Boult Audio — delay of warranty service | |||||
I have brought boult earphones from amazon. Within a month both earphones stopped working!! I tried reaching out to boult customer care but the number provided on website [protected] is not working!! I reached out through email and boult asked me to send earphones to their warehouse in delhi so that they can get back to me!! I spent rs 200 for courier thru professional couriers - tracking id pro9370927, the courier has been received by boult team and signed on 20/09/2019. But boult customer support team is still refusing to acknowledge that they have got courier!! Worst part they dont respond to email nor they can be reached!! I am fed up with this company as they customers with low quality products and now refusing to ship replacement even when they have received defective product!! Was this information helpful? | |||||

I bought a speaker from flipkart. Name - Boult blast bassbox after one month o[censored]sage it is not working right now. I tried so many times to contact boult customer care but they didn't respond. please help me.

Worst Product and Service by boult i have purschased boult muse wireless headphone and after 3 months one side stopped working i have already raised a complaint to the company and have send the defective product still i didnt get any response from the company about the warranty claimed and still they haven't shipped me the product back

Flipkart showroom against invoice no.FAEWI[protected] dated[protected] but I regret to inform you that the Headphone is not working properly . There are following problem such as charging problem.
Please send your expert engineer to rectify the fault since the Headphone is still in the WARANTY PERIOD, I request you to replace the headphone...
