I had bought boult audio x1 probass wired headset on march 6 2020 . One side(left side) of the earphone is not working .It has one year waranty . I want to replace my earphones with the warranty . Please reply. otherwise I will complain to Higher order and review in online shoping will go down.

    I have raised ticket and no contact from boult side. It's a newly purchased one but mic doesn't wrong properly so I need a replacement.

    But no response from boult end.

            Am already send a complaint to boult audio . My buds are not working properly. Sometimes it automatically disconnect from the device. Sometimes doesn't working for calling . I have replace the product its doesn't work properly..

              15 days back I bought boult probass curve in amazon. In that product i had little connectivity issues and the power button has not work properly so i planned to claim warranty on yur product.

                  Sir I bought boult audio probass curve bluetooth headphone from amezan 15 days back .After 15 days it is a not working well .Automatic sound off & it is not switching on even this product not connecting to bluetooth .I have big hope on boult audio but this problem make me vary sad plz contact me as early possible & solve this problem .So please exchange the product .

                            I purchased a boult airbass monopad on August 2020 and starting time it gives proper battery backup on that time and now I facing battery backup issues like suddenly reduced 100 to 10 percent on 1hr o[censored]se so kindly help me please sir.
