I purchase a probass Curve pro blutooth headphone.15 days ago but
After 15days of buying Suddenly the earphones are get disconnected and Not supporting at all.only show led light.
Plz look into our complaint and give us the service...
I kindly request you to solve the problem
As soon as possible . PLEASE.

The device is getting power off while speaking and sometimes call also gets disconnects

My Boult Q wireless headphones has broken so please replace it or repair it

This is regarding the complaint 118269 raised on October 12th. The product is Boult Ear plug Audio Bass. One of the ear plug (Left ear plug) stopped working/pairing completely and I was asked to courier the product for repair which I did. I received the repaired product by courier on 29th oct 2020 from you but facing issues still.

The repaired left ear plug is not charging at all now although it is pairing (which was the original issue). I kept it in charging box for about 8 hours to see only 20% charged and as soon as paired again to drains down to red level indicator. It is frustrating to see this kind of stuff poor service quality. Kindly take this matter seriously and advise the next step.

Also, when i couriered the product, i had sent the full package which had spare ear buds, manual, warranty card and charging cable. When i received the product back, I did not receive any of them back.

I can be reached on my mobile ([protected]) for any further queries. I am looking for a permanent solution. I appreciate boult takes this issue with genuine customer interest and resolve at the earliest.

I have no option but to share this feedback in amazon reviews if i do not receive a favorable response in next 48 hours.

We buy a boult pro bass curve from Amazon. It's hardly run 2 to 3 days. After that we facing a problem in that it is directly disconnected and get off. And the main problems that we face is bluetooth connectivity that's why we want to change that item.

Mic issues

I was purchased the bluetooth ear phone on 18 sep 2020 .few days both ear phone working but 10 days only one ear phones working do plz take a kindful action

One is not working, I raised a complaint before but no one took care of it!

The Bluetooth Headphones stopped working within 1 day. please can someone help as complaint already raised to Customer care. But their number doesn't reply.

I got this product on 23 Oct 2020 by 31 Oct 2020 it's switched off automatically and its not switching on now

Unable to turn on

I boult audio airbuds Are invited. After 5 days, it suddenly stopped playing music. But call The sound is coming.

Firstly i ordered a bluetooth boult audio probass curve. After 2 months its not working. The main problem is not charging at all. i hope you guys will contact me sure .

My Boult air bass ear buds having issue when I charge the red light turn blue that means full charge but it's not charge either not working

Left side earbud isn't working. Connectivity isn't good, intermittently getting disconnected and connected.

My right earbud is not working properly no no lights can be seen on it neither gets connected with my phone
