    Date of Delivery - 18/10/2020
    Invoice No - IN-BOM[protected]

    I have made complaint to boult over there website, i got an email for send the product through courier to their New Delhi Address. so i googled and found that many people have same kind of complaint & they have also received same email to send the product the them. after that there was no followup or replacement from their end.

    Hence i have asked them to arrange replacement at my door steps.

      Dear sir,
      I am Pradeep kumar from Patna, Bihar. I have bought boult audio tru5ive wireless earbud from flipkart on 21 June 2020 cost- 2000 rs. Due to manufacturing defect problem i contact flipkart and they provided me the helpline no. of Boult audio service center Delhi. Then by talking to them i send my defective product to Delhi service center form Patna by India post courier service on 2 September 2020 and they receive my product on 4 September 2020. They replace my defective product as they say and sent me the new product on 14 September 2020 by Blue dart courier service and i was supposed to receive it on 16 September 2020 but today is 29 October 2020 and i have not received my product yet. Blue dart courier service provider says that they lost my product from their warehouse and it is untraceable on 4 October 2020, and from then both the Boult audio and Blue dart blame each other and boult audio says to ask blue dart for the proof that they lost my product. Blue dart says to ask the shipper(boult audio) for the further procedure. Blue dart says that they declared or informed about the product lost or theft to the shipper but the shipper says that i have not receive the confirmation. This way they doing the fraud with the costumers by making the costumer's product disappear or lost. More then 1 month(almost 50 days) has passed and still i haven't received my product. Its all the Boult audio company responsibility that costumer must receive the product, it is
      not the issue of costumer that it got lost or theft in between the path.
      I have call too many times to both the company for my product and i have all the call recordings that will clearly show how they are doing the fraud by making the product disappear.

      I have complained about the same at consumerhelpline.gov.in which is site is handled by the central government of India and you may complain about all the fraud, scam, money loss of any amount(0- 10 crore) etc. They will definitely sol e your problems. There is a helpline no. For all fraud, scam, cheat - 1800114000 Phone no. Of "National consumer affair department ".

          Hi Team,
          There are almost 3 months after i have received my boult curve product but as discussed with support team they are told me we have replacing your product but they are doing 2 times same things and providing wrong statement and fraud activity by boult curve support team.
          Still am facing issue with mic echo and payed 2 times courier charges like payed 75% product amount in courier.
          Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          now done with today last call with support team then she was not give proper answer of this product like I don't have answer said
          this is one type of fraud. guys don't buy Boult wireless any product.

                  I having bluetooth connectivity issues.while using it sometimes automatically disconnects and reconnecting to my phone. And sometimes one side truebud will not audible having connectivity issues.

                      I bought a wireless Boult Audio earphones, in the box there was a card telling about a task where you have to upload your picture in facebook with the earphones bought and a hashtag. I did the exact same thing, and called boult audio 100 of times but they never treated me with the reward .

                        Sir my headphone's battery life life is less than 5 hours
                        And boult audio mentioned 12 hours battery life in product detail at amazon
                        And i can't complete my warranty registration because my date of purchase is not available in date of purchase option at boultaudio.com/ext.warranty

                          My propods always work fine when connected to my phone but it never works fine when i connect them to any of my laptops . When i connect them to my laptop it automatically gets disconnected and the sound is very disturbing when connected to laptop . Please solve my problem .

                              I have raised complaint #72042 with BOULT team, the bluetooth neckband Earphones.

                              From past one and half month they are saying we will send the product everytime they will say 1 week time to delivery but its completed more than month.

                              They are not ready to transfer the call for senior level and very poor service.

                                I bought this earphones Boult Audio AirBass Twinpods True Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 Earphones with mic and Charging case Dual Connectivity Headset IPX5 Sweatproof Deep Bass Monopod Feature (Gray) | B07LG8V6V3 ( B07LG8V6V3) on 12th June, 2020. But left side earphone just stopped working in 2 months only. I would like to request for replacement of the same as it has 1 year warranty. I am attaching warranty slip and invoice here. Please do the needful for the same. I am accepting the response soon.

                                  My Boult headset power button was not working then I complained and sent my product by courier to the service center on 07/10/2020 as they said. I received an email from Boult Boult Audio Support Team that we have successfully received the product at the warehouse with ticket id - 106533
                                  Your product is now moved to the repair department and will be dispatched to you within 3-4 Working Days.
                                  Today is 22/10/2020 and I haven't received any product. I emailed them 3 times but got no response.

                                    I have purchased Bould probass Blue headset on 03 OCT 2019, with 1 year full replacement warranty in case of any issues. Headphones stopped working in Feb 2020, less than 6 months. I tried reaching out to Boult Audio based out in Delhi ONLY. I created 2 tickets on their website April 02 2020, no response from Boult even after 2 months, customer support phone number [protected] was not working! I followed up with another 2 tickets in 04 June 2020. Boult responded after 4 weeks, but due to lock down there was no service to Delhi NCR region! Boult closed ticket without informing or waiting knowing situation very well. I followed up with another ticket, on 18 OCT 2020, Boult denied to service within 24 hrs stating warranty period is over. I tried to get in touch but boult has not responded on multiple ocassions!
                                    Two concerns - Selling cheap quality Chinese goods & not refusing warranty post that. Boult company should be stopped from selling their defective models and pay compensation for refusing service within warranty period.
