Bridgestone tyre is very very low quality but price is very high .
I purchased Bridgestone tyre on oct 2020 . One tyre is broken and another three is almost finished . The main things is bridgestone runs only less than 9000 km . Its a clear cut customer cheatting . While Selling bridgestone tyre offer very high mileage and ask the price of top brand . Better this tyre should be removed out from the market according to my experiences and complaints registerd below me also the same . OFFERING VERY HIGH MILEAGE BUT CONDTION OF THE BRIDGESTONE TYRES AFTER RUN 5000 KM IS PATHETIC .

No response from the bridgestone company . According to my experience and those who register the complaint . From that my findings is bridgestone tyres are now a days is not fit for our roads . Standard is below than local tyres is the market . Price above the std level

Dear Team,

Your company tyre provide for 80000km running but out of 5 tyres in newly purchased scorpio 1 tyre has turn in jurkin after running only 20000km. Another tyre has puncture real the ring... I am very much disappointed by using bridgestone duler tyre 235/65R17.

Kindly request you to reach me for getting this tyre replaced.

Hi TataMotors Support Team,

I got my Tata Nexon XM (P) - on 15-Sep-2020, After Completing ~11000 Kms (~11 Months), three tires (Bridgestone Turanza 195/60R16 89H- Stock) started to develop cracks from the sidewall, and one of the tires burst while running on a straight road.

I was regularly maintaining the recommended tire pressure and have been using the car on regular roads (Never took it off-road).

I am really disappointed with the quality of the tires, and I feel it is not safe to use the vehicle further with these tires.

I would like to get the three tires replaced under warranty as it is clear evidence of an issue from the manufacturer's side.

Could you please reexamine the batch of tires, as I feel there are some manufacturing defect/quality issues with the tires provided?

Attaching the tire serial numbers and images of the sidewall cracks.

I had bought My car Innova Crysta last year and it came company fitted with Bridgestone tyres and there after the car has been only driven for 30000kms and have had to get my tyres changed 2 time and still they have turned out to be of poor quality. I have called the companies customer care department but they too are giving me poor response. I didn’t expect this kind of poor service from such a reputed company.

I would like to request you to give me a replacement for the types.

I am Maj Vikas Yadav. I bought 02x Bridgestone Potenza (245/45/R17) tyres from "Super Tyre Sales and Service", NB Road, Tezpur, Sonitpur (Dealer code:[protected] on[protected].
These two tyres were fixed on the front wheels of the car. Within 4 days I saw abnormal wear of the tyres and I reported the same to "Super Tyre Sales and Service". I was told that it must be due to incorrect alignment of the vehicle, which was checked and found...

I have purchased 4 bridgestone turanza tyres for my innova 2010 on April 2021 at Wheelcare ititty kannur.
I have drive my car just 3000 km after replacing this tyre.
And i find my 2 tyre has air bubble on side.
I came to the dealer and asking for warranty because its a manufacturing deffects, but the dealer rejected my warranty request and offer me a 50% discount for new tyre. But i cant accept this offer because i have only used this tyres 3k kilometres

I was shocked with worst customer service from an authorised dealer in iritty kannur kerala

i bought 2 nos. tyre from SINDLAL TYRES SALES & SERVICES before 6 month ago, after 4 month 1 tyre cracked, then i visit to the dealar, but they didn't change cracked tyre, i attached cracked tyre image also. so please chack and give me answer asap, then i'll go to next stap.

I had purchased 4 Bridgestone tyres for my ml 250 on 24/08/2020 from mukkam tyres vide bill no KHD/1177 and odo meter reading on 94927, now on speed above 80 km shevering of vehicle noticed and inspected and the reason found that uneven thread wereoff of the tyres so i request you to do needful in this matter, bill and allienment details attached

Hello Sir,
I have a Bridgestone tyre in my car purchased in the month of February 2021, within 3000kms a tyre has a sidewall problem... so i have registered the complaints but there is no any satisfactory answer given by the service manager of the Auto Matrix showroom Chikkamagaluru. The vehicle is just six months old.

I really am concerned about the quality of the product. In my previous car I had GoodYear tyres and had not faced any such issues for 35000 kms.

I believe the tyres have a warranty and they need to be replaced. How can the sidewall of a tyre be so weak?
I have never seen a tyre damaging so early in its life span and that too in the side wall. It shows the poor quality of the tyre.

I wanted it to consider this issue seriously as it damages the trust of the customer.

I have purchased innova crysta 2.8 z on 15/02/2019. I have run this car only 45000 k.m. And i feel that 3 tyres are bloating . all tyres of my car are belong to bridgestone tyre company.I am going to toyta showroom one month before but they not solved my problem yet. After many try i write a complain mail to you.

I have bought 5 tyres from one of your dealers near my place on the 30th of April 2018. I have hardly used the tyres. Recently I could see a cut mark on one of the tyres used. When I enquired about this with my mechanics they informed me that this is definitely a matter of quality of tyre given. When I enquired about this with the dealer with whom I have purchased it, I didn't get a proper response and I was treated rudely. I would like to register a complaint about the quality of the product they have given to me. Kindly please enquire and provide a replacement for the bad quality product which the dealer has given.

I have purchased Bridgestone tyre (4 quantity) for my vehicle on month of October 2019. Now i am facing problem with one tyre which runs approx less than 2000 km.i already registered complaint but there is no proper response. Even I didn't received any call after registration..After 3 days I contact to toll free number they provided contact number of the person . After contacting him he asked me to share some pics. Today he called me and informed that reported problem is not covers under warranty.Even he is not visited and see the tyre physical condition.i asked him to share the rejection reason to my mail id.But he is not ready to share.
He asked me to visit nearest store and upload pics from there .Then only he will going to share rejection mail with reason.
Note: Then you guys why wasted my 5 days time. Really frustrated about this worst experience.
