My self rohatas ([protected]) this is to inform you i have purchase new bridgestone tyre from mumbai (Highway tyer services, santacruz - east) date on 11/11/2017, and now the issue from purchasing to till date tyre is puncher 2 time today condition is tyre is damaging from side portion attach snap is for your reference, and distributor is denying to replace this tyre under the warranty.

This is request to kindly take this complaint on priority and help us to replace the same under warranty

My new car tyres which ran only for 7000 kms has got damaged on the side. When sent for warranty check i got news that it is an external damage and manufacturer has nothing to do with it. How can a manufacturer make a tyre that is weak and gets damaged with in 7000 kms, very worst service. And also concorde motors from where i have bought the car are not useful at all in helping customers.

I purchased a car on 19/10/2017 from tata showroom in east delhi tigor xz. My front right side tyre got burst on nov 30th 2017. I contacted the concern person in tata showroom he said there is no warranty for tyre.

I would like to question is this way bridgestone will treat permanent customer.

. I spotted a bump in the tyre of kuv 100 of vehicle serial number g6h87283 made by bridgestone running km 10300. It was bought on november 2016. It was complained at mahindra dealer tezpur there forwarded to jk tyres tezpur. After that, a complain was given at jk tyres tezpur, assam, but they didn't accept it. They inspected and found it to be cut from inside. So i have attached a photo with it,
Please take nesessary action as soon as possible. Thank you.

I purchased 4 tyres for my santro xing in the month of august from no.5r/8b, karam mansion, opposite state bank of india, neelam chowk, faridabad, haryana 121001.

At the time of purchase i was promised that their is a damage claim of cut on the tyre will be given but now they are saying that their is no claim on bridgestone.

Its just been 2 months and the tyre quality is fake and pathetic as we have hardly drove 3000 kms and their tyre is cut and is nf no use to me.

They are saying that get it repaired from a shop in front of their showroom and we are not responsible for your loss.

Worst experience.

I purchased bridgestone turanza car tyre on[protected] but now it seems to be losing air from the joint and eventually got flat on[protected]. As i keep traveling long distance once in 21 days so i can not rely on this tyre. I purchased this tyre (145/80 r12 brid er60 tl) from m/s jk wheels, l. P. Savani road, adajan. Invoice no. 527, dtd.[protected]. Kindly arrange to replace this defective tyre with a new one.

This has reference to the above captioned subject. Please note that i have purchased 04 no. Of tyres from m/s. Haryana car care centre (Authorized dealer of bridgestone). The warranty of tyres is 36 months and after 18 months out of 04 tyres 01 tyres got side bulge and i visit to the dealer to exchange the same, after the verification he told me that i have to pay amounting to rs. 2650/- then only the said tyre will be replaced. Which is totally wrong as the said tyre is under warranty then why i have to pay the amount to exchange the same, therefore it is my request to you that take an immediate action against the said dealer; so that my problem can be resolved. ; your early action in this regards will be highly appreciated; copy of warranty card and invoice are attached for your ready reference please.

I had purchased four tyres from juneja tyre palace bhopal on 28/06/2016. Out of these tyres one tyre no.0216 has air bubble. Company engineer inspected and suggested to repair it. The defect is manufacturing defect, hence the tyre should be replaced. Please arrange to replace/instruct the concern person accordingly at the earliest please. An early action is solicited. This very painful as we have long trust with bridgestone even we recommend our friend to use only bridgestone tyres.

Replaced at 55000 km approx — with bridgestone tyre in pune maharashtra b290.
Current — 72000 km
Tyre bubbled inside & leakage of air in just 17000 km of running.

I have purchased 4 tyres for our toyota innovo ka25 p2100 (Reg name: vidya nayak) from dealer shodha toyota, hubli, karnataka. Within 1000km run, the rear right tyre got burst, that too on a fully paved highway. Please note the following:
• i have not driven the car after the wheel got burst.
• i reached at shodha toyota soon and lodged an issue about the same. It is surprising to get the reply from your concerned person as below, even without having a look at the burst out tyre:

My car run only 5000 kilometres only & suddenly on road my car in puncture when i drive with my family than i checked stepney changed. After i again check problem in puncture tyre are blister just like tumur. How are possible. This type conditions. Those are highly riski on highway. So please inspection & needfull help. I would like to bring to your kind attention that i had purchased innova crysta from muscut motors, aligarh 6 months ago in which bridgestone tyre was incorporated.

Recently, we had an incident where due to defect in the tyre we had to stop our journey on the way. Later, we had sent the same tyre to the dealership for its examination, the examination was conducted by mr. Omprakash and hence the engineer had refused to the defect and is also unable to tell us the reason why our journey was stopped due to problems faced by us in the tyre.

We request you to enquire into the matter on behalf of company and re-examine the tyre as we believe that such a company should not lose its goodwill due to certain employees’ ignorance and careless behaviour.

I am a nissan micro user (Purchased on[protected] bearing reg no. Kl 46n-1028) with a consumed mileage < 7000 km.
Before one month back, a bulge was noticed in front left tyre and immediately we met nissan dealer at kuttanellur, thrissur. They convinced the defect and directed us to meet the bridge stone dealer at thrissur for getting replaced the tyre. On approaching your dealer at thrissur they agreed for suitable action soon.
Now, after 20 days my claim for replacement is rejected stating that the observed defect is not due to manufacturing defect with the aid of certain photographs of possible typical damages.in this context i may also point out that my riding is entirely through good roads with moderate road conditions.
In my opinion there is no solid proof to establish that the defect is not due to manufacturing defect. Hence, i humbly request that necessary action may please be taken to replace the defective tyre of my vehicle.

Tyre size 205/65/r15_ tavera tyre
Defective at side portion the tyre purchased at online shop at paytm website, now its a warranty period. So pls guide to claim or replaced new tyre.

I have purchased 4 nos of car tyres 175/65/14 b 250, of bridgestone make from shivas dealer at new bel road, bangalore. Failed within 4 months o[censored]sage. Sent back to manufacturer thro dealer. Manufacturer says it is due to rough usage and rejected to replace as a gurantee replacement. I have argued it is poor process of manufacturing followed but entertained. My experience says pl do not buy bridgstone make tyres, quality and service response is non technical and very poor.

I purchase two bridgeston tyre for wagon r in 09/2016 & both tyre are faulty, & my car is running bubbling condition, i raise a complaint in bridgeston coustomer care, he appoint a surveyor to solve issue but ur surveyor not solve my problem & give me suggesion, that first u purchase two tyres for ur vehical after it i solve ur problem. Ur company policy is very bad for defauty tyre its company surveyor ravi jha has commission to reject claims my tyre pressed in 6" but he is not listen me in any condition, ravi jha no. I have purchased 4 new tyres from slick carz bangalore #54, hosur main road, bomanahalli, bangalore mob no:-[protected].

Just used 8900kms. During the journey on nh64 left side tyre got burst and we mmet with and accident and vehical got fully damaged left side its just due to the tyre burst.

We haev shared the email and feedback to [protected]@bridgestone.co.in / [protected]@bridgestone.co.in id's but no responce my time is good i was safe.

Hi, my husband and his brother were driving in belgaum highway at 6.43am on 25.08.2017 and during that time left front wheel got burst immediately. Car went and hit to standing lorry which will be parked near highway side.
Fortunately no damages has been occurred for lives instead front left part of car got smashed. Need to understand the failure of tyres as these were new tyre which has been used.
