I purchased this Boult Audio curve at feb 17-2021 from past one month the device battery draining so soon its not working for 10minutes I already raised a request through mail it's already 2 weeks ago but their is no response if i connect it to device I'm not able to use it for 10minutes also it's automatically get power off very hesitated with it I'll request the team resolve it ASAP.

    I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth Headset with mic price 1199 (Including tax) from Flipkart,
    My earphone stopped working after 6 months. It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired immediately or else to be replaced.

    Requesting for prompt action on my complaint.

        I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 6 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a email of sucessful registration of ticket and nothing else. And they didn't recieve my calls.
        They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 3 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it.
        I called the customer care number multiple times but there was no response, they didnt take the call.

        In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.

          I need a solution, what can I do ? Its been only a month

                            I had given my boult freepods for repair as it stopped working within 15 days. After 10 days when i got my pods back after repair the original box, warranty card and original charger is missing. I received a duplicate carger in some old used box.

                                  Received faulty product and when placed a complaint for replace, the pick up guy came and took the product and the next day, the mail came from official boult audio that, we haven't received your product.
                                  I mean what is this thing going on ?
                                  Aren't they able to manage their customers then why they are expecting to be publicized their brand ?
                                  Very disappointment from such horrible replacement experience.

                                    Product won't start and battery life is now very short

                                    I have Boult audio curve Bluetooth earphones and i will face very serious issue with this product the product can't start many times and the battery is very poor they take 1 hour to drain from 100 to 20 percent and boult audio customer support team is also very bad they take almost 1 to 2 month to take action on complaint very poor services plz i will req to replace my product...

                                      No use of warranty claim

                                      This is the worst experience with the Boult Audio customer service as they had not resolve my issue as they just simply send the same faulty product through the warranty claim process and also they had taken 2 months for Delivering my product which is (Boult airbass freepods). As my warranty card has now been wasted now what can I do?...
