Dear Sir/Madam,

Boult Audio factory team had received my (Boult Audio ProBass Curve
Neckband Bluetooth
Headset with Mic) product at 30-July-2020 and till now i didn't get my replacement product. i am taking follow up from last 3 months on boult customer care number they are giving every time wrong Update they are not replying on email. they are doing scam with customers on customers service name.

I requesting to you Please take strictly action on such type Fraud company.

    Dear boult audio,
    i purchased a boult audio bass-buds x1 wired headset from FLIPKART on the date of 01/09/2020. but now thats mic is not working and i already made a complained 6days ago (12-oct-2020) through email and they gave a Ticket Id - 121453 and they told me Your ticket will be reviewed and we will get back to you in the next 24-48 Hours but till now i didn't get any response from there.
    its my request to please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I would link to inform you that I had ordered a Boult Audio from Amazon on 8th October, 20 and I got the same on 13th Oct. Having received the item I wanted to charge it but it was not connecting as the light was showing off. After some attempts i got the connection. And today for the second time when I want to charge, the same problem remains and also along with another problem evolves which my audio switch is not getting start.
      I even using the mobile charger just to check that the data cable which you provides alongwith the Audio Boult might not be working properly. Having changed the charger, the same problem continues. So therefore I would like to request you to return the same and wish to have new one.

        Worst Audio company and product I have ever bought. The product sent for repair and replacement 3 times within 30 days. the repaired product also does not work. I have raised 4 complaints in 30 days, Complaint nos -51416, 61648, 77921 and the last one is 51410. I have spent more than Rs. 800/- just couriering the defective product to their service center in Delhi. Even after the product being on the warranty, I had to spend rs. 800/- and also lose out on 2 months of the warranty period. Product purchase was True5ive DONT BUY any product from BOULT AUDIO

          I had purchased a Boult audio airbass musebuds on 11th September 2020 and today it is appearing to be faulty as if I am on a call with someone he / she can hear my voice but I can't hear anything. It would be great if you could help/ assist me fix it or maybe replace it with some other headset.

              I purchased boult audio loop earphones from amazon.in, they had 1 year warranty & now they are not working and 1 year warranty is still valid on them but i tried calling service center, there is literally jo response. What should i do now??? There is no physical damage at all.

                  The loop wire got detached after 14 days o[censored]sage. It's really inconvenient to reinsert it every time i wanna use it. Would like to get a replacement .

                          I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds Loop in-Ear Wired Earphones on September 25 after 3 weeks it's stopped now no one is responding to my complaint there is no service center near to me, tried to contact them via phone, even there phone numbers are not working

                            I ordered the neckabnd in July. And its not working and as per their policy the product comes with 1 year warranty. I mailed them various times and every time they gave me a ticket number and after that i didnt get any information and after few days they ask me invoice and i mailed the invoice also. After few days i got the mail that your ticket number is closed. And this process goes on continuously. I am not able to get any help from them.

                              My boult bluetooth headset pro curve have chaging issue and one side speaker not working..Sent to service center on 10 th aug and got acknowledgement on 14 th aug...
                              Now 2 month over so far not received a replacement...and any update from service centre when They will replace it...
                              When ever iam calling yo customer care they says another 3 days it will resolve...this word iam getting from august 25 th ...Till now no resolution...

                              After regular followup the customer team provided a untraceble dtdc tracking no Z54893244 to make me fool...
                              This track id was not get it updated in dtdc site so far...and the customer care dont have answer on it...

                                  I am writing to complain about the wireless bluetooth earphones black color which I purchased from Boult Audio Company on 27th June 2020 for Rs.899
                                  In your guarantee you claim that this head set can be used during a year without breakage and any other problems. I have been using it carefully for months and the head phones stopped working normally after a couple of months only one side is working.
                                  So, according to the warranty it has not even completed 4months and the warranty was give for one year so I would like to compensate/replacement as soon as possible I will be very thankful to you .

                                    I was bought a Boult Audio Curve Wireless Neckband Magnetic Earphone With mic through filpcart sold by Shreyash Retail private limited, order ID OD[protected] dated 23/06/2020 and i was get the product on 24/06/2020. till the date i was used the earphone, for the past three days the earphone was not get charged and i was not able to use the earphone, but you are said that your product have a warranty of one year. so kindly do the needful or replace the product early as possible
