your manager whose number is [protected],has rejected replacement of a tyre(maruty wagon R) ,which developed a defect.I showed that tyre to many other dealers and all of them said that it is a company"s fault.Your executive did not examine it properly.I request you to replace it as soon as possible to avoid a legal suit.
Please do not forget that your company is the biggest manufacturer of tyres in the world.

I have purchased two new Bridgestone tyres for my white Opel Corsa, (AP09AU2090) on 28th of January 2011. I use the car sparingly that I have driven 40 KM so far. On 22nd of this month, while I was driving the vehicle on a highway, with a loud noise the front tyre (new Bridgestone tyre) got deflated and by sheer luck I could avoid ramming into a truck coming in the oposite direction. I pulled the car from the highway and replaced it with spare tyre & approached a tyre mechanic to check for punctures after driving & discovered that there in no puncute. The pin has been damaged. and the tyre was damaged too and developed wobling. When I took the tyre to the dealer, M/s Pranavi Enterprises, 1-91, Habsiguda X roads, Hyderabad, he said that he'd refer it to the manufacturer. Now the manufacrers techninal rep called me after 4 days & said, the tyre was damaged due to running under deflated condition. Problem with the preassure pin is different & they can help. I am taken aback at the reply as the careless setting could have costed life. And the company refusing responsibility is sheer callousness! I appeal to the authorities to look into this matter and kindly replace the damaged tyre with new tyre.

I have purchased TATA SUMO GRAND MK II registation number (UP14BT 4178) on 27th Feb 2010 from Srinathji Motors. Bridgestone tyres are fitted in the this car. One of the front tyre of this card got brust on very good road conditions in the delhi city and due to this my car also got damaged and thanks to god that no harm happen to passenger. when I took this car to dealer Srinathji Motors to show them that front tyre was brust on road and car got damaged. They told me to go to bridestone local dealer for inspection. When we went there they behave rudely and refuse to accept their fault and refuse to entertain us. We have shown them another tyre of our car where there is bubble at similler place and can brust at any time. But they are not ready to accept their manufacture defects. hence we raise our compain (Complain Number - 1-[protected])to TATA MOTOR customer car in hope that they will lisen to me and they promish me to call me in 48 hrs time but there is no reply from them. Since one of their tyre already brust and another showing sign of brusting, there is danger of life to us but as usual Tata motor and Bridgestone company is not taking any responsbility. I request these company not to ingore these types of complian because it will have a risk to life.

I will be thankful to you if you raise this concer to these company and ask them to replace these faulty tyres and compansate for the damage occures due to this.

LAST DECEMBER 2009 I AM PURCHASED A TATA INDICA DLS, MY CAR HAVE TYRE NAMED BRIDGESTONE ONE TYRE IS CRACK FORMED INNER WALL , I TELL THE TATA SERVICE CENTRES THE SERVICE ADVISERS SEND THE TYRE TO BRIDGESTONE AUTHOURISED DEALERS ENGINEER ASKED TO ME THE TYRE IS IMPACT ON A STONE , BUT TYRE OUTER WALL IS VERY PERFECTLY,THAT IS SURELY NOT MY PROBLEM AND THAT TYRE COMPLAINT STARTS FROM 72 KM RUNNING ONLY. THAT CAR DRIVE SINGLE MYSELF ONLY , THE BRIDGESTONE TYRE COMPANY TELL TO ALL COSTUMERS THIS ANSWER ONLY ( IMPACT ON STONE....) NOW I AM COME NEAR TO 1 YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD THAT PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED TO ME... I AM WORRY ABOUT BRIDGESTONE TYRE...

On early hours i.e 0630 hours while two Kms away from our staying place in Ludhiana the Front LHS TYRE BUSTED.

It was shock to experience such major mishap.

Invoice No.7 in the name of M/S Bee Dee Traders. @ the cost of Rs. 4200.00 Each. I just driven max 100 kms after fitting the new tyres. Today on[protected] when i wish to go to office i check my rear co-driver side tyre was puncher when i checked the tyre i saw a cut on side of the tyre .Im really shocked when i go to your dealership wheel care his response was very bad (As always like people service after sale) I told him to change my tyre bcoz its in guarantee period as well as Hardly 4-5 days to buy.but he denied and told me u have to purchase a new one.

So i requested to solve my problem as soon as possible

i had purchesed the 4no of bridgestone tyres for Maurti 800 on dated 17/08/09,from Galaxy Motors tilak nagar Invoice no 001914 ,thru cradit card

They installed the new tyres and does the Wheel Balancing as well as the alignment,but they didnt submit the report of the same, after 30days of purchase the two tyres of front side of my car has been scrubed.

I went on 20th sep to the dealer and told about the tyre conditions,but he told me to come on 22nd sep,as bridgestone service engineer will check the problem.

on 22nd sep we want to the dealer again but the service engineer was not there,then he gives me the no address and the name of the service engineer,

I went to the given address B-100 Narayana industrial aera phase-1, i met Mr Arvind there Contact no is [protected],

I show him the stitution of the tyres,but he denide to solve my problem and told me that it is not the fault of the tyre or the wheelbalancing done by the dealer,it is the problem of the vehical.

i also send a mail to bridgestone company but still didnt get any response. so please help me in this matter i need proper justice
