I have purchased Bould probass Blue headset on 03 OCT 2019, with 1 year full replacement warranty in case of any issues. Headphones stopped working in Feb 2020, less than 6 months. I tried reaching out to Boult Audio based out in Delhi ONLY. I created 2 tickets on their website April 02 2020, no response from Boult even after 2 months, customer support phone number [protected] was not working! I followed up with another 2 tickets in 04 June 2020. Boult responded after 4 weeks, but due to lock down there was no service to Delhi NCR region! Boult closed ticket without informing or waiting knowing situation very well. I followed up with another ticket, on 18 OCT 2020, Boult denied to service within 24 hrs stating warranty period is over. I tried to get in touch but boult has not responded on multiple ocassions!
Two concerns - Selling cheap quality Chinese goods & not refusing warranty post that. Boult company should be stopped from selling their defective models and pay compensation for refusing service within warranty period.
Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
