Dear Sir
I have purchased Boult audio pro bass hands-free from amezon. Which is not worked after week.
I have been following up from your team from past one and half months and submitted all the details which your team required to resolved my query. But still no response received from them. They had taken money from that product. Please look into this issue AsAp else I have to take further action against this..

    I purchased boult audio probass Bluetooth earphones through amazon . It's been only two months In October I purchased it. At first around one month ago the left side stopped working and now the right side also stopped working . I have the product in warranty . Please solve my problem.

      Hi, I am Neelima raj. I bought boult audio air bass pods Bluetooth headset on 19th sep, 2020 through flipkart plarform . i received it on24th sep, 2020 .my problem is, the right pod is not working completely from few days. i hope you guys resolve my problem as soon as possible .

        Boult Audio budbass Q2 Headphones left side is not working, no sound is coming from right side. The product is not broken and no damage has been done. Also the product had not come under contract with water.

        Kindly replace my product. The product was purchased from Amazon on september26th, 2020

            I purchase Boult bass buds oak pure wood 6 months back but I did not get the bill copy hard or soft. now my headphoneis not working properly to sided buds are damage i want to erase the data but boult audio support require bill copy and details of the same.               I bought boult live earbud from amoazon on 9th july 2020 .
              Right side of earbud which also work as monopod is not working and also not charging, the indication light blinks very low and it blink when ever we put it in charging case . Plz help me out with this issue, my earbuds are in warranty period.

                                I know that Boult Audio is very well known brand in Bluetooth .But Really I have disappointed with Boult Audio now.I had purchased a divice from flipkart from June 2020..before 1 month ilmy divice not getting charge and not tunr on ..But now it's in warranty period.
                                So Plz exchange old one and give me a new divice ..

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I am very disappointed with the service experience of Boult Audio.
                                      Customers trust and buy your products, keep worth for it.
                                      Registered warranty complaint under Ticket ID 203168 for R side ear bud low sound issue and sent for warranty service with same box pack at time of purchase, After service device was delivered back on 11th of Dec 2020, which was packed in Boult polythin cover inside broken cardboard box. Which was un professional by leading brand in market Boult Audio.
                                      Device stopped now working same day itself. Observed issue is ear buds are not getting charged and not powering. only the dock is getting charged.
                                      I have purchased ear buds to use not to keep sending it for warranty claim.
                                      This is not acceptable service to be given to customer by a top selling brand in market Boult Audio.

                                      I can’t keep spending money for sending courier the product worth of ₹2000/-
                                      I request you to arrange a reverse pick up for below address and support for same.

                                      I hope your team will not lead this issue to escalated up to consumer forum.

                                        This is to inform you that I purchased a Boult Q2 headphone from amazon which got some complications regarding the wire, I just send it back to the company for warranty through courier whose charges were also paid by my me only i.e 120 rupees which you only told me to courier it to your address. Now I got my headphones back but the fact is that one of the sides of the headphone is not working properly. Now if I again give it to warranty then I have to pay the courier service again for that I need to pay them again a amount of 120 rupees. I would have repaired it locally rather than giving it to you in this amount. Now as I have spent money and not got it perfectly repaired from your side. I want you to collect it from my address as soon as possible because this is really giving me a great disappointment.

                                        I really hope you don't give me a warranty link again and kindly help me in this regard.
