The earbuds are not pairing to the same

I cannot use the earbuds with the same device at the same time
They are not pairing with each other, I cannot hear sound from both the devices
I turned them off and charged them but they are not pairing with each other
This happened a weak ago

Defective product, voice gets distorted

Purchase a boult audio airbass musebuds and it turns out defective. The voice gets distorted during call. Battery life isn't good and moreover music volume doesn't respect the sound quality is being promised. The company's registered customer care number is also not in working/serviceable condition. It gets disconnected automatically and getting no response from email...
