Boult Audio — voice issues and charging drains faster not even able to use for an couple of hours also

Low voice at left side ear phone and charging draines faster.. Need replacement for it as it dnt help me I travel long and I had to attend official con calls, in traveling it helps if working properly so I got then but I can not make full use of it... Need to replace them at earliest... Attaching and invoice tried reaching customer care on call and email but there is no response from them..
