      Issue : Device has stopped suddenly responding in connection and charging
      * No light while charging

              I cannot use the earbuds with the same device at the same time
              They are not pairing with each other, I cannot hear sound from both the devices
              I turned them off and charged them but they are not pairing with each other
              This happened a weak ago

              I have warranty for the device and would like to get them repaired immediately

                    Purchase a boult audio airbass musebuds and it turns out defective. The voice gets distorted during call. Battery life isn't good and moreover music volume doesn't respect the sound quality is being promised. The company's registered customer care number is also not in working/serviceable condition. It gets disconnected automatically and getting no response from email

                                      This is regarding the complaint 118269 raised on October 12th. The product is Boult Ear plug Audio Bass. One of the ear plug (Left ear plug) stopped working/pairing completely and I was asked to courier the product for repair which I did. I received the repaired product by courier on 29th oct 2020 from you but facing issues still.

                                      The repaired left ear plug is not charging at all now although it is pairing (which was the original issue). I kept it in charging box for about 8 hours to see only 20% charged and as soon as paired again to drains down to red level indicator. It is frustrating to see this kind of stuff poor service quality. Kindly take this matter seriously and advise the next step.

                                      Also, when i couriered the product, i had sent the full package which had spare ear buds, manual, warranty card and charging cable. When i received the product back, I did not receive any of them back.

                                      I can be reached on my mobile ([protected]) for any further queries. I am looking for a permanent solution. I appreciate boult takes this issue with genuine customer interest and resolve at the earliest.

                                      I have no option but to share this feedback in amazon reviews if i do not receive a favorable response in next 48 hours.

                                        We buy a boult pro bass curve from Amazon. It's hardly run 2 to 3 days. After that we facing a problem in that it is directly disconnected and get off. And the main problems that we face is bluetooth connectivity that's why we want to change that item.
