Dear Support team at Boult Audio,
I had reached out to Amazon management to for a resolution to your unfair business practice : “Sending used, dirty, broken and dysfunctional units as replacement within the warranty period”. You have done it 4 times already, with my Boult Audio Earbuds.
The highest level of management at Amazon is aware of this, however, they have given us one last opportunity to fix this amicably. I request you to send me a brand new, sealed, fresh (not a set that was manufactured several years back) as your final replacement, to close this thread. If you don’t do that, then I will be compelled to reach out to the Consumers Forum of India for a resolution.
Not only me, I demand the same resolution for all the 20+ sets of this unit I purchased for my team, on the same day.

While I have no expectation on getting any special attention by stating who I am, I rather wanted to introduced myself to ensure the authenticity of my email content.
I want to bring it to your notice about some suspected unfair trade practices by Boult Audio in India. I tried to post this following review at amazon.in site last month, but for some unknown reason it was not posted.

Will not recommend – bad product & unfair business practices.
This is not a good product. Even worse is their dishonest defect handling process. The buds I bought stopped working after about 6 months, and the problem was weak battery that wouldn’t charge any more. I raised a ticket and sent it for a replacement. The replacement came as a pair o[censored]sed ones, with dirt and scratches on it. I reported that observation to them, but had accepted the replacement. It worked for about 5 days, running only for about an hour per full charge. I understood they sent me a set which was probably sent back to them earlier by someone like me, asking for replacement.
So, again I raised another ticket and sent it back to them, with a note that if I get an used product as replacement again, I am not going to accept it. They didn’t care and sent another used pair. I refused the consignment and called them up. Someone from their management assured that the next replacement will be surely a brand new one. Frustratingly enough, the third replacement is also used, dirty, and worked for about 3 days. I am again going to send them back.
Earlier, when I had claimed a replacement for my JBL headset, I got a brand-new pack. I think all companies do it that way, except this dishonest one. Amazon should take a note of this.

As you probably understand by now, this is going on for a long time and I have sent back the product, for a third time. I indeed have no intent to publicly shame this Co. for their unfair trade practices, I also have no intent to try to punish them by going legal to Indian Consumer Forum, I just want them to respect the value of establishing fair trade practices!
I have attached two other email communications with their support team, where I have been complaining about the “used” product they had been sending as replacement. Surprisingly and frustratingly, they didn’t care and went on sending junk.
I have been an Amazon Prime customer for long. I have experience of getting replacement of products purchased at Amazon.in, from Co. like JBL. I have always got a brand-new product as replacement. But that trust somehow got shattered while dealing with Boult Audio. I sincerely hope as a Marketplace service provider to this manufacturer, you would take good care to ensure fairness in business practices.
I have attached along the proof of purchase of this product. Along with the two, I have also purchased 24 more pairs of the same item from them on Amazon.in, on the same date. It was a personal gift from me to my team for Project Performance. Almost all of them stopped working after around 6 months. I will request a genuine replacement of all of them, of course we will return the defunct ones.

27th oct2020 mic is not working for calls and answering of calls other side of the person can't hear the voice.
Customer care no not responding our complaint.
