I had submitted a complaint about my washing machine not working properly on the 7th of feb.. On the 9th a technician came by nd said the control panel needs to be replaced.. He took an advance of rs 800 from me nd said the panel will arrive in 6 days.. And that itll be fixed.. Its been 18 days now.. No sign of anyone coming nd fixing it.. I have been calling the service centre here repeatedly but the girl who attends aiswarya only claims she will get back to me.. But never does.. Id like to know when my appliance will be fixed..

Thank you for your prompt action.. Today the technicians came nd repaired my machine !! Thank you once again..
The freezer and the fridge do no seem to function for the past few days. Food gets spoiled quickly. I bought the fridge on[protected]. So far there had been no problem. The attention is immediately needed.

      Sir, we bought bosch refrigerator in 2012 which was a great free. But only after 2 yrs this refrigerator started having frost off & on.
      Complaints were done, but all your so called engineers, always came & told us that you need to adjust the packing betwen the door &the main body.
      Now this is a regular problem & every 3rd day we keep the refrigerator open ao that the ice which gets deposited all over gets melted.
      Please do something serious for this or we need to change it & we surely won't take bosch

        Team, i raised a complaint on 25th jan where the following is the service request no - [protected]. Followed my complaint a technician turned up and he said our washing machine drum was damaged which was shocking because while i purchased the dealer as well as bosch website claims that the best part of the machine was drum & motor which got damaged within four years of purchase in spite o[censored]sing fairly. Likewise the water we use in the machine is also not salty.

        However i agreed for changing the drum which is approx.40% of the new machine cost and the technician said it will take 10 days for him to replace a new drum and i said i am ok with it.
        Till today nobody bother to attend the complaint in-spite of repeated reminder from our side. Bosch & team, all i can say is i am working in a reputed company in a key position, take my advice if you don’t care about your customer nobody cares about you in future.

          As per telephonic conversation with mr. Yogesh, mr. Swapnil and mr. Faisal (Back end team) from the date of 17.01.2017.

          After many folloup with my side and many inspection of product from your side. We both agrees that before product purchased i have checked the water pressure will proper and sufficient for this automatic washing machine also i have report with me, then only i had purchased that product,

          After purchased product, the wash quality of cloths are null means no wash without very less water pressure and no collect detergent.

          Further on the basis your report /confirmation before purchased that machine will proper wash quality and giving best washing quality, after many bargaining of product finally purchased on cash due to discount for less amount and also extended warrantee on that product for safety and trust of your product.

          I want request you to return your product and with your extended warrantee, and give me refund of my amount which i will suffer from the starting, because i don't use of that product without pressure pump or company give compensate me pressure pump and other cost like electrical and plumber cost etc.

          Finally i want all monies back with warranty amount of your product and return your product because for me it's scrap without pressure pump and other cost.

          I don't having more money with me for that product, because you cheated me (Customer) that your report told that water pressure ok, on your report they all purchase the product but after that purchased, how you cheated and suffer to customer.

            I purchased the bosch washing machine in 2016, the vendor told me that the washing machine is still under warranty, since bosch washing machine comes with 2 year warranty. I placed a complaint when my washing machine stopped working and draining out the water, the technician came and attended the complaint and told me that drain motor and front door need to be replaced, he told me that if the spares are available he will bring the next day, else it would take 10 days for the spares to come from chennai. It has been 3 weeks now. I have been regularly calling him about the spares. Fed up of the constant follow up. When we purchase your product it your duty to give the service, how come you guys don't even bother to attend the call of customer. The guy called naveen from bosch service is least bothered about getting back to customer.

              I got washing machine from Vasanth & co on 30.01.2017 @ velachery branch.

              Machine was Installed on 2.1.2018

              We noticed that machine is not working properly in a few days and raised the complaint via customer care before 3 weeks itself.

              The service person ( Mr.sasi kumar ) visited on 25.1.2017, he told that the sensor is not working properly and also he told that he will rectify the issue by next day.

              But later he didn't pick our call.

              Finally again we raised a complaint in customer care.

              Person visited today dated on 2.2.2018 Mr.Roshanraj. ph:[protected] told that he will replace the sensor but atlast he told us that he bought the wrong sensor, and he will replace the sensor within 2 weeks.

              kindly replace the washing machine immediately . we bought washing machine newly and it is not working properly.

              So kindly do the needful and replace the washing machine ASAP.

                Sir,
                I purchased a bosch washing machine in last september, when we purchased the washing machine we did't get the filter. The shop executives said it will supply by the bosch executives at the time of installing. But till now we did't get it. And now the washing machine is not working properly.

                  Hello,

                  I purchased one dishwasher in july 2017. I had an e15 error in last month and i requested for service. My product was under manufacturer warranty. I called bosch customer service and it is only after following up three times that a service advisor visited my home. I stay in hyderabad. The issue was simply to fix e15 error and the advisor came and he cut some red wiring in the machine. When i asked him what was the problem, he told me that the rats bit the wire. I told him that the machine was still running when i had e15 error and even when he came to visit, the power was still on. When he was leaving, the power was totally off even when the dishwasher was switched on. He said one of three red wires in the dishwasher was bitten by rat. He told me that it will take 2000 rupees for me to replace entire wiring.

                  When he left, the machine totally stopped working and i asked him to restore it back to its original form but he told me that until and unless i buy a new wire kit, the dishwasher won't work again. I am sure that he simply cheated on me because the product is under warranty and i stay in first floor of the building and the dishwasher is in my rear balcony where rats don't come in. The machine had e15 error when it was running. So it doesn't make any sense if he tells me that rats bit the wire.in the first place, the place where i have my dishwasher placed, rats don't come in. I don't have rats in my house. He simply cheated me and i wanted to escalate this issue to you to see if i can get any help from bosch.

                    The Fully automatic front loading washing machine with full dryer with MRP of Rs. 65, 000 approx. was bought through Vijay Sales at Dwarka on 26th January 2016 which was installed around March April 2016.

                    The machine stopped working around end of July -beginning of August 2017 when I complained to Bosch helpline no. The engineer who visited said that the lock is non functional and need to change it.

                    After one month, he came to replace the lock (6th Sept 2017) However when i tried to operate the machine in the evening it was still not working. I didn't expect such a bad experience with Bosch and am very disappointed with the product & the service speed. No replacement was offered neither did they give a temporary machine to work through these 2+ months. Two or more parts were replaced and 3 months to make the machine work again.

                    Again, in December, I noticed that the dryer was not working, complained to customer service again. Yet again, the engineer came to replace the part before 26th January and after repairing, he said that if it still doesn't work we will need to replace one more part. And of course, it is still not working and I have registered another complaint today. I AM TRIED OF COMPLAINING & WAITING FOR THE MACHINE TO WORK FOR ME AND NOT ME WORKING FOR THE BOSCH MACHINE.

                    What are you guys selling ? Please don't buy Bosch Products ! Its a warning !

                      1. I made full payment on dec 23, 2017 for bosch washing machine 7kg model no. Wak20161in vide invoice of bajaj electronics, near paradise, secunderabad, invoice no. 1216/17g/s-21042, dated dec 23, 2017.

                      2. The said product was delivered to me on dec 28, 2017.

                      3. On dec 30, 2017, a technician (+91 [protected]) from bosch gave us the demo, which was fine.

                      4. On jan 25, 2017, the washing machine in daily wash clothes mode was hardly taking half a mug of water from only tray one and the countdown of the timer was in progress with no spin of the drum at any given point of time.

                      5. We checked the water pressure at all points and were fine.

                      6. On jan 26, 2018 i called on the above said technician to see if i can get any help. He said we will have to lodge an online complaint on the toll free number and we immediately lodged an online complaint on [protected] and the order id received is [protected].

                      7. On jan 27, 2018, one mr. Ramu, technician – bosch +91 [protected] came and after an inspection reported that a part has failed and that it has to come from mumbai for which it would take 3 days.

                      8. One mr. Fareed[protected] from bosch called on jan 31, 2018 and informed that the spare part that arrived has been used for other customer and that he has placed a fresh order now, which would come after feb 6th, 2018.

                      9. The said new product failed in less than a month from the date of its unpacking, installation and demo on dec 30, 2017, which is really painful to us, as we feel we are cheated and now they are making us run errands since jan 25, 2018.

                        I had registered a complaint for bosch refrigerator kdn42al50i (Purchased on[protected] sold to ankur saraf) stating it isn't working since months or should say years;wears out every few weeks. The problem being freezer gets frosted completely (The door gets stuck), leaving zero air circulation in the fridge area. It happens every few weeks. One of your official visited few weeks back saying will be getting it repaired the next day;but that of course didn't happen. After numerous calls to your company and customer service center;there is zero response from your side. Would like you to address the issue as soon as possible as its becoming really difficult for us to sustain without it.

                          I purchased a bosch front loader washing machine around a year ago. The unit developed rust below the tray and inside the door area. Due to hygene wash mode the door area got rust. Below the tray area, rust developed due to water and foam seepage through the tray during the cycle.

                          Upon request for service online a month ago, an representative visited after the unit and claimed it is not under the scope of the bosch to do painting job.

                          Water and foam leakage through the door area and the tray area is not a fault of the customer. Hope the customer support understands this and carryout repair work and solve the issue. I have sent email to the customer care service.[protected]@bosch-home.com.

                            When contacted bosch with a complaint on 9th oct 2017 received a sms and it is your service request is registered with order id:[protected] the actual issue is, the drum is getting very fast only once and getting stopped, then upon raising the complaint the repairman has come to our house and after checking the washing machine told that the power module is having issue and even after replacing the power module the issue is not resolved till now

                              We purchased a bosch washer from amazon.in and in dec 17 is not working properly so we send it to bosch service center on 11/12/17 now after long following up they saying the part is not available in india and we can only fix this machine till end of the feb 18 so the machine is still in service center from dec to feb and they are taking 3 months for fix a small washer...

                                replacement bulb for model no kdn46a1501

                                The bulb in the fridge (Kdn46a1501 purchased 2012) has fused. This specific bulb is not available locally in the market. The bosch seimens service centre (Shaikh - [protected]) said a replacement will cost approximately rs 500. I can replace the bulb which i explained to the service centre. The service centre refuses to sell me a bulb. They say i need to pay an additional rs 800 as service charges for the technician who will fit the bulb.br...

                                We had bought a Bosch dishwasher on[protected] from Croma Indiranager, Bangalore, Karnataka.
                                The dishwasher was giving trouble from the day we bought it. But since it was in warranty, the technician would come and fix something.
                                On[protected], they replaced the PCB. But the dishwasher stopped working within 3-4 months.
                                Bosch did not even give me an AMC as AMC was supposed to be taken in March 2017 and I was travelling at that time. The dishwasher stopped working by August 2017 again.
                                After many complaints a service technician came and told us that PCB is gone and they will have to replace the PCB again. That was on[protected]. He took Rs.800 for this visit.
                                After many follow ups and after two months had elapsed, they gave an estimate of Rs[protected] for parts replacement.
                                Apparently they were waiting for the warranty period to be over before telling us that PCB has to be replaced again.
                                How can we trust a branded company like Bosch where they give a defective piece to us and also do not take any action.
                                I want a replacement or Bosch should own up that their dishwashers are not made for Indian conditions. That is what the technician told me.

                                A technician visited us on[protected]. After the visit, we were asked to pay Rs 800/ as visit charges. Though I had not requested any technician visit.
                                I got a mail from Bosch today --
                                Dear Sir,

                                Greetings from Bosch and thank you for patronizing our product.

                                Referring to the complaint number[protected] followed by the technician visit on 22.01.2018, technician has noticed that control module and contact spare parts needs to be replaced due to insects damage .

                                Please find the snap shots captured at your premises with the attachment for your reference.

                                The estimation of the spares need to be replaced is 8200/- .

                                Kindly confirm from your end to order the spares & replace the same.

                                We value your patience and hoping for an early solution towards resolving your issue.

                                My answer to the above mail -

                                Hello Mr. Abhijith,

                                Yes your technician had visited yesterday and after checking then dishwasher he was asking for Rs 800/ as visit charges. Though I had not asked for technician visit.

                                We already know that control module has failed due to insect(cockroaches) damage and it needs to be replaced. This was communicated to us by the technician who visited us on[protected]. At that time estimate given to us was Rs17000/ plus. Wondering how come the estimate has come down to 8200/ now.

                                Some questions-

                                1- The power model was replaced by technician Simon on 8.11. 2016. Within six months it was damaged by insects. So, if I get the damaged part replaced again, Will Bosch give guarantee that it will not be damaged again.

                                2- When Bosch had sold the Product, nowhere it is mentioned that insects can damage the machine. Bosch has not given any instructions as how to save the machine from insects. The technician who came on[protected] suggested that he can teach me how to open the lid of dish washer. And I can spray insect repellent every few days. This is what Bosch expects from the customers? If this the only solution, I dont want a dish washer.

                                3- We get pest control done regularly. But there is no way we can get pest control done inside a dishwasher. Has Bosch taken care of that? We have other appliances in our house, but you will never find any insect(cockroaches in your case) there. How come they are breeding in the dish washer.

                                I guess Bosch has to accept that this a damage piece OR Bosch dish washers cannot work in Indian Kitchens OR sell the dishwashers with a warning of insects OR guide customers as how to prevent insects from entering the machine.

                                  My BOSCH Washing Machine recently purchase 01/01/2018

                                  only one time only working next time not working properly. We have complaint to Bosch customer care on 12/01/2018. He says your problem will shortlisted within 48 hrs. But yet nobody come from Bosch to attend my problem. I have call 5 times after that..

                                    Washing has stopped working at a sudden, have raised a complaint by calling the toll free number (order id[protected]. Engineer came and checked the machine and yold us that a circuid board is complaint and they need a new one from company. They came and checked it on 20th Dec 2017 and told that they will fix it next week. After that i havent get a call from them so far and tried to reach customer support on[protected] many times but call kept on wating and finally disconnected automatically. That happended many times. Also tried to reach the engineers number but he never picked the call.It was a very bad experience as I paid a good amount to buy a Bosch product relying on their quality but finally embarrassed by the product and pathetic service. Even i reached the retailer for support, they have taken the request no answers so far. Its very dissappointing as a customer and request you attention to address the issue at the earliest.

                                      Hi bosch team

                                      The experience has been really misleading.

                                      There have been around 4 visits since the day of complain and every single engineer is giving different reasons and excuses.
                                      I originally complained about door not being locked properly.
                                      Engineer diagnosed the door part and shipment with new part was due this week.

                                      Some other engineer visits and wants another part to be shipped.

                                      When i drop a mail for expected date of delivery, another engineer visits and claims some part is missing!!
                                      In between, they want to sell amc for machine, which i decline until machine is fixed.
                                      Then, i receive a mail claiming rats as problem and asking for money.

                                      Kindly close the issue asap with no more misleading visits and find the engineer who took the missing part!!
