I was very disappointed to see that after 3-4 months o[censored]se the charging pod has stopped working. The charging pod is not getting charged at all....

The Right side pod is not getting charging from the case, It will get charged only while charging Pods case and that too 50% only. Right pod not getting charge from the case.

I am not sure the problem with Case or pod.

I have raise complaint on Boult portal and sent couple of follow email, they respond or reply us....

I am very disappointed to say that the customer care executive of boult are not responding.
I had filed a complaint via email on 05-March-2021, but did not get a reply till date.
Please look into matter and resolve as soon as possible.

The two earpieces are not connecting to each other. One of them turns off while connecting to phone....

I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Strom X Earphones purchased from amazon on 30th AUG, 2020.
Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.
I tried raising a ticket at "https://support.boultaudio.com/portal/en/newticket", but the page won't let me upload the invoice and the pop up shows ``unable to process...

The product overheated and stopped working just after 2 months of purchase . And now its not turning on .

Please look into the matter as soon as possible ....

My ear buds automatically disconnected and connected. This happens continuously 3-4 time then it works fine...
