    Hello, I'm advocate ankita Modagi from Belgaum Karnataka India, I had purchased Boult audio earbuds from Amazon on 27 aug 2020 which had to replace due to defective item, than on 30 aug 2020 I got replaced product.

    Product was working properly for 3months but all of sudden right earbud stoped working
    I than contacted Boult audio support team in delhi who asked me to courier product after going through certain process ( invoice of product, product name, date of purchase). On[protected] I have couriered ma product as to guidelines of support team. They ensure me to either replace or repair the product within 7days in their custody.

    I got msg from support team of ma product being repaired and received it today morning in total different way, I'm disappointed with service provided because neither I have received ma product nor the things that I had sent ( Bill receipt, company box, direction page, warranty card, different cable, different casebox, no extra pair of buds) nothing is been given of mine. Entire product is not mine

    I want new product or refund ma money along with courier service money or else even if it is ma old product it must be sent with proper packing n all those things that I had sent

    If failed to respond me I'll take legal action against you.

                            It's been only 1 month since i bought this product and the right earbud volume is decreasing and i can't use this earbud during my Google meetings the voice is breaking a lot i can't even hear others . This is very disappointing and didn't expect this from Boult Audio.

                                  - Purchased the Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband on 04.05.2019 through Amazon.
                                  - Neckband is still working very well, but the wire sleeve connecting earbuds and neckband has got damaged and needs replacement on chargeable basis.
                                  - Registered complaint through the Boult website on 22.10.2020 and later follow up, but to my utter surprise the complaint was closed after giving the reason that the product is out of warranty.
                                  - Does this mean that the Boult company only provides service to in warranty product and out of warranty products has to be thrown away.
                                  - Very disappointing attitude of the reputed comany.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      The customer care services is not up to the mark in reverting on mails. I needed some clarifications from them regarding my issues but no revert was provided and ticket was closed ex-party. I have send the earpod through courier but have not received any revert whether its received or not.
