The Rt Ear mic is not working. Had purchased this product through Amazon in July....

I purchased Boult Audio Probass Curve from Tata Qliq shopping site. My Headphones right side is not working, no sound is coming from right side....

Boult Audio Loop Headphones right side is not working, no sound is coming from right side. The product is not broken and no damage has been done. Also the product had not come under contract with water.

Kindly replace my product. The product was purchased from Amazon on May 27th 2020.

I've been using the headset for a week without any problems, Syddenly, after a week it stopped working. Its not even turning on....
