There is some issue in my washing machine & service request is registered with order id: [protected] on 2 sep. This has been told that within 48 hours engineer will visit my house to resolve the problem but still nobody visited. Not only this i have again called on toll free number 3-4 times in last 1 week and every time and they ensuring me that call will be arranged with engineer by today but nothing happening. I really disappointed & frustrated now with this kind of service being provided by the company

    This is spency mascarenhas from goa... My bosh washing machine purchased on 13-05_2016 from margao anupa trade links pvt ltd. Is not working and its under warranty its more than a month now i have registerd complain both in ur service center aswell the store i purchased the same... Bt till now none of them have attended to check it. What type of services do your company provide... U'l are letting the name of your own company down... Its a shame for me to recommend ur product to any of my friends... It ws a big mistake that i went thought of purchasing your product... What problems i have to go through u people cant evn imagine having three small kids its not a joke to get the clothes clean everyday... I hd to keep my kids back from going to school. Had to hear complains from kids teachers coz of dirty uniforms... Shame on you and you company... Its better you stop your product rather than cheating doing falls promises about your service to customers. More than a month am been promised to send the service engineer bt till date none has assisted here... And now i really don't expect any service from you and your company... A very big shame on you. You n your company is not worth to be in keep your products in this world... Coz of you and your company poor dealers got to hear so much from customers... Your company's place is a big zero in this world...

      I refer to my complaint id [protected] dated 14/08/2017 regarding my bosch dishwasher displaying error no. E-09.

      After my reminder your technician visited on 19/08/2017. He clicked photo of plate showing model number, serial number, etc and sent the same to you through whatsapp for sending some particular part.

      This is highly surprising and disappointing that till date my complaint is unattended after a lapse of 20 days long period.

      I have again reminded you on your toll free number on 28/08/2017, but in vain.

        Update me the status.

        Regret to inform you the pathetic and careless service provided by your visiting engineer, mr. Santosh d karande, from your service center at mahakali caves (Andheri) branch.

        Issue was very urgent and was conveyed, that the refrigerator isn't cooling since so many days, all the food stuffs were damaged and we are not even able to store groceries.

        You service engineer not only recorded false visiting date also he delayed in raising the request for spare parts.

        He actually visited in eod of 22 august but recorded as 21st august.

        Inspite of knowing the urcengy of request, he delayed many days in raising the request for spare parts which still now has not been received.

        Request was raied on 19th august,
        Engineers actual visit 22nd august
        Request of spare parts by him : 24th august.

        Please treat this as an escalation and assist in fixing the issue asap.

          I raised a request for water leakage on my bosch washer dryer on 16th july, 2017 (Job number-[protected]) bought on july, 2017. One technician visited and he could not identify the problem and after that no one communicated with us. I raised a complaint again on 23rd july, 2017 with jon request number [protected].

          I had called their customer service numerous times after that. Even now my washing machine is not repaired. It's been almost a month now.

          One of the worst customer service i have seen till now.

            Sir,
            I have purchased the bosch front loading washing machine model /e-nr:wab 16160 in/03, serial no.[protected] on
            05.07.2015, from big bazaar, mysore karnataka. Bosch service engineer installed and commissioned the machine. Untill july 2017, i have not noticed any discrepancy with the machine, but to my surprise while cleaning i found rust patches in the housing before completing 2 years of period. The left hand side bottom portion of housing is heavily rusted and is extended upto the front left hand corner. Also i found the rust portion paint started peeling off like paper and rust particles are falling down. It is great shock for me to see rusty and pitted housing. On analyzing the peeled portion the base preparation for the portion like primer coating, red oxide coating has not been carried out before applying final coat of white coat. Also i suspect rust is formed due to internal leakage.
            Immediately (30th july 2017) i visited bosch dealer on kalidasa road, mysore and informed the defect. They directed to call on the service engineer, accordingly i have registered my complaint vide ticket no.[protected] dated 07.08.2017. Service engineer visited and unable to find any defect in the function of the machine and couldn't focus much on the rusted portion. I am a retired mechanical engineer with 35 years experience in automobile manufacturing and heavy earth moving manufacturing company. I access the cause of the rust is due to not preparing the surface of housing before final coat. Herewith i am forwarding the images of rusted portion of housing and peeled off rusted paint sheets for your reference.
            Now i request you to kindly depute your marketing personnel to study the discrepancy and recommend for free replacement of the housing.
            I hope bosch which is the no.1 leading manufacturer of washing machine will definitely look into the matter and take the action.

            This service center lacks supervision from Bosch. Bosch has to be blamed for this. I had given by car for service and it took over 5 days for them to diagnose the issue. Now my vehicle has new problem. Given the brand name if Bosch they are shame and insult to your brand.

            It's been 17-18days since my compliant on Bosch washer drier machine. Repeatedly we have been told that a technician will come with spare part. Yet to get resolved. An expensive machine with such poor support !!! Complaint number [protected].
            I too have similar problem with Bosch Front loader washing machine. It was purchased around a year ago. It has rust formation inside the door area and under the dispenser tray. The washing machine spills water and foam through the dispenser tray and goes all over the unit. This forms rust under the dispenser tray. It is clearly manufacture defect and bosch representative visited the unit said it is not under the scope of bosch to repair the unit (painting job). I have sent complaint to the bosch and waiting for their reply.

            I have the same issue! Looks like this is a manufacturing default, did not expect this from a reputable company like Bosch
            I had purchased Bosch washing machine on 10 Feb 2019.I noticed recently that it has started rusting from outer body under washing powder tray. I t is surprising rather shocking that a reputed like Bosch is producing substandard products.
            i expect company to resolve the issue.

                Food in my bosch kdn46xi30i 401 ltr double door refrigerator keeps spoils earlier than expected.

                Hence last night, on 23 aug 2017, i placed a local battery operated digital clock in the topmost shelf of the fridge and this morning i was surprised to observe that it displays a temperature of 5 degrees c while the bosch display on the door of the fridge says the temperature has been set to 2 degrees c.

                This means bosch is cheating the customer!

                Earlier i wrote to bosch india that:-

                Your man santosh karande mobile number [protected] is the cat & mouse player. He keeps calling saying he will bring a probe type thermometer to record the temperature in front of my eyes.

                In march this year bosch india had kept a data logger inside the fridge to record the temperature over a 24 to 48 hour period.

                However the customer has no way of knowing if the recorded temperature is correct because bosch takes back the data logger to their office and downloads data on their computer. The customer has no way of verifying the recorded readings.

                The data logged in march 2017 have not yet been submitted to me although i requested bosch to e-mail me the findings.

                I am writing to bosch to take back their defective product.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I would like to draw your attention towards my bosch washing machine which i bought in december 2014. It recently started giving us trouble, so after a few calls the technician came and he found that the inlet was not working. So he took it out and he said he'll have to take it back and then they will arrange this part. I would like to mention here that before leaving, technician wanted to leave the washing machine totally opened up! We had to cajole him to close it, and only then did he do that.

                  To begin with, don’t you think it is a little strange that an engineer who comes to a customer’s premises to service an equipment, has to be instructed to assemble it back? Especially considering it will remain there? Not only is it an eyesore, but who is responsible for further damage or danger that may happen while it remains exposed? Is this the level of responsibility a brand like yours carries in india?

                  After another 2-3 days another technician came back to us with the part but even then the machine didn't start. So then he said that there may be something else which is giving this problem. Another few days passed and then we had to call him and then he told us some other mechanic would come.

                  Before proceeding, i would like to mention here that the whole service experience was very sad, as i was only being ‘handled’ all the time. The technicians would also procrastinate on me. We were always the ones who had to call the engineers to come or check status and they never did that for us. One time, the technician called to say he was in a near by area and then never even showed up; my whole day got wasted. The whole process has been very slow on your side and in the time that we didn’t have a machine my wife had to painstakingly do much of the work herself.

                  When the next technician came, he told us that the earlier one had left all the wires inside loose. After working on it for a very long time, he was unable to fix it. So he called his senior technician. Again when the senior technician came, he said it's not a problem with parts that these people had been finding, rather it's the sensory panel. He said he will get the panel and see if the problem can be fixed.

                  They have never got the panels and to show us, but called and told us that the panel will cost around 9-10 thousand plus technician's charges. I was appalled at this. First, your technicians weren’t even sure of the problem, and then they just kept adding these expenses to the repair cost!

                  This is quite unlike a renowned company like bosch for its washing machine to get damaged within 3 years to an extent that no engineers have an idea and its fixability is uncertain. If you do some research, you will even come across another brand “ifb” - which is even giving 4 years warranty and an additional 10 years part support. To me, that sounds like they know about what they do well.

                  I have spoken to many people and have found out that no washing machine goes out of order in just 3 years time so please look into the matter.in my specific case, i had to go and buy an ifb washing machine, even though i was having a good experience with bosch, having even bought a dishwasher of your brand recently. I would say that for your goodwill’s sake, you should throw me a bone here, and reimburse me in some form.

                      I had bought washing machine and dryer from bosch and it wad installed on 4th of august. For the last 4 days i had called your authorised service centre konnect india services as the washing machine adapter was leaking and they said that they are sending technian immediately but till today no one had turned up. So regiatered complaunt today directly with bosch.

                      The authorised service centre service is very bad and havung second thoughts of buying the 2 machines. Will seriously think about recomending this to anyone.

                        Within 2yrs o[censored]sing d so called washing machine of d reputed firm Bosch, it stopped working midway ie; just a rotating sound with no rotation at all.

                        Model : Classixx
                        Type : Front loading w.machine.5.5kg with 800 rpm

                        Registered a service request n aftr 4 days a service executv came n checkd d machine and demanded Rs.800/- "only then we will be able to prescribe d part replacement ".
                        He said can't disclose the details until I pay him n den he will reach office and call me !
                        This shows d standard of their arrogant service ... I don't understand dt after recevg d payment why is dt d details can't b disclosed. Obviously d executive wasn't directly frm our reputed firm bt an employee of d franchisee service centre which s doing every bit to make our Bosch brand proud !

                        When I was told abt d replacement part n d cost d nxt day (poor chap took 1 full day n night to decide on dis highly sensitive part aka masterpiece! ). I had requested for a quote for d same via email to Bosch (service.[protected]@bosch-home.com) and strangely der was no response.

                        Even after 3 weeks no reply for any of my FOUR emails which I had sent them.
                        In fact the email ID i have obtained from d customer care only via orally and as SMS since it wasn't mentioned anyver on their website (something fishy ? )

                        Surprisingly instead of Bosch, the franchisee would call every time when I contact Bosch customer care and complete indifference marked the standard response from Bosch.

                        Though no response from Bosch was definite, the franchisee service centre provided, after 2 days of requesting via email, bt day was for a different machine of Siemens n nt for Bosch :(

                        I wonder how and why a giant firm lik Bosch can act so blind and arrogant towards a genuine issue reg d performance of one of the machine made by it arguably by using "superior German technology"

                        It's really true dt i m facing a lot of difficulties in getting d dresses washed as and when it's required, i have decided dt i won't get it repaired until I receive d reply to my emails over d last 3 weeks.

                        Hope the mechanisms set out by the GOI will help me find a solution for d same.

                        Rpm showing 1000 instead of 1200
                        The Fully automatic front loading washing machine with full dryer with MRP of Rs. 65, 000 approx. was bought through Vijay Sales at Dwarka on 26th January 2016 which was installed around March April 2016.

                        The machine stopped working around end of July -beginning of August 2017 when I complained to Bosch helpline no. The engineer who visited said that the lock is non functional and need to change it.

                        After one month, he came to replace the lock (6th Sept 2017) However when i tried to operate the machine in the evening it was still not working. I didn't expect such a bad experience with Bosch and am very disappointed with the product & the service speed. No replacement was offered neither did they give a temporary machine to work through these 2+ months. Two or more parts were replaced and 3 months to make the machine work again.

                        Again, in December, I noticed that the dryer was not working, complained to customer service again. Yet again, the engineer came to replace the part before 26th January and after repairing, he said that if it still doesn't work we will need to replace one more part. And of course, it is still not working and I have registered another complaint today. I AM TRIED OF COMPLAINING & WAITING FOR THE MACHINE TO WORK FOR ME AND NOT ME WORKING FOR THE BOSCH MACHINE.

                        What are you guys selling ? Please don't buy Bosch Products ! Its a warning !
                        I bought bosch hob 3B PBD7331MS-78C HSN code:7321 from shope Lulu connect Cochin Kerala on 15 January 2018. Last week I was trying to connect with the LPG cylinder and found the hob not working. Immediately I contacted the Lulu shop and they registered the complaint. My native place(Kollam) having a Bosch Service agency and they didn’t arrange a technician to visit my complaint. They promised two time and today the whole day I was waiting them as per their promise. This is the very bad services which the second time i got from the same agency. Today three time i called them and they didn’t have any action.
                        I wrote the complaint to service.[protected]@bosch-home.com requesting for the reliable and fast action. Today passed four days and no action from them. Also I contacted the toll free number of Bosch. The same feedback without resolving the issue.
                        Strange customer care from Bosch!!!

                          I bought a bosch refrigerator on the 27th of july and since it's delivery and installation the refrigerator has not been cooling properly. Food is going bad in the fridge. The technician who came to see the fridge didn't have a thermometer to ascertain the temperature in the fridge. All he said was that the fan isn't working and the compressor is heating up and left. That is no way to address a complaint of a new fridge. The unit is defective and needs to be replaced asap or our money should be returned.

                              Bought refrigerator of bosch (Vs30i) in may 16, just with in 14 months my refrigerator stop cooling. Service guy from bosch told me that fan needed to be changed and it will cost rs 1850/-.
                              800 for service charge and 1050 for fan motor (Which they didnt replaced yet, as they have to order it first).
                              After spending rs 35k i have to asked to pay another inrs 2000 with in 14 minths of my purchase (Just 2 months after warrantee period). If bosch india is using substandard material then why they are asking higher prices for same category product than their competitor and claiming that it is best company. Sorry, i dont think so. It is just started i think if you didnt find solution for my problem. You will loose one customer at least and your brand is not at all welcome for next 40 years (I make sure that my children also not invest into your brand).

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I purchased a washing machine wab16161in on 2nd october'2016. Around three months back, i shifted to bhopal and during last week, the machine developed leakage from bottom area and i am extremely dissatisfied with the response of your service support. A team of technician was sent and it was told me verbally that the mouse has damaged /eaten some internal part because of which the problem has come and it needs to be replaced on paid basis. Then i objected on this and raised the issue and challenged them to convince me and show me the part eaten by the mouse. Then again technician was sent and he found out that the drain pump was broken from inside and said that he has also not seen this type of failure in his lifetime. On the second day, his supervisor spoken to me and said that since the installation was not done by the authorised service person and hence this failure has occurred and i have to get is replaced on paid basis.

                                Now my question is that no one said told us at the time of installation that i need to necessarily get the machine uninstalled/installed by your authorised service person whenever i get relocated and what precaution we need to take during transportation. Still we made sure that those are taken care of, specially mounting of bolt before transportation and removal of same during installation and the flatness of machine was also ensured using spirit level. Even the original packing of the machine was used during transportation.

                                More over the machine developed the issue after 3 months that means there is no point blaming the transportation and installation for the same. I am sure you need to take it up with your r&d team and this case can be analysed so that necessary improvement can be done at your end and customers should not suffer.

                                I have made at least 6 calls to your call centre and they always say that, the matter has been escalated and complaint is still open.

                                On 28th july also, some one from the your local service team called up and i explained everything to him and he said that he will look into and reply me after discussion with the concerned authorities to replace the same.

                                At last i am feeling cheated after buying your product and if it does nor get resolved, i may have to take it up to consumer forum as well.

                                With a heavy heart i am making this complaint to you and i expect that it should be resolved on priority and machine will be repaired in warranty.

                                  We purchased bosch avantixx washing machine was24460in in march 2013. Today, the machine stopped responding during the washing cycle. After a complaint lodged through company service center, a personal was sent to diagnose the machine. There was a charge of 800 rs. To visit and check the machine. The person found out that the machine has power module failed. When inquired about the part, the replacement cost of this part was rs.15, 000. I was shocked to find the costs as we had paid over rs. 45, 000 for this machine & it failed in just over 5 years. We understand that bosch is an international brand with reputation to its products. I did not expect it to fail in such as short span. The company has such confidence in its products that they provide warranty of only 2 years & their products last just about that. The replacement cost of part is totally unrealistic, 1/3 cost of the product. It is absolutely ridiculous that they expect their customers to pay such amounts to replace their parts failed in such a short span. This is shoddy practice to charge premium on replacement products when premium is already paid on their product. The replacement part is not even available in market. So, you either pay them unrealistic money to fix product or dump their product & buy some other brand machine. I would suggest consumers to avoid this brand as it will cost you huge amount to fix the broken product if it is out of warranty. The product works fine till it works. We were satisfied with its performance. I would suggest to the higher management of this company to stop using malpractices & charge reasonable money for replacement parts otherwise you would not survive longer in this market.

                                    I bought Bosch front load washing machine paying a good price of RS 35000/- from Vijay Sales Rahatani, Pune. I requested for a trolley for the machine and the sales person from Vijay sales promised me that the delivery man of the machine will get it. Ofcourse I had to pay for the trolley and i was ready for it. The delivery man came without the trolley and then after a long conversation to Vijay sales rahatani executives and Mr. Aishwarya from Bosch company, I accepted the machine. Mr. Aishwarya promised me to solve the issue and upon his words only I accepted it. Its more then 2 weeks now, still the problem is not solved. I requested to take the machine back, but Mr. Aishwarya is just ignoring and giving excuses. Can you please solve the issue?

                                      At the outset, i would like to inform you that i have purchased a dishwasher in the month of apr 2017 by your dealer m/s audio voice at lajpat nagar delhi.
                                      While selling the product they gave me all false commitment and assurance that they will take care of my service assurance and will provide seamless experience till the time i start using the appliance.
                                      The state of affair is that till date, i am running pillar to post and there is no progress on my installation. A service engineer named mandeep came to my home and gave various dimension for the wood unit which was to be fitted for modular kitchen.in fact he himself was present when the fitment was happening and he was giving instruction to my carpenter for the fitment. Now when demo engineer came, he told me that the wood panel which has been fitted is of odd size and that is the reason the appliance door will not opening fully. I spoke to your service franchise mr. Pawan nehra snd he seems to be totally unprofessional who talks rudely and is spoiling your brand image. He is only bothered about his own franchise vested interest and cares a damn for bosch.
                                      I am running pillar to post and trying to explain everyone that bosch franchise people has only given the wrong dimension and even were involved in getting the wood panel cut in size and fitted through the help of my carpenter and eventually spoiled the dimension and now they are not owning to rectify the problem.

                                      As a result of the matter the dealer person mr. Vikas and the franchise person mr. Pawan nehra are threatening me to do anything and even i should go to legal court, but nothing will happen to them and now i should pay them / other carpenter for getting the same rectified.

                                      Thus, your service is of worst quality. Its a shame that company like bosch is there in india and have kept franchise like pawan nehra and dealer like audio voice at delhi ncr.
                                      Its my life most idiotic decission that i chose to buy bosch kitchen built in products. Your entire comminity of dealer, sales people, service people are rude and unprofessional. I am regreting my decision of buying your products.
                                      From today i am at a mission of spreading this information to everyone through social media that people should beware of getting into the trap of the so called bosch.

                                        Bosch makes great products but makes false claims about after sales services and demos. Their focus is only and only on sales and not providing any after sales service. They will lie about giving you demos after you purchase. The sales head of bosch company outlet in sector 35c, chandigarh refused to heed any requests for demo and caused me a lot of mental agony. Bosch india's customer service department either do not pick up calls or will lie about sending someone to help.

                                        I am a developer of luxury apartments and use bosch appliances in my kitchens and have recommended it to lot of my business clients in the past. I will not buy bosch products or recommend it to anyone anymore.in today's competitive world such pathetic service standards are not acceptable.
