      I had purchased the boult neckband on 28th May 2020. From past few days audio is breaking for both the earpieces and sometimes right ear piece wont work.
      I have to attend the calls for more time during my work as it is not possible with what I have.
      I'm attaching my invoice bill here.

      Could you please replace my neckband as I have one year warranty.

          I've order this product on 14 Nov 2020 in Amazon as it worked for exactly 10 days and now the led lights which indicates the charging is not blinking and also it is not charging, I want to get repair or replace, can you please help me how to proceed.

                        I purchase boult headphone but during use his speaker not working. Starting 5-7 days work but after that suddenly speaker stop working. There is no physical damage. We need the replacement of that product else money back.

                        I am really unhappy with buy this product.

                            I have bought Boult audio headphone from Tatacliq website in the month of June.
                            I have raised complaint for drainage of battery in 15 min after 100% charge.
                            I have send product to them 3 times, and all three times they sent same product with same problem.
                            My complaint id is 122450, further they have not refund my courier charges as committed by them.
                            I do not want the product from this useless company, moreover on third time they have sent the product in Zipped plastic bag and said we have sent fresh Product.

                              Hi Team,
                              This is 3rd time complaining for same issue MIC is not working in receiver end however as discussed with the support team over call they are told me we are replacing this product new one but still I have recieved same damaged product.
                              Complaint Number 1st #39525. & 2nd #61428.
                              Main thing when where connect to support team they are directly answer we don't have any idea about this means Boult Company doing fraud with customers like almost amount invested in courier charges two times but still received damaged or old product.
