced and he would revert with a timeline within which the motherboard can be replaced.

            3. Customer service at bangalore called 1 month later stating they had the spare and can they come to replace it which i agreed to.
            They never turned up. This was 2 months ago.

            4. A month ago i commenced chasing up aggressively. I then called the call center and they initiated a call with the local service center at bangalore who promised "immediate action"

            5. Over the past 3 weeks repeated commitments to send an engineer or call within the hour never occurred. I was asked to call mr. Mansoor mohammed the branch manager here but he never picks up the calls or responds. Absolutely appalling and deplorable. 4 months of chase up???

            6. I even set a note via the company website. No response.

            I am now at my wits end here besides being very frustrated and upset with the very poor after sales service while dealing with an completely inefficient customer service at bangalore who seem to lack any empathy or sensitivity. That aside i am stuck with a fridge that is malfunctioning within 3 years of purchase.
            Who can i speak to, to get this addressed? No one seems to care. Would it be a sr, executive in this company or a consumer form that can eventually help get this addressed? Who can i speak to raise a formal complaint against the bangalore service center???

            Hoping for an immediate response and resolution.

              I have fully automatic washing machine, which was giving error of a02 for last 40 days. I have made complaint at your call center on 16/08/2017 and mr. Amit has come from your service center and advice for change of control module but i have paid rs.13800 on 06/07/2016 to your co. For the same. And told him that my original old plate will replace to check the problem but your center deny. He has open the machine but not fully closed the machine and no. Of screws are left outside and taken rs.800 without any receipt. Again on complaint mr. Sukhdeep had come and tell that to change control module and pay rs.13800 again and not replace the old original panel and again charged rs.800 for visit charges, as machine is not fully closed as open screws are with us, we cannot use it. Your part charges are costly to change every year. I have call at least 100 times to mr. Amit to close my washing machine so that i will use it and return rs.800 as no receipt till yet. This is also costly affairs that every visit charged rs. 800 by your staff and not closed the machine. Kindly refund rs.800 and send a person to screw the nuts as openly left by your attainded mr. Amit. His tel no. Is [protected] and [protected].

[protected] dt. 25/09/2017at 11.22 a.m. but at 28/09/2017 evening no one has attained. why wrong massage to customers that complaint has been attained in 48 hours bu company. suresh kumar. badly affected customer of Bosch.

                The machine keeps throwing e17 all time and i had raised this concern a couple of times and this hasn't got resolved. I am pretty disappointed that the support personals hasn't done anything to fix this issue every time they came to inspect. All they could do was to check the water pressure and the filters in the machine, which is completely fine.
                Issues:
                E17 error often
                Power supply in drum
                Water starts to drain with soap even before it starts to wash
                Loud noise sometimes

                I bought this machine at chennai, now i am at bangalore. I want this issue to be fixed. You can call me at [protected].

                We shifted our house and wanted people from bosch to re -install our washing machine which was within the warranty period . They are charging Rs 800 for this as a service charge .

                Technician from ATREYA ENTERPRISES came and checked the washing machine and said it was due to some sensor issue and replaced it too. Though the machine worked fine in his presence, it started creating issues after he left.
                Now the same issue still persists.
                Although a senior technical personal is arranged to check this issue (He is about visit on Monday), I am unhappy that I had to spend Rs.1900 for the sensor replacement which is not the root cause of the E:17 or water drain. This is an unwanted expense I had to pay from my pocket for no use.

                A technician was sent to diagnose the issue. He did some checks and took a sensor (sensor placed where the water flows in) and did something and re-fitted it. Then, he asked me to block the water flow from tap, once the wash is over.
                After he left, I used the machine and still it was throwing the same issue. Also, the machine was filled with water, as the sensor was not working (not blocking the water flow), which was not the case earlier. I called him the next day and he said that the sensor has to be replaced.
                I was charged Rs. 800 for service and Rs.1900 for the sensor too. Even after replacing the new sensor, the same issue was still coming up. I called him (Rakshith) and informed about the same. He asked me to talk to his senior manager (Krishna). I spoke to him and he sent some senior technician (Vignesh). He checked and said that it is due to scaling in the water tray (placed above the detergent tray), which is blocking the water flow. He asked me to pay extra Rs.800 as cleaning of trays are not part of their work and it has to be dealt separately or I should replace the complete tray if I didn't want to pay Rs.800 for the cleaning.
                I then spoke to Krishna about the sensor which was replaced for no reason and I told him that it was an incorrect diagnosis from the technician's end and I had to pay Rs.1900 and now I am asked to pay extra Rs.800 for cleaning the tray? We then had some argument and he said he will ask Vignesh to clean the tray for no charge.
                However, I don't understand why I had to pay for Rs.1900 and even extra Rs.800 for cleaning, which ideally should have been the part of service???
                How much should I have to keep paying for the incorrect diagnosis and services???
                If Bosch service centers can't assist us for buying Bosch products, what else are we supposed to do???

                    I have bought washing machine in dec 2016 at unilet bangalore kalyan nagar store. But it stopped working in may so i raised request to repair but still it is not repaired. Your team people told new piece will be replaced but after few days again they told it will get repair by them. It completed nearly 4 months i lost my warranty time valueble time and money too. Your team people is saying kids stories to us. If my issue is not resolved by this saturday i will raise consumer forum complaint on bosch. Please do the needful.

                      I sneha sandesh agnihotri / sandesh madhav agnihotri from pune. I purchase bosch dish washer in octomber 16 from memorex appliances, kothrud, pune. Last one month i am trying to purchase dish washer liquid but no available in market so last thursday 14th sept. To till date & time i called your toll free number [protected] but no one is responding me & no one is (Your senior person or technician) contact me.
                      Last week & last half an hour your person tell me to contact [protected] on this number. I call on this number but the person told this number is not related bosch products or accessories (Wrong number)
                      I am very tired to purchase bosch products, your service is very poor & wretched..

                        It's hardly one year passed that we bought a refrigerator which is in warranty of five years and its been stopped cooling completely. We made a complaint and after one week technician arrived. And told us to change its fan and now its more than one week no one came.                           Ordered mounting plate for dryer, on same day of purchase. Still not received.
                          Service engineer visited site on same day of purchase, and offered to provide assistance in couple of days. Still (As of 15th september) nothing happened

                            Hi,

                            I had booked a Washing machine on 23 Aug, 2017 and paid advance as well. The estimated time of delivery as mentioned by the store ARJAY RETAIL executive was 28 Aug.

                            I have been following up with them since then almost everyday. However, they keep providing a new date for delivery every time I call them. The customer care is of no help as well.

                            Its almost a month now and still they are not able to provide an update.

                              I have changed my fiat linea car suspension at bosch car service. I feel they are charging more than oem parts. I got delivery after a week with delaying in getting parts. After a week i noticed car wobbling while applying break so i dropped my car for alignment and break check. It got rectified ad took delivery in the night. Next day morning when i see the car front bumber got crack and grills are broke. Being my car black in the night these were not visible, so they silently delivered my car. They have hit my car and broke my front bumper and grills. Please address my issue and do the justification.

                                There is some issue in my washing machine & service request is registered with order id: [protected] on 2 sep. This has been told that within 48 hours engineer will visit my house to resolve the problem but still nobody visited. Not only this i have again called on toll free number 3-4 times in last 1 week and every time and they ensuring me that call will be arranged with engineer by today but nothing happening. I really disappointed & frustrated now with this kind of service being provided by the company

                                  This is spency mascarenhas from goa... My bosh washing machine purchased on 13-05_2016 from margao anupa trade links pvt ltd. Is not working and its under warranty its more than a month now i have registerd complain both in ur service center aswell the store i purchased the same... Bt till now none of them have attended to check it. What type of services do your company provide... U'l are letting the name of your own company down... Its a shame for me to recommend ur product to any of my friends... It ws a big mistake that i went thought of purchasing your product... What problems i have to go through u people cant evn imagine having three small kids its not a joke to get the clothes clean everyday... I hd to keep my kids back from going to school. Had to hear complains from kids teachers coz of dirty uniforms... Shame on you and you company... Its better you stop your product rather than cheating doing falls promises about your service to customers. More than a month am been promised to send the service engineer bt till date none has assisted here... And now i really don't expect any service from you and your company... A very big shame on you. You n your company is not worth to be in keep your products in this world... Coz of you and your company poor dealers got to hear so much from customers... Your company's place is a big zero in this world...

                                    After my reminder your technician visited on 19/08/2017. He clicked photo of plate showing model number, serial number, etc and sent the same to you through whatsapp for sending some particular part.

                                    This is highly surprising and disappointing that till date my complaint is unattended after a lapse of 20 days long period.

                                    I have again reminded you on your toll free number on 28/08/2017, but in vain.

                                      Update me the status.

                                      Regret to inform you the pathetic and careless service provided by your visiting engineer, mr. Santosh d karande, from your service center at mahakali caves (Andheri) branch.

                                      Issue was very urgent and was conveyed, that the refrigerator isn't cooling since so many days, all the food stuffs were damaged and we are not even able to store groceries.

                                      You service engineer not only recorded false visiting date also he delayed in raising the request for spare parts.

                                      He actually visited in eod of 22 august but recorded as 21st august.

                                      Inspite of knowing the urcengy of request, he delayed many days in raising the request for spare parts which still now has not been received.

                                      Request was raied on 19th august,
                                      Engineers actual visit 22nd august
                                      Request of spare parts by him : 24th august.

                                      Please treat this as an escalation and assist in fixing the issue asap.

                                        I raised a request for water leakage on my bosch washer dryer on 16th july, 2017 (Job number-[protected]) bought on july, 2017. One technician visited and he could not identify the problem and after that no one communicated with us. I raised a complaint again on 23rd july, 2017 with jon request number [protected].

                                        I had called their customer service numerous times after that. Even now my washing machine is not repaired. It's been almost a month now.

                                        One of the worst customer service i have seen till now.
