I am hereby complaining about my high bill amount of june 2020 bill. From last 50 years we have not received a such a big amount of bill and our usage is not big like this like you generated the june bill.
I observe on current bill the previous reading detail is not matching with the may bill and also the current reading is wrong and units consumed is also showing wrong details.
Please look into this on prior basis and do the needful.

    I anant santra hereby want to complaint about the meter reading for commercial purpose of june 2020 where as i haven't consumed electricity in the month of mid-may and whole june and i got the electricity bill of around 7k rs.
    This kind of loot had been created to us like middle class family where we were affected by covid 19 and additional to this it make us worry to survive without any work please look after this

      My room has been empty since may 2020, still my bill is coming high like 840rs. I called all possible BEST numbers on the website but no number is valid. I want the bill rectified and a refund for the amount i have paid extra.
      Please help, as I am staying far away and cannot physically visit the BEST office or room.

            Hello, i've submitted an application online with all necessary supporting documents for a name change on the electricity bill. Also, have made a payment of rs. 762.39/- on 13th of apr 2020.

              From last few months we are receiving high electricity bills of our office having consumer no.[protected] located at 606, floor 6, plot no. 175 cotton exchange bldg, kalbadevi rd, bhuleshwar, mumbai 02.

              Due to covid19 from last two months our office is closed but still our electricity bills are rs 2600 to rs 2700

              Due to covid19 we are in so panic to pay bills and rent and salarie and all..
              So sir my request to you is please take it consider and make my bills as per my usage..

                        My mother (91 years) is bedridden for 2 years now. There are two para medical staff (Both ladies) taking care of her, one during the day and the other one at night.

                        These two staff members can't travel by bus because best is not allowing them to board and can't take auto because mumbai police is not allowing.

                        As per the instructions of the home ministry, para-medical staff is exempted and allowed to move around.

                        How do i manage? I went to oshiwara police station but they don't listen. They are saying they can't do anything in this matter.

                        Could you please help and issue curfew passes for these ladies?

                          I ms. Fauzia shaikh (Physically handicapped) work near nagpada. It has been really difficult to travel on route no 124 & 125 from pydhoni (Vijay vallab chawk) to nagpada bus stop during these 09 months of my travelling. I travel by 124 &125 but there has been no proper frequency of these buses and not even proper timetable of these buses.
                          Sometimes there is not even a single bus from 9.00 am to 9.30 am. & if luckily the bus come (124) back to back 03 buses at a time. Everyday passengers are increasing and bus frequencies is getting low. Most of the passengers having 03-months gets wasted because most of time we have to travel by taxi. Which makes our travelling very costly & hectic?

                          Kindly make a note of these problems by me, senior citizens, students’ tourist and specially physically challenged patient & many such traveler visiting haji ali dargh, maha laxmi temple visiting haji ali hospital for physically challenged travelling on the same common route. Please keep a proper distribution of buses. So, our travelling becomes a comfortable.

                          I Ms. Fauzia Shaikh (physically handicapped) work near NAGPADA.                             The footpaths near sagar sweets along LJ Road Mahim have been dug up for installations of huge Electrical Pipes. It is 5 days since this has been done and 7 pedestrians including senior citizens have fallen and hurt themselves here.

                            Due to metro 3 project the footpath was made half and now the half footpath is turned into a rubble path, Is this what we citizens get from Government after paying our due taxes on time

                            Need immediate action on concreting the footpaths left with bricks and open debris.

                            Please give us a time frame for completion of this

                              I bring to your kind notice that for the bill date 14.11.2019, i have paid twice the best electricity bill rs. 820/- on 04/12/19 through amazon pay and rs. 820 on 07/12/19 through phonepe (Rs. 820+ 820 = rs 1640) against the consumer no.[protected],
                              I therefore request you to kindly adjust the excess paid amount of rs. 820 in the upcoming/next electricity bills please....

                              I live in hatkesh which is in thane (Mira road)..

                              There is no sitting arrangement at hatkesh bus stop beside aden bakery & just in front of tvs showroom.

                              And bank opposite which is the other hatkesh bus stop just beside maruti showroom is well developed.

                              From last 2 years the seat is broken & best department or municipal corporation or whoever is responsible to fix it is least bothered about it.. This is my 2nd complaint & however till date there's nothing been done.

                              I've seen senior citizens & some pregnant ladies are forced to stand in hot sun & wait for the bus as there is no seat available at bus stop & roof top is slightly broken.

                              Please please please take action & make good seat & a good roof top for this bus stop.

                              It's been 2 years complaining about the broken bus stop of Harkesh in Mira Road (Mira-bhayandar highway. Still there is not seat to sit. Bus stop just beside Aden Bakery.

                              I have been tired & no resolution till date. And now it will be worse as rainy season has just stared.
                              Very true.. Even I'm tired of this hatkesh bus stop.. please help.

                              Very very poor service by any govt bus service in metro city. No proper bus stop even not proper bus service. Waited over 2 hours for bus under direct sunlight. 425 kokan nagar to versova bus depot hasn't been come since last 2 hours. I am very disappointed with this type of bus service

                                My electricity bill for the month of october (Having due date 7th nov 2019) was paid twice by me on the dates:
                                24th oct 2019 (By amazon pay) and 10th nov 2019 (By paytm)

                                The bill amount was 1310/-
                                And i paid 1310/- + 1310/-.

                                Kindly try to adjust the amount in the next bill or initiate refund whichever is possible.

                                  Date of 31st november 2019, today i am standing at andheri station at the stop of agarkar chawk for best bus to go for sahar international airport since 1:13 pm but there is no bus till 1:43 pm while on the bus station there are bus standing from 1:13 pm that is 337 and in duration of this time three cargo bus for sahar cargo is going in front of me. While there is a long queue of passanger for sahar international airport but the bus station master doesnot care about passanger and not provide any bus till 1:43 pm. I am one the employee of mumbai sahar international airport and became late on my duty due to not services of bus while i am wating more than 1/2 hour. So it's a request please take action against this kind of services because it's take india to down side of growth...

                                    As per the bus time-table of 398 and 326 buses, there are supposed to be buses running at a frequency of 20 min for 398 and 30 min for 326. However, the same is not true in real-time. Especially during the evening between 7-8, when it is a peak time for office people returning home, there are no buses for almost 1 and 1/2 hours. This makes a lot of people choose other not so convenient modes of transport.
                                    Kindly increase the frequency of the buses on these routes and provide a real-time tracking of the buses.

                                      I m having meter in my own room all papers are on my side and tenant was staying in the room he had not paid the bill and that's why best person came at our door without intimating to us directly off the switch take the meter back ok it accepted but how best give new meter in same room without having all documents and providing new meter to them

                                      Without intimattion to owner... This is totally unfair of providing meter without proper documentation and no verification

                                      All person and society secretary and chairman of society with us to co-operate with me... And this tanenat came and accquirng me room through best new meter

                                      Plz do the investigation of this meter and place my original meter with my name

                                      Best is not giving any explanation nor any justification to all my visits so far and are insisting me to pay Rs 75, 400 for Sept, Rs 81, 500 for Oct and now for Nov Rs 79, 340. This is looking very high without any justification and explanation.
