I bought a new car and its 5 months old now. It has now covered 5000 kms only and the tyre burst happened 20 days back. I called the very next day and they said there will be an investigation to know the cause. I was okay with that. Because there was no dent on my car or anything suspecting that it was because of me. Yet they never came to investigate.since then i have trying to reach them but they are ignorant about it. Its harrassment and what if i died? What if my car toppled? Because of tyre burst. I even have 3 yr extended warranty. All i was asking them to change the tyre because i dont have any extra tyre now. What if it happened again. Please help me out. I am a medical student in maulana azad medical college, bahadur shah zafar marg, new delhiand i got my car from sunrise hyundai, pandav nagar, delhi. Hyundai people were fine but this bridgestone guy has been making making fool out of me.

I procured 4 no of 165-65R13 bridgestone tyre from TYPE PROFFESSIONALS BASAVANAGUDI BANGLAORE 56004

I was promiced during purchase that of Bridge Stone Tyre about warranty replacement in case of any fault other then Tyre Physical Damage due to rough usage.

After very short span o[censored]sage one of the tyre was deshaped and looked like Air is accomated on one side pocket of tyre, immediately I have reported to the Tyre shop, during the inspection they also found that it is almost like manufacturing defect and asked me to submit the tyre for inspcetion and replecement.

After the insection Bridgestone company told that the problem is due to the low air drive long distance and can not be consider under warranty claim.

I didn't travell for long distance (more then 15kms) after purchase this tyres.

I am sure company is trying to differ from the promice they have maid for the warranty claim.

Here by request to please guide for suitable action.

I purchase tyre from bridge stone dealer at jupudyjjagannadharao&sons rajahmundry on 9/06/16. When i am going to my home i saw a buble on front tyre next day i went to dealer and explain the problem he told the compliment to company official but the company official is not respond several times i called them but they didn't respond finally tester day i handed over the tyre to dealer. To day the company official called me they didn't give the guaranty.

I was promised during purchase of 4 tyres for my alto k10 from bridgestone select palam vihar gurgaon delhi ncr on 21st august 2016 that bridge stone tyre about warranty replacement in case of any fault other then tyre physical damage.

After very short span o[censored]sage (less than one month) one of the tyre was brust having 3 holes in three different place during travel on gurgaon delhi expressway on 17th september 2016, immediately i have reported to the tyre shop, during the inspection they told that bridgestone warranty doesnot cover this type of damage and asked me to submit the tyre for inspcetion.

After the insection bridgestone company told that the problem is due to the hard hitting of some object and can not be consider under warranty claim.

I didn't have any incidence of hard hitting to my tyre even since last few days i have not travelled for long distance.

Don't go with brand name, go with one who can provide after sales service.

I am sure company is trying to differ from the promise they have maid for the warranty claim.

If some one from the manufacturer reading this then please do some favour of your company by improving the quality & settle down the customer complaints.
I just wonder a mnc company having high degrees of quality control certificates can deal their customer world wide in such a way without conceding manufacturing defect by passing the bucks to customer.

I was promiced to replace the tyre in the case of manufacture fault but they are not replacing
Meri new car ke tire ki 2nd day hi hawa nikal gayi and i thought it is common but after checking it was manufacture fault . Company of my car called the engineer of bridgestone and he was not accepting that it is manufacture fault but whole company was saying it is manufacture fault.
They are not replacing the tire and asked us to use this only
We are so disappointed from this response of this company.
Engineer of this company dont even know that the leakage on a side of tire is not panchar
When we asked about solution of this they said we dont know do whatever we want
Again I am saying I am so disappointed by this .

We purchased two tyres from Excellent Tyres sector 7 Dwarka New Delhi.Now one tyre have sidewall bulge.On complaint the inspection team put blame on us and says it's damage not manufacturing defect .We purchased first time Bridgestone tyre on someone with the hope that we are going for good quality and better customer service.But now it seems we have made a wrong decision.The inspection team behaviour show that they are trained to put blame on customer and thereby avoid the responsibility.We hope company would provide a suitable solution.

One of my xuv 5oo tyre got cut while i was driving on a very smooth road, air pressure was accurate as my car can read air pressure automatically, speed was approx 50 kmphr, which is in under warranty as i bought my new xuv 5oo in dec 2015. So here i requesting you to kindly replace my tyre asap, as i am loyal customer of bridgestone tyres its my 4th car since begining i am using only bridgestone tyres.

There is a bulge on the tyre. purchased from wheel world r, no.40, vivekananda circle road, m block, kuvempunagar, mysore. mob no:-[protected], tel no:[protected].
Bill no: 1544 dated[protected]. till date 30000 kms run, other wise tyres are good in condition.
Need a replacement for the tyres since it is damage on the tyre by its own and not due to consumer.

I have purchased four new tyres of bridgestone R14/185 turanza two months before from ashok vihar delhi (super select tyre station).one tyre is bursted during driving while bridgestone gives the warranty now no one wants to replace my tyre either is dealer or enginer& i am a customer of bridgestone tyres since 10 years.so kindly help me i don know what should i have to do right now.i have also registered the complain on tollfree complain no. I purchased tata zest fitted with bridge stone tyre in jan 16". Only after running 4000 km one of tyre bulge out by 1.5 inches dia.
Tyre is under warranty!!


Bridgestone having high degrees of quality control certificates can deal their customer world wide in such a way without conceding manufacturing defect by passing the bucks to customer.
Also tata motors can afford to loose confidence of their valued customer by providing inferior quality bought in items.

To three years warranty policy for replacement as per company warranty card.
But shopkeeper refusing our claim to get it replaced.
So i am requesting you to please provide me an appropriate replacement for the same. We have all documents regarding this matter.

I bought 4 bridgestone tyres from Tyre clinic, Aluva (Bridgestone select dealer) end of december 2015. I changed all tyres of my vehicle to bridgestone relying on the dealers promises that bridgestone has all india warranty for its tyres for any type of damages. That i will get a warranty certificate which is valid throughout India. Prior to this, i was using Michelin tyres for my vehicle. During June, I noticed bulging for two of my tyres out of four. As soon as i noticed i contacted bridgestone and they arranged for an inspection. After inspection they said that it is due to driving in a pitfall and not manufacturing defect. I have been using this vehicle through the same roads for around 3 lakh Kms and i have never faced any such issues in the past with other tyres. I am using 5 other vehicles for which i am using many other brands like Yokohama, MRF etc. Never in my life I faced any of these issues. All our vehicles run on the same roads. And the fact that it has happened to two of my tyres cloearly says that it is not one of a case and it is due to manufacturing p[roblems. The inspection guys employed by Bridgestone can always say the reason as the vehicle ran through pitfall and the customers will not be able to question that. We expect a little more responsible behaviour from the team here in kerala in dealing these matters. I am attaching the invoice, warranty card and inspection report for your reference.

I request you to replace my tyres as it is a manufacturing problem.

I have got my car tyres changed thrice in past two years inspite of the company giving 3 years warranty on them. But every time the tyres have bulged out and even bursted out but at the time of complaint there are no replacements nor the satisfactory answers from the dealership. Also when asked for the same they give lame excuses and ask to buy new tyres. As the car company gives the same bridgestone 175/60 r15 tyres in the car now the dealer says these are not right tyres for this that's why the tyres get these faults. Please help and let me know what's the use of warranty if we need to purchase new tyres worth 5000 each every six months and they don't even listen to consumer complaints.


Only reason they have taught their dealers to say is — impact of stone what has damaged the tyre from inner side. There would be a crack on the inner wall. Whereas the tyre looks perfectly fine from outside otherwise the only thing you see is a bulge in tyres initially and within sometime they get busted.

Respected Sir, please i want to know that my i20 active car tyre is punctured due to a nail its sidewall and may be not get repaired. can i fit a tube in it for using it as a spare one. my tyre size is 195/55.r16. is this size tube available in bridgestone products. i enquired for tube of this size but unable to find a tube of that size. pls give me an atlernate solution for my problem, bcoz i dont want to waste that tyre.

I had purchased 04 tyres (brij stone) from your authorised dealer m/s oasis automobiles on 23.08.2015.As i thought that brij stone manufacturer is good quality. But now i am totaly dissatisfy with your product.


Now i am facing problem like one tyre is damaged. After running only 11000 km within 08 month.

I had visited to dealer on 03.05.2016 but not getting proper response for the problem.

I would request to your goodself to please look into the matter and solve our problem.

I purchased Honda Mobilio car AP 21 BB 3710 At Kurnool AP India in Premium Honda Show room on Jan 2015. Five tires came along car, Now after 22000 Kms one has got Air from outer side at 3 places. I reported the same to dealer, who gave a report and asked to contact Service engineer and they replace it.
After seeing the condition he gave not manufacturing defect. I showed this Tyre other dealers in my local area and all have confirmed manufacturing defect. i would request you to take action and replace this Tyre,

I purchased four zen tubeless tyres from m/s.Autoserve near hero chowk g t road ludhiana, the dealer gave me assurance that the tyres shall be replaced as and when any crack is occurred in the tyres.I found a crack in it onlyy after the driving of 3000 kms.And one of the tyres cracked without any hit .But now the dealer in not replacing the same .

I am here for a complaint against tyre of your company of size 155/65/13. Sir/madam this tyre is placed in my car zen estilo's Stephanie. I used this tyre near about 12000 kilometers only. This tyre is properly damaged from inside. And outer side is fine. Pls solve my problem and claim this tyre .

The owner and worker of #AccessoriesHouse situated at #Townhallroad #udaipur got detained by Police and taken to Surajpole police station
in a charge of Fraud and beating up Mr. Yogendra Singh after he complained the owner about the duplicate product sold to him
the customer put the allegation for selling duplicate product of branded company and assault by the shop owner and their workers in public.
the same time police arrested the owner of #Accessorieshouse owner and its worker after watching the video in the CCTV camera in the shop
for beating the customer and selling the duplicate Tyres and tubes of branded companies.
