Hi sir,

We have received the bosch washing mechine wak24268in twodays back and found small damage (Slight gap) between top plate and panel board. Installation service person done installation and suggested to raise a request to bosch customer server as panel board is working fine but to fit the gap.

For the last 4 days i had called your authorised service centre konnect india services as the washing machine adapter was leaking and they said that they are sending technian immediately but till today no one had turned up. Bosch makes great products but makes false claims about after sales services and demos. Their focus is only and only on sales and not providing any after sales service. They will lie about giving you demos after you purchase. The sales head of bosch company outlet in sector 35c, chandigarh refused to heed any requests for demo and caused me a lot of mental agony. We have purchased a bosch refrigerator 2 door, 357 lt last month. It is not working well and any item removed from the fridge always has a layer of water over it. It is extremely dissatisfying to see any item removed from the fridge to be so wet and watery. When we espect it to be fresh.

I trusted bosch and purchased the washing machine, here comes the scary thing that the service and installation provided by bosch authorized serivce center.
First the delivery issue by arjay retail jayanagar bangalore their resonse to the customer is irresponsive. To get the machine delivered to home i waited for 15days and no status mail or call from them finally i called them for 10-15times then the process started to delivery....
