Boult loop wired inner ear head set ourchased in amazon on
27th oct2020 mic is not working for calls and answering calls other side of the person can't hear the voice....

It is boult bassbuds storm wired head set and it had been 5 month passed from the date of buying this product and I am not getting sound from the right side speaker of my headset...

i bought the boult airport freebase on 15 October 2020, and it's not even month and left airport is not working. please replace it as in Vishakapatnam the service centre is not there. hoping for the positive reply....

I had reached out to Amazon management to for a resolution to your unfair business practice : “Sending used, dirty, broken and dysfunctional units as replacement within the warranty period”. You have done it 4 times already, with my Boult Audio Earbuds.

The highest level of management at Amazon is aware of this, however, they have given us one last opportunity to fix this...

The bluetooth turns off automatically after 1 hour use and can't talk properly while calling...

Am already send a complaint to boult audio . My buds are not working properly. Sometimes it automatically disconnect from the device. Sometimes doesn't working for calling . I have replace the product its doesn't work properly.....
