I am SMRUTIRANJAN MOHANTY I purchased a Boult audio having model number- Air bass free pods on dated- 20.09.2020 through flipkart, the product got damaged on February 2021 I registered a complaint and Boult audio told me to courier the product for repair/replacment and I did the same, After that Boult audio company started playing with me and sent wrong mail and information I complaint again and again to their customer care finally they told me your product has been replaced and we will send it to your adress shortly then they sent again wrong information that they courier the product via Bluedart and sent a wrong tracking ID then told me sorry sir that was a wrong mail your product will be send to you by Indian post then share a tracking ID when I checked through the tracking ID that showing a wrong delivery adress to me which one is not my again I complaint to them but they are not responding and passing wrong information please help me with this dramatic situation
