I purchased my new honda city in february & it almost travelled for 28000km. I have been given a reminder for doing service from landmark honda ishanpur ahmedabad.

They took the vehicle for service but when they delivered the vehicle within 7days the tyre looked like air accommodated. And in this seven days i have been told to take complete bed rest for my personal issues.

Immediately i have reported to the honda service manager, during the inspection they also found that it is almost like manufacturing defect and asked me to submit the tyre for inspection and replacement.

After the inspection bridgestone company surveyor told that the problem is due to the hard hitting of some object and can not be consider under warranty claim.

I didn't have any incidence of hard hitting tyre.

This is all done by honda pick & drop person now honda service manager said it is humanitarian act so we can only give you discount and give tyre at dealership price.

My complain in simple is that if there is no fault of mine then why i should pay rs.5000/- just for their mistake.

Here by request to please guide for suitable action.

I have purchased my car in feb 18 and running till date 4600 km. On 12 th nov, while driving in katraj area pune on plain road tyre got side wall cut near the rim. This is a clearly a manufacturing or the design faults.
Submitted the claim by dealer but rejected by giving your silly policy which cant be look like a market leader tyre manufacturer.

I bought a new innovation crysta from glove toyota panipat .When I reach my home I see a deep cut on my right side back tyre.im very upset pls help.its very bad when you purchase a new car it's not good to saw deep cut pls change my tyre as soon as possible.you r a good company in this sector so pls understand it's a genuine problem I face .Pls help me.

Small cut at one of tyre. Immediately i rush to mani mazra, chandigarh office, as per team this is not
Comes under warranty and we can not do any thing & it can be any reason. Snapshot attached for your

This is really shocking & surprise for me that such a big brand having no solution.

Pl. Help to resolve this issue.

Im my new honda city cars registration no hr26dc8762 & registration no. Hr26dq9875. From sept 10th to october 2nd four new tyres got invisible cut from side even driving on carpeted road in city. I complaint twice vide wheel world dealer in gurgaon, but the engineers from bridgestone, mr aman rana & mr vijay rejected my complaint. Would request you to replaced my all 10 tyres of my both honda city cars with fresh tyres. The latest tyre got cut on 7th november (Diwali day) opp good earth mall in gurgaon

As without tyres a am unable to drive car on road, you are requested to take action as early as possible

I am soumitra bajpai & i have purcahsed a tata tiago car on 26/9/17 from sanghi brothers pvt ltd. All five tyres are by bridgestone company.
Before two days there is sudden blast on highway in front right tyre. I complaint the same to sanghi brothers & they suggest me to go at your office which is located behind c21 mall in nrk business park.
There i met with the person name rishabh & he clearly denied to change the tyre. There is proper air pressure in my tyre & no fault from my side.
Sanghi brothers also not support because they excuse that this problem is belongs to bridgestone company.
After all these conversations i harrased badly & i also complaint in national consumer forum which refrence no is 997652.
Request you to kindly change my tyre asap as there is no mistake done by me!!

Faulty tyre.. Quality of tyre also very poor.. Not reliable.. Dont purchase bridgestone tyre.. No responce from company and also quality bahot bakwas hai.. Company policy helpful nahi hai.. Tyre break hone ke baad wo customer ka fault batakar ignore karte hai.. Company khud par jimmedari nahi leti.. Aapne tyre kharid liya aapka luck apake sath.. Kuch bhi ho sakata hai apake sath.. Chalu gadi ke bhi tyre break ho sakte hai

मेने 13 सितंबर 2018 को पिंकसिटी हौंडा जयपुर से हौंडा सिटी खरीदी थी । इसमें ब्रिजस्टोन कंपनी के टायर इस्तेमाल किये हुए है। मेरी गाड़ी का आगे वाला टायर 10 दिन के अंदर ही पूरी तरह खराब हो गया । हौंडा के शोरूम में शिकायत करने पर उन्होंने ब्रिजस्टोन आफिस भेजा। वहां इंजीनियर उपलब्ध नही होने का बहाना बनाकर मुझे चकर लगवाते रहे। दुबारा 8-10-18 को हौंडा पर शिकायत करने पर ब्रिजस्टोन का इंजीनियर श्री गोविंद कुमार आया ओर कहने लगा आपके टायर का एक्सीडेंट हो गया है ये रिप्लेस नही हो सकता मेने उन्हें कहा कि मेरी गाड़ी अजमेर हाईवे पर चली है वहा टोल देना पड़ता है वहाँ सड़क बहुत अच्छी है ये तो टायर में ही खराबी है पर मेरी उन्होंने एक बात नही सुनी बल्कि बड़े ही बतमीजी से कहा कि गाड़ी चलानी है तो नया टायर खरीदो ओर मुझे रिजेक्शन का मेमो देकर चले गए ओर कहा कि जो करना वो करलो इस तरह के व्यवहार से मुझे काफी आश्चर्य एवं दुख हुआ । अतः क्रपया उक्त घटना की जांच करते हुए मेरे टायर को रिप्लेस करने का कष्ट करें जिससे ब्रिजस्टोन कंपनी की रेप्यूटेशन बनी रहे अन्यथा मुझे मजबूरीवश कानूनी कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी जिसके समस्त हर्जे खर्चे की जिमेदारी ब्रिजस्टोन कंपनी की होगी ।

I had purcahsed four tyres of bridgestone company namely b-290 measurements of 165/80/r14 for my swifrt desire car on 11.05.2016 from outlet namely the tyres station, ashok vihar, phase-1, delhi-110052.

After, two years from date of purchase and running merely 20, 000 km, one of the tyres has got a manufacturing defect, i. E, the tyres has developed a air bubble/bludgeness from a side pocket of tyre

I reached the outlet from where i purchased the tyres and got the inspection done of it from company's engineer. The reasons cited by the engineer is not based on any rational approach and absurd. He has given the baseless reasons for buldgness in the tyres and rejected any manufacturing defect in it. The reason provided by him is that there is a cut mark on tyres tread and through which water sipped as well as the air, thereby the belt got rusted and got break. I want to put my views that are, there is no cut marks anywhere on tyres so this reason provide by the engineer is baseless. Secondly, he mentioned that belt is rusted, i m very astonished at his mentioning that reason because how it can be asertained that the belt is rusted and even if rusted, how can it be break due to rusting? It can be otherwise as belt broked first then it is rusted, if that is true only. I don't understand why do the company and the dealer don't stand by their promises made. The tyre manfacutring defects are causing several accidents in india and the tyre manfacutring companies are not taking it seriously.

I am not satisfied with the engineer report and request you to kindly do needful and exchange my tyres under warranty. I have a great faith in your company tyres quality as well in your service. I m here attaching the inspection report, tyre purchase bill..

Sir i purchased i20 car in march 2018 which was fitted with bridgestone tyres usually i was driving one day and the tyre got burst itself when i went for warranty of the tyre they people totally refused and told me it is not covered under warranty my car is only 3000km driven plz look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible as i am suffering a lot...

Recently an air bubble has appeared on front l/s tyre of my vehicle swift v. X. I after some days it got burst as a result a slight cut appears. After consulting to the concerned authority at bridge stone dealers at srinager they hold the tyre for at least 9 days ; and after that they rejected it by explaining that it is not manufacturing fault. I want to inform the concerned authority that another bubble has appeared on another tyre but by poor response of the company iam totally dissatisfied. I want to lg an complaint

I purchased a new creata car twenty days back. Yesterday i got first service from hyndai dealer while coming back from service centre some stone on raod touch my car tyre and tyre crack down. I wants to attract your attention towards a bridge stone set of four tyres size 165/70R14 of grand i10 Hyundai make car purchased on 19/07/2017 whose warranty card serial no. is 0608883 from your authorised dealer Mr. Ajay Arora, booth no.16, sector-55, phase-1, mohali, contact no.[protected],[protected]. l observed that a hair crack is developing in one of the four tyres fitted driver's rear side, l visited the above mentioned dealer and shown the problem whose photo is enclosed, he refused to admit the fault and explained that it is cut not crack but I am 100% sure it is crack because such type of cut is not possible on road during running may be on face but not at side and such sharp cut is not possible as I am working in swaraj tractor division in quality control inspecting tyre & tubes since 1981 so my experience does not allow to support such comments given by dealer.so it is my humbly request to look into the matter and give a right decision. I also will share this story to all my friends, near & dears so kind of you and how loyal to your customers.I hope you will give a positive response and do the needful . Dear we are your happy customer but today i am happerd with some little issue at date of 31/11/2017 i purchase 4 tyers from ludhiana ur listed dealer madhok enterprises he has give me waranty of 2000 km but i have drive 2700 more from committed waranty and today my 1 tyre of left side get puncher i saw it has been long cut when i go to madhok enterprise he is denied to replace my car tyre he told me we just fix only puncher nothing else
My request is only kindy replace my tyre soi will be again purchase more product from u and i been a happy customer if you help me out for this

The tyre was purchased from m m trading co. Lucknow on 27th april 2018 vide invoice 198 dated 27.04.2018 for my wagonr car.
I was travelling with my family on higway and the tyre burst of and lucliy we survived waht could have been a major accident. I had submitted the tyre on 24th july 2018 to m/s m m trading co and also lodgead my complain to the company on mail on 17the aug.2018 when the issue did not resolve. I have purchased 4 tyres of my four wheeler vehicles wagonr on 27th april 2018 from m. M. Trading co., chinhat, lucknow. Out of 4 tyres one tyre is bursted automatically 21th july 2018 when i was travelling with my family. We were saved from an accident fortunately. Regarding that one tyre i have made complaints to the shop then he took the tyre for replacement but still there is no response from there. I have visited the tyre shop so many times but ther are postponing the replacement date. Still they haven't done anything thing and the shop is 13km away from my residence. I can't visit so many times there as i spend so much money till now. So please do something from your side otherwise i will file complaint to the consumer forum. Also i have complaint your tallfree no my comlaint no is enq 24555. So kindly take appropriate actions on behalf of my problem.

The bridgestone company has not provided any solution till now also, no reply from the company has been made till now.

I have tried many times to toll free number [protected] but always line busy the line opens from 10am to 5pm but while calling between the time the line is always busy, only 1 time the call connected and disconnected after telling the customer care representative is busy try after some time and we will reach you shortly.

Sir please help me to change my tyres as the product which i have purchased costs much more then the other brand but i have opted this brand due to warranty provided by the company, but when time of warranty condition arrived then bridgestone company donot show any response.

They take high amount of product and providing no service also no reply.

Please charge this company and punish so that this can't be repeat in future as the bridgestone company sells their product in higher price then the other brand.

I am waiting from 1 month that the day will reach and bridgestone company call or email me regarding the issue but till now nothing happened by after registering complain in consumer forum also.

Please help me to change my tyre my car is not running due to tyre and stand alone from 1 month

Purchased 4 tubeless tyres for honda city car on 21.07.2018 from capital tyres company, authorised dealer, 41, surat singh building, yusuf sarai, delhi-16. One tyre nov 2017 make developed a cut about 1- 1/2 inch in the side; possibly due to a nail; fail to understand how it can happen? Forced to buy a new tyre.

Sub:- Complaint about the newly purchased Bridgestone tyres.

I am an engineer working in Kerala Government Service. I bought two Bridgestone tube less tyres (165/80/16 S248 TL) from your dealer M/s Tyre Tech, Polayathode, Kollam, Kerala on 12.09.2017 (Invoice No. 112 dated 12.09.17) and found that they were durable and comfortable. When the other two tyres in my car (Ritz- diesel) were worn out, I again purchased two more bridgestone tyres from the same shop (Invoice No. 434 dated 30.03.2018). These two tyres I used as front tyres as they were new. Moreover the dealer had given me three years warranty also.
But on 06.07.2018 when I was coming from Trivandrum to my house, I found that the front left tyre (new one with Serial No: CHE 4917) had lost its air and found that it had became “Punchure”. I was surprised that the brand new tyres, only 3 months old had a small crack on its left face. Next day I contacted your engineer (Mr. Sanil Hammed Kufti) at Trivandrum. Last week I got a letter from him showing that the damage was due to the side wall cut penetration by some external sharp object.
I am surprised to hear this from an internationally branded tyre company. I guess that there may be small crack even before purchasing the tyre and it might have developed during the long journey.
When I discussed this with my friends (both Engineers and Advocates) showing this crack, they advised me to contact the company directly. We have more than 9 cars in our family and all these people are using “Bridgestone tyres” for long time.
So I request you to do necessary steps to replace the damaged tyre with a new one without any cost.

I had purchased a new tyre from bridge stone in aug 2016, tyre has worn out by july 2018.

Sini tyre gave a ref guy from bridge stone but had a very very bad experience from him, no follows up n finally received a rejected report.
Complete dissatisfaction from such a big brand..
No custom service at all
And the verst part is service report doesn't have the name of the person who made the report.
