Bosch (Boss) is zero for noida-up-india – i want my money back
I purchased a bosch dishwasher sms60l18in on 14/10/2017 from reliance digital, logix city centre mall, noida-201301 (Up) at the cost of rs 37049.05, payment reference number #[protected] fd/ z-nr : 9705/ 00538. Initially, a technician from reliance came for installation and demo on 15/10/2017, but he was highly incompetent. He did not know what all parts were supposed to be there within the delivered package and did not even knew how to open the dishwasher. When asked, he replied that it was the first time he was working with a bosch dishwasher and as a result was unable to work properly. Next a technician arrived from bosch on 18/10/2017 and though he was able to provide a demo, when asked to connect the water supply, he miserably failed to do a professional work. While he connected the dishwasher to water supply, he removed another pipe and left it hanging open, so that whenever the tap in the kitchen sink was opened, water started to flow from the aforementioned pipe in the open. When asked to later correct it, he replied that he was only supposed to connect the dishwasher which has done and rest was not his problem and refused to do anything about it. Another instance showing the incompetence and negligence of both the companies was brought to light when on 09/12/2017, i mailed to service.[protected]@bosch-home.com about dishwasher not working (Flashing error code e09). When i received no response till 11/12/17, i made a call to toll free no #[protected]. The operator simply replied that we have not received any mail, so i lodged the complaint with order id: [protected]. The technician, mr. Sandeep singh ([protected]) reviewed the dishwasher and made a call slip with service order number: [protected] stating that “heat pump to be replaced”. He also said this part is damaged due to hard water of noida region and it will be replaced in ten days. But it is not be replaced till date i. E. On 19/12/17 10:42 pm. Now the following questions arise:
• at the time of purchase, reliance digital salesmen promised a number of times that the services of bosch is excellent, no problem of hard water, if any issue arises, we will take up the matter with bosch. Now they[protected]/09) are saying, deal with bosch yourself, it is not our duty to help in this case. Are they sitting only to loot the public?
• when bosch dish washers are not fit for noida region, why is the up govt. Allowing both the companies (Reliance and bosch) to make a fool of public?
• what is the guarantee that bosch will replace part even in the next 10 months?
• what is the point of two years warranty, when the machine collapses even before completing two months?
• when my mail did not bounce, how did the operator replied we have not received any mail?
• is india inc. Allowing these types of fraud companies to loot the public?
• is ten days time allowed by ministry of consumer affairs (Mca)?
I want my money back. I will purchase another india made dishwasher. Both the companies (Reliance digital and bosch) should be black listed, so that the faith of public in modi & yogi government continues.

    I have purchased this washing machine 7 month back. We have complain for this on[protected]. The response from the service center is very poor and since 19 days i am waiting for, we have brought the machine presuming german quality but its much inferior than the local machines. The local machines would have performed better.

    They claim that the parts are not avalable and if that is the case why they sell the product in india, if spare parts cannot be well managed. Whether the concept of made in india faded.

    Even the performance of the machine is very poor when compared to other brands like lg/ samsung etc. The quality of washing is pitiable.

    Since 19 days we are not able to use the machine because of german excellent quality concept. No response from the call center nor the representative from kanpur till this time.

      Hi,

      This is regarding my complaint which is registered on 4th dec 2017 through phone. Please find the details below.

      4th dec 2017 — complaint registered through phone (Order id: [protected])
      5th dec 2017 — one executive visited my home and said board is fully gone and needs to be replaced. He just spent 5 min and came to conclusion. I have checked about the price, but he said he needs to check from his office. He agreed to let me know the price following day.
      8th dec 2017 — since i did not hear from him for two days and he was not reachable on phone, i have called up toll free number again. (Order id: [protected]). Executive who attended me again promised me that with in same day someone will call from bangalore and update me regarding the price.
      9th dec 2017 — again called in toll free number, since there was no response from service center. Another promise made again during this call.

      Could you please let me know what is happening. Even last time when my washing machine stopped working during warranty period, it took almost 2 month to fix it. (17/7/[protected].

      Bosch washing machine
      Model: wax20168in
      Purchase date: 06/09/2014
      First time broken :17/07/2016

      Please do the needful and let me know when you are going to fix this.
      I have also tried to reach you through mail, as always i got a response saying "we regret for the inconvenience is being caused. We are escalating your concerns to our concerned team and they will revert to you soon".
      I don't have any option other than waiting for their call. Please let me know if there is any way of escalating complaint.
      Please try to fix, this time. I will make sure not to buy bosch next time onward.

        I have the bosch washing machine. On 3rd of december it developed a snag, off course a minor. I called up the service technician who attended earlier from the authorized service center appointed by bosch at coimbatore, as usual. He told me that currently he is looking after tirunalveli region, and passed on the number [protected] mr parthiban of this service centre to approach, which i did on tuesday. He promised me to visit on wednesday. Assuming that he will visit, i have cancelled all my official duties and waited. He never turned up. So i called him to find out. He said he is in kothagiri and will come after evening. Again i cancelled all my evening schedules and waited for him, believing his false promises. He never turned up. The next day, which is today, i called him in the morning, again he promised today. He never turned up. So i have to call alternative people, now and they will be here, tomorrow morning.
        Ultimate summary is bosch a german technology machine but with indian attitude service dealers. Dont go for it. Its better to stick with ifb whose service is good

        Thank you Bosch appliances team.I am staying at Coimbatore, Kovaipudur.Since your representative Mr Parthiban failed to attend five days, after repeated false promises, I was forced to engage other private technicians, to get it rectified.The issue is over . What I suggest is, please conduct a internal enquiry, and see that another customer dont get frustrated in near future, like me.

          I have raised a service request on[protected] no response till now i am calling the thechnician daily at starting day he is lifting the call and saying that i will attend at any cost but now he is not even lifting the call even the customer care guys are not responding they only answer is sorry for the inconvenience the thechnician will call u with in 24hours but no response i thought bosch is one of the best companies but it is worst in service

            With reference to the above cited subject wish to state that i am surprised and shocked to say that even after one month the service engineer could not repair the machine. It is hard to understand that the company do not have quality service people to repair. The service engineer could not even identify the exact problem even after trying permutations and combinations by replacing power board (Rs.7500/-) and other major parts like aqua stop water inlet and outlet.
            Finally today even after replacing the above said major parts he could not repair and he said he cannot repair it at all!
            In fact, when he cannot identify the issue in the machine, he made calls to his friends in front o[censored]s to find out the exact problem but even his friends could not help him out and further he claims that he has long back informed his boss that this case may be assigned to any other senior service engineer but then the company has not taken it seriously. We wonder, company like bosch do not have a quality engineer!
            For one dish washer repair company is taking more than one month! And it's not over... I don't know how long we have to suffer like this...

              We have some technical issue in the washing machine and we purchased it in june 2017 and asked for the services.

              Some person by name upendra with contact number [protected] came for the services and done nothing only he clean the drum with some detergent and charged us 1050 with out any bill.

              He was not even carrying the id card. Sincere request you to send us the certified person who can fix our problem effectively.

                I bought bosch machine last year and continously facing any issue in that. I have lodge a complain a month ago and till now its not been resolved. I have called them several times and even wanted to escalate it to their grevance department but it looks like they dont have grievance department. I am very disappointed with them and want a complete reimbursement of money and they can take over their defected product. My machines is till in warranty.

                  Hi, iam jayabal from chennai, i brought new 8 kg bosch washing machine in 2 weeks back, but during demo drum cleaning powder has sale for 1200 rupees 2 pack. But the power pack damaged with water. Again i call and inform him but he was replaced the powder in same damaged pack. He said all packet we have like this only. I[censored] need fresh packet u can complain like that he said.

                    I bought a bosch washing machine on[protected]. On[protected], the machine got stuck suddenly in the mid when we switched it on for washing. Based on my complaint (Order no:[protected]), a service engineer attended the issue and he conveyed that power module, display (Operating) module has failed and it cost' s 11000 to replace the module. Hearing this i was shocked, within 4 years a machine getting issues and the maintenance cost is too high.

                    Reason for failure:
                    Service engineer said, a cockroach has entered in to the module and so it is failed. I believe if a cockroach entry makes a module failure, then that module must be heart of the machine. Then it means it is a failure design. And he said that in rare cases it occurs, which infer the service ngineer himself agree that this a failure design.

                    We are struggling for a solution but no luck.

                      We are living in kodaikanal - hill station in southern india. We have many products of bosch. Very pathetic service or attendance towards the dishwasher problem. We have been calling the toll free number, no response to taking the complaint. Then we find service person number through various searches. When he attended the call after so many days, he says he will come and attend the problem once he gets the salt. Irresponsible reply.

                        Its almost a months time but still not solved. I tried calling service center (Chennai/delhi), branch manager of shahdra, delhi and customer care but there is no proper response. Every time i call they say we haven't received the new - drainer

                          Hello,

                          I bought bosch washing machine on 16 april 2016. A month before washing machine stopped working. I registered a complaint through customer care immediately. Technician visited and said display board has to be replaced.

                          Its almost a months time but still not solved. I tried calling service center (Chennai) and customer care but there is no proper response. Every time i call they say we haven't received the new board.

                            I have purchased a washing machine from lotus showroom in indore on[protected], on 30th oct a technician named narayan came for installation, he suggested me to buy a stand for washing machine, he told that if i dont like he will refund my money by deducting 150rs. So i told him to give me one, and collected 1700rs (Without giving any bill to me). Once we started using the washing machine we realized that it is shaking too much because of stand so i called this guy narayan to remove the stand and refund my money. He came and removed the stand, and told that he is going for installation at some other place so he will collect the stand some other day and refund the money. But till now he did not collected it, every-time i call him he says that he will collect this day that day but still not collected. This is really shocking that this kind of people are representing bosch india. I simply want my money back for washing machine stand and take some action against the installation guy.

                            Thanks for looking into it, I have contacted local customer care here in indore and told them that I have raised a complaint in consumer forum regarding same so they have refunded my money.

                            Thanks for all your help. I hope for a good service from Bosch in future as well.
                            Severely damaged inside the package itself. (Photos attached). It was replaced in the second day but how can we ensure it is a good package. And we lost two fruitful days trying to correct it. How can a customer ensure that it is a genuine piece.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have lodged a complaint regarding the Washing Machine on 19.10.2017 and the Engineer visited on 20.10.2017 from Hap Serv from Coimbatore, they have taken the visit charges of Rs.400/- vide bill No: 2407 and they have the part for servicing. They Placed the part on 23.10.2017 and they charged Rs.2750/- Vide Bill No: 2411, and we called him again Mr. Vinoth Kumar, Mobile No: [protected]/[protected] for the same complaint on 24.10.2017, they have taken the same part again, but till today after 20 days they have not rectified the issue. We called several time but no proper response from them and also called customer care from still no response and this kind of response will spoil your Company in Coimbatore. I request your good self to take action immediately and rectify the issue by today itself.

                                We have issue with washing machine - wab16260in - which is not working as it is flashing start light continuously, we have called service engineer and he has checked it and he is telling entire digital board needs to be changed which cost is 10500/-, i’m worried about the service and the cost, because this seems to be common issue as part of manual guide that engineer did not able handle it properly and asking change of the entire board, whereas new machine cost around 21000/, if that is the case then we need to think of buying bosch washing machine in the future.

                                I have ordered a bosch 6 kg fully automatic front loading washing machine on 19.10.2017 & it was delivered to me on 26.10.2017, but during running water is leaking from it.

                                  This is a huge concern regarding a complaint about my bosch washing machine body has started rusting in the 3rd year and parts are damaged. I brought to the notice of bosch customer care 30 days back but i was told the machine is out of warranty and hence i need to pay for the body panel replacement and that will cost over 15, 000 rupees. This is awful and pathetic, bosch is selling such sub standard products to indian consumers. They fail to respond with solution to repeated calls and i'm keep trying to connect them since 30 days for the solution. How can you make a product that is designed to last exactly for the warranty period only? Don't you know washing machine is subjected to moisture and in contact with water by nature. I literally disappointed with bosch! What is the use of buying a product with huge price when it don't lasts for at least 5 years. The main reason why we bought bosch is it maintains the standards and it lasts at least 7 to 10 years.

                                  Bosch customer care has not responded to my calls properly, their last reply was to contact their local bosch service head and explain about the issue. And they are helpless too. Again i called customer care lead and told me that he will arrange a call with local bosch head in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days no one didn’t respond yet.

                                  This is pathetic.. it’s been 20 days that I posted this complaint here.. and it’s been 10 days that you replied that customer service will get back to me.. I don’t think Bosch would really concern about customer issues.. you guys only concern about your sales not costumers real problem.. shame on your Bosch india..

                                  Its been 1 week I posted a complaint here, no one contacted me yet. My doubt is Bosch Customer service is for real?
                                  I am also in same situation, Bosch customer service pathetic, people should realise before buying Bosch top loading machine, I am well experienced.

                                    Every three years there is a problem with bosch washing motherboard technician tells that it has got damaged by power fluctuating i stay in my own house taken two phase current power to avoid all these problem though it has happened that day no rain thunder and non of my electric goods had problem why only bosch washing machine when i reviewed there is a problem with bosch when they can't make a product suitable for indian power why are they selling it in india n cost of motherboard us 7500 i need justification why it got damaged by power fluctuation when all other electricity is doing fine n non of my neighbors machine had a problem only bosch ehy

                                        Dear ms. Bosch co.

                                        I purchased a refrigerator of bosch co. On 6 june, 2017. The piece is on five years warranty. It was delivered to my residence on same day and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations.

                                        On 24 october, and now my refrigerator is still dead. Your technician came home, he checked some parts and go back but the problem resumed on same day. The problem still persists.

                                        I have tried reaching your service-staff for the past two days with no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, i request you to kindly replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.
