This is a huge concern regarding a complaint about my bosch washing machine body has started rusting in the 3rd year and parts are damaged. I brought to the notice of bosch customer care 30 days back but i was told the machine is out of warranty and hence i need to pay for the body panel replacement and that will cost over 15, 000 rupees. This is awful and pathetic, bosch is selling such sub standard products to indian consumers. They fail to respond with solution to repeated calls and i'm keep trying to connect them since 30 days for the solution. How can you make a product that is designed to last exactly for the warranty period only? Don't you know washing machine is subjected to moisture and in contact with water by nature. I literally disappointed with bosch! What is the use of buying a product with huge price when it don't lasts for at least 5 years. The main reason why we bought bosch is it maintains the standards and it lasts at least 7 to 10 years.

Bosch customer care has not responded to my calls properly, their last reply was to contact their local bosch service head and explain about the issue. And they are helpless too. Again i called customer care lead and told me that he will arrange a call with local bosch head in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days no one didn’t respond yet.

This is pathetic.. it’s been 20 days that I posted this complaint here.. and it’s been 10 days that you replied that customer service will get back to me.. I don’t think Bosch would really concern about customer issues.. you guys only concern about your sales not costumers real problem.. shame on your Bosch india..

I am also in same situation, Bosch customer service pathetic, people should realise before buying Bosch top loading machine, I am well experienced.

    Every three years there is a problem with bosch washing motherboard technician tells that it has got damaged by power fluctuating i stay in my own house taken two phase current power to avoid all these problem though it has happened that day no rain thunder and non of my electric goods had problem why only bosch washing machine when i reviewed there is a problem with bosch when they can't make a product suitable for indian power why are they selling it in india n cost of motherboard us 7500 i need justification why it got damaged by power fluctuation when all other electricity is doing fine n non of my neighbors machine had a problem only bosch ehy

      I have lodged a complaint regarding the washing machine on 19.10.2017 and the engineer visited on 20.10.2017 from hap serv from coimbatore, they have taken the visit charges of rs.400/- vide bill no: 2407 and they have the part for servicing. They placed the part on 23.10.2017 and they charged rs.2750/- vide bill no: 2411, and we called him again mr. Vinoth kumar, mobile no: [protected]/[protected] for the same complaint on 24.10.2017, they have taken the same part again, but till today after 20 days they have not rectified the issue. We called several time but no proper response from them and also called customer care from still no response and this kind of response will spoil your company in coimbatore. I request your good self to take action immediately and rectify the issue by today itself.

        Dear ms. Bosch co.

        I purchased a refrigerator of bosch co. On 6 june, 2017. The piece is on five years warranty. It was delivered to my residence on same day and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations.

        On 24 october, and now my refrigerator is still dead. Your technician came home, he checked some parts and go back but the problem resumed on same day. The problem still persists.

        I have tried reaching your service-staff for the past two days with no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, i request you to kindly replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.

          Brief description of my bosch washing machine model no. Wvg30460in problem:
          After 1yr o[censored]se it started with door lock problem.
          Complaint was registered for the same on 17th aug 2017 order no. [protected] through reg mob no. [protected].
          First time, bosch technicians attended with spare to solve door lock problem almost nearing a month after registering complaint & door lock problem was solved. But, started with a new problem of water drainage block immediately after the spare replacement.
          Again after aprox 20 days following the new (Water drainage block) problem, the technicians came with one more spare for which the problem was not solved & told they need one more spare.
          Till now the awaited spare has not come & the team have replaced nearly 3 spare parts, but the problem remains unsolved.

          For sending each spare they take a minimum of 15 days. I wonder there is no place in india that takes more than 4-5 days to reach karwar through courier!!! & really surprised with this bad attitude, negligency, undue delay, non expertised service & it is a shame on bosch company that they are not giving a quick service. I bought this machine thinking it as most popular & trusted company. But never expected that it would be such a very bad service & worst experience with the company. Bosch team has never thought how difficult it will be the status of the family who are dependent on washing machine & managing without a washing machine for almost more than 2 months till date & i am really surprised how come the machine is getting spoiled part by part after a short usage period of 1year.
          Several times i have asked for a standby washing machine as the spares are getting delayed, for which the bosch team tell some consoling words & will never turn up. I have fed up with behaviours of the bosch company & infibeam online dealer, have decided never to suggest/ nor recommend any of my friends/ relatives/indians " bosch washing machine" due to very bad service. Till now i have written nearly 6-7 emails to [protected]@in. Bosch.com & service.[protected]@bosch-home.com (Opponent 1) & about 3-4 emails to the online dealer infibeam.com. Even the online dealer infibeam has not taken any action against bosch company so far.
          The complaint order no.[protected] lodged on 17th aug 2017 remains unresolved till today. As there is no/delayed response or worst & neglected, non expertised service from bosch company, i have come to a conclusion – not to entertain/encourage any repair service nor replacement with new washing machine from bosch company, instead want refund of amount inr 57500 (Inclusive of 15% interest p. A) paid towards purchasing the washing machine to my bank account - idbi bank, karwar branch, s. B. A. C. No.[protected], ifsc: ibkl0001618 & take back my bosch washing machine in current condition..
          All this has caused a lot of mental harassment, torture, time & energy loss to myself & my family in this 02 months period.

          So, i & my family demand the following from the bosch company :
          1. Refund of the purchase amount - inr 57500/- (Inclusive of interest till [protected]@ 15%p. A)
          2. Compensation for their undue delayed, neglected, non expertise & worst after sale service - inr 35000/-
          3. Compensation for mental harassment, torture/suffering, time & energy loss to me - inr 30000/-
          4. Compensation for mental harassment, torture/suffering, time & energy loss to my family - inr 50000/-

          Hope i get a immediate solution for the above. Please consider & do the needful.

            I have a bosch washing machine of model no wvg30460in bought on 18 dec 2015. We encountered a problem in its working on 10 oct 17 and we registered a complaint on bosch customer helpline for its repair as it is in the warranty period, on 15 oct 17 with complaint no - [protected]. The mechanic who visited for the repair didn't tell clearly what has to be done or which part is to be repaired and now he doesn't even pick any calls. Till now, no action has been taken yet on this matter inspite of complaining for more than 20 days. I would like my washing machine to be exchanged for a new one as a compensation for inconvenience caused to us.

                Dear forum,

                I'm posting this complaint here after receiving no revert/communication from the team @ bosch. I have tired to contact the bosch team over email several times over the last one week).

                Details of the complaint -

                I would like to register a grievance cum complaint against my bosch home appliance - washing machine (Wab-16160) bought dated 6th november'15 with 2 years warranty (Enclosed bill for ref.)

                At the time of installation, the service engineer suggested/insisted that there is no need of washing machine stand since this model is front-loaded and works best without a stand.

                Recently, we were facing machine trouble and therefore called the helpline to get the same checked (Order no./ complaint no. - [protected] dated 19th oct'17). The service engineer visited our place yesterday i. E. 21st oct'17, after inspection he informed the whole machine body is damaged due to rust formation and same needs to be replaced. He also informed that machine body isn't covered under 2 yrs machine warranty and therefore we would have to bear all charges for it.

                Please help me understand and resolve my two queries -
                * firstly, i fail to understand that how a washing machine with a great reputed brand like bosch can have only 2 years machine body life and if that was the case, then why the service engineer insisted on not getting the machine stand at start itself.
                * secondly, now the service engineer informs just the vary opposite that stand is very much required and same is available with service team.

                Sir, i have been informed yesterday that the whole problem with my machine is the body damage due to rust formation due to water and what i fail to understand is a how a washing machine can work without water in and around it.in practical, every household have washing machine in their washing area only with water accessibility and one can't keep it out of water reach. If the machine body from such reputed brand have so less of life and at least the customer should be informed to take the stand along and not informed incorrect that same is not required with this model.
                We as customer who don't understand the working of machine within have no choice but to believe what the service engineers tell us when they come at time of installation or on complaints.

                I feel i have been misguided and misinformed by the service team @ bosch and would like to register my grievance for the same. I look forward for a resolution at the earliest as i'm facing problems due to non-working machine.

                  I have been using bosch washing machine from 6 months, till 5 month it was working fine but suddenly from last month onwards its not working properly.

                  Problem:
                  I have connected water tube to the washing machine but machine always raising 'e:17' on the screen so i again clicking on the 'start' button to start the process.

                  I don't know whats happening to the machine.

                    Dear sir,
                    I was using an ifb washing machine for 16+ years without any problem. As the time for change had come, without having a second thought, i decided on bosch brand as i know the quality of german machines. I used to head the spares division of a german mnc in chennai. This made me go for a german machine which is rugged and long lasting.
                    I had purchased a bosch washing machine in mysore during aug 2014. I had observed that the paint on the shell (Below the soap tray) started to peel.
                    This kind of quality is absolutely unacceptable.
                    Kindly see what can be done to avoid any rust formation due to paint peel.

                    Water cannot stay in this section as it is the vertical panel.
                    We maintain the machine with utmost care.

                      The washing machine was purchased by me 7 days ago. It was delivered the next day. And the following evening a representative visited my home to install the washing machine. The service engineer sold unnecessary accessories at inflated prices and left after leaving verbal instructions on how to run the machine to the ladies present in the house.
                      The next morning when we tried to run the washing machine (On our own as instructed) it went into to error 17 and stopped function. We tried to call the same person again and he changed his tune and started saying that we reach out to the call center.
                      With no response we reached out to the retailer who again registered another complaint. It took 2 days for the next service engineer to turn up who now says that the placement of the washing machine is wrong.
                      Now suddenly the "suggestion is" to raise the level of the water tank or put in another pressure pump. Ofcourse it is still a suggestion and i have been left with advise to check with experts before trying the "pressure pump" option.
                      I am suddenly in the grasp of fly by night operators providing me well meaning "advice" but no solution.
                      Is this what the big name bosch stands for??? Can the company please get the problem addressed by a qualified service personnel from their company and rectify issue???

                      Hi,

                      Bosch reference number: [protected]. The installation team was from TeamG Solutions Pvt Ltd (Job Card No 7449) whose representative sold us up to Rs 1600 worth of accessories, came unprepared and asked us to suddenly arrange for a plumber in the evening on a Sunday (which should have been taken care of by yourselves) while repeatedly claiming that we should have taken care of the plumbing requirements. Does Bosch expect their consumers to be experts in plumbing??? However, the machine was never checked by engineer to see if it was even running after installation.

                      Firstly, I need need a qualified expert from Bosh to check and certify if the product has been installed correctly and then certify it is functioning normally.

                      Secondly, I need the extra Rs1000 charged by the installation engineer Mr Umesh Chindu (of TeamG Solutions) engaged by Bosch to be refunded for the items he sold amongst which was also a wire mesh which he passed off as a water softener. Also, please refund the plumbing charges of Rs 250 which we paid from our pocket trying to arrange this instantaneously for your unplanned and uninformed requirements from us - your customer.

                      I did not expect your representatives would con us.

                        I bought a new bosh fully automatic washing machine spending 54k during july 2016. On august 10th 2017 it stopped working. 3 level escalation has been made and the final technician confirmed that its the issue with the machine that can not be repaired, and company would be replacing it. Since than every day i have been calling up the manager and he says that he is waiting for the email confirmation. I am not sure how the mail was sent. Pathetic service and response from bosh.
                        If some one in bosh is really capable and well trained on customer centricity and understand the suffering of the customers.

                        Kindly assist me to get my refund asap.

                        1st technician mohanty - [protected] took 2 month
                        2nd sr. Technican - baji ali - [protected] took 2 weeks to confirm that that the machine need to sent to the factory as its not reparable.
                        Asst. Manager - naresh - [protected] confirmed that he has sent an email on 16th and still waiting for the poor response from the management.

                        Hope this details are helpful to solve my issue and kindly refund my amount asap.

                          I purchased a new washing machine dated 17/10/2017.
                          Shop manager promise me to give demo and installation by maximum up to 19/10/2017. I agree for that honestly. But now from the today morning 20/10/2017 i am trying to get contact with him but he is not receiving my call and no reply.
                          I paid full amount and the machine ideal.

                          I request u to arrange the installation and demo for my machine.

                            I have been complaining about the problem i am facing with my dryer since last one and half month. Finally your person came and replced the panel. I paid full amount in advance. From next day when we wanted to use it, my dryer again not getting started. Daily we are spending half to one hour contacing ur engineers in hyderabad (Mr naresh) without any response. Dont know whom to complain now. Terrible people should be fired immediatly

                              Hi, i bought a washing machine on amazon and they booked an installation appointment for me. The installation guy came and told me i need you get the place sorted out as the tap was not near the machine. We got a local plumber to install a new pipe and called the helpline no for demo and installation. I called up twice for which they said a guy would come for installation within 24 hrs. Its been three days since and 2 weeks since i bought the machine. Please help, never expected this from a reputed company like bosch.

                                  A bosch washing machine (Max 20168in) was bought on 15.04.2016 from venu's digital arcade at westfort in thrissur town in kerala state. After using it for some months we noticed that the body of the machine has started getting rust from bottom and the paint is peeling off. This expensive machine was bought on the presumption that it will be a lasting product but it is made of poor quality materials. We have used indian machines before but such a complaint has never occurred. When we launched a complaint at venu's (In july 2017), a service man came and took some photos and informed that the company will contact. But till date no such thing has happened. This is very disappointing.

                                  I have order a new bosch double door refrigerator on 6/10/2017.And have been waiting for the demo and installation person since then which were supposed to be there on 9/10/2017 but nobody has arrived yet nor the customer care no. has been responding in this matter.                                     I had purchased machine on 03 october 2017. On 13 october i requested service engineer to come for installation who promised to do so on 14 october at 5 pm. However on 14 october morning i was told that he cannot come as my request has been cancelled by customer care. I was advised to register my complaint with customer care. I did so immediately and was told that my request has been registered as urgent and will hear from engineer soon. But so far i have not heard from anyone. I am leaving for outstation on 17 october.. I therefore request you to treat this as urgent and get installation done soon. Thanks

                                      I have complained (10/10/2017) about my fridge led light (Order no [protected]) not working. The light at the side of the racks does not work. The fridge is only 9/10 months old. The technical person had come (12/10/2017) to attend the complaint and said that the led lights along with its circuit needs to be replaced and therefore its needs to be ordered and shall take 6/7 days to come. The technical person further said that due to some electric fluctuation this has happened. We had so many fridges of different makes in all this years but never did we have such a incident. Also this kind of basic parts and circuits the company needs to have it in stock. If it is gonna take so long time for such minor issues than i we are bloody fools to go for this brand. Also why should the lights be attached to the circuits? We have never seen any branded fridges that have lights along with the circuit. The lights always come separately and can be fixed easily.
                                      Please can someone explain at the earliest about this blunder.

                                        I will do whatever i can do to make sure that the bosh team knows how easily they can make their customers lives miserable i am not going to start with the stereotyped that my machine did not reapair on time, soon after the purchase and blah blah blah the very fact that you are a shame to india cause you prove that time doesnt matter to you. You as a bosh team says we will import parts and will take 10days but months pass by but after the 10 day bosh india says" bhai aaj karva chauth hai kal.. Bhai aaj durga pooja hai kal... Aarey yaar aaj dhanteh ras hai, choti diwali, bari diwali arey yaar aaj sunday hai kal paaaaakkahh theek kar denge unka machine but the fact is bosh india team keeps celebrating fesitvals but there poor customer keeps washing piles n piles of clothes throughout this festival inspite of buying there 8 kilo ka dabbbah which doesnt wash clothes.
