I am very disappointed with the service experience of Boult Audio.
Customers trust and buy your products, keep worth for it.
Registered warranty complaint under Ticket ID 203168 for R side ear bud low sound issue and sent for warranty service with same box pack at time of purchase, After service device was delivered back on 11th of Dec 2020, which was packed in Boult polythin cover inside broken cardboard box. Which was un professional by leading brand in market Boult Audio.
Device stopped now working same day itself. Observed issue is ear buds are not getting charged and not powering. only the dock is getting charged.
I have purchased ear buds to use not to keep sending it for warranty claim.
This is not acceptable service to be given to customer by a top selling brand in market Boult Audio.
I can’t keep spending money for sending courier the product worth of ₹2000/-
I request you to arrange a reverse pick up for below address and support for same.
I hope your team will not lead this issue to escalated up to consumer forum.
