My boult wireless headset not charging... How to claim the warranty.. How to replace the headset.....

I purchase a probass Curve pro blutooth headphone.15 days ago but
After 15days of buying Suddenly the earphones are get disconnected and Not supporting at all.only show led light.
Plz look into our complaint and give us the service...
I kindly request you to solve the problem
As soon as possible . PLEASE....

The device is getting power off while speaking and sometimes call also gets disconnects...

My Boult Q wireless headphones has broken so please replace it or repair it

This is regarding the complaint 118269 raised on October 12th. The product is Boult Ear plug Audio Bass. One of the ear plug (Left ear plug) stopped working/pairing completely and I was asked to courier the product for repair which I did. I received the repaired product by courier on 29th oct 2020 from you but facing issues still.

We buy a boult pro bass curve from Amazon. It's hardly run 2 to 3 days. After that we facing a problem in that it is directly disconnected and get off. And the main problems that we face is bluetooth connectivity that's why we want to change that item....

I was purchased the bluetooth ear phone on 18 sep 2020 .few days both ear phone working but 10 days only one ear phones working do plz take a kindful action...
