    Street light pole no KMP 3/2A is not working since last two months request u to address the same ASAP. I also request you to please change the light to led light as it give better results and conserve the power too. Its a hardship for pedestrian during night to walk as its too dark and poor visibility which sometimes causes accidents. Kindly do the needful.

      Best electricity services has made our life a leaving hell. Frequent power shutdown has ruined our life. No electricity in Byculla-E Area. Every month there are 3 to 4 shutdowns.
      Children's cry for entire night. We couldn't sleep and was not able to attend office next day morning.
      We are regular tax payers but our country is not doing enough for us.
      Things aren't improving inspite of repeated complaints.

        I the undersigned tenant from sydhnum compound along with other tenants are facing power cutdown from past three months. Every time we call best we get it temporarily sorted but there is no permeant action taken by them, which causes power cutdown every second day; since past three months.

        We also tried to investigate the matter with the best repair team and as per their knowledge there is some problem with the underground electricity line spread. And they are waiting for the orders from the higher authority to have check throughout.

        We request you to please investigate the matter and get it permanently sorted as soon as possible. We are actually in a serious problem for we have senior citizens and kids at home and its now affecting our daily life.

          Its been nearly 2 years now that bus transportation towards bandra from prabhadevi has reduced drastically. Bus no. 83, 84, 33, 28 are never on time between 9 to 9:30 am. These bus are not in numbers than busses which are going towards dadar.in the span of 30 mins, daily there are about 10 to 15 busses which are going towards dadar however the main issue is less frequency of busses travelling towards bandra and soo. Its gets really frustrating to wait for 30 mins to get a bus during work hours. It would be great if the frequency of 83, 84, 33, 28 are increased during these hours like the one's travelling towarda dadar. As a commuter i would not prefer spending 100 to 120 bucks daily on taxi due to the negligence of infrequent b. E. S. T busses.

            Dear sir,

            I am daily traveller of bus no. 307 from marol depot to bhandup, but on 15/06/2018 at 20:30 bus no. 307 driver didn't stop at official stop at marol depot and he stopped it further away. On asking why didn't he stopped the bus despite many passengers shouting to stop. He just denied rudly and didn't got convinced and rudely told to stop talking with him.

            I just stopped by myself, since i thought he might have been dunked. This is not a fair behavior

            Hope you, 'll teach him to talk properly with passengers because of these they get their wages.

                To whomsoever it is concerned.
                I live in south mumbai near grant road area, i had a very bad experience with the staff handling phone calls, i don't know it is his trick of keeping the phone receiver aside or is it just my misfortune, i tried calling them first they pick up the phone a guy spoke to me stating the electricity will be back in half an hour, and when i call again after half an hour it was ringing and no body took up the phone and i tried again it was busy for 2 hrs constantly i don't know whom he was serving for continues 2 hrs... Hats of to digital india! Government employes using wire phone...

                  The bus increased fares by 7 Rs and doesnt come on time. 9 im at the bus stop and bus arrives at 10.. this is ridiculous and need to be looked at urgently.

                  bad stuff really. Hence BEST is suffering.

                    I have only one fan and a fridge in the house and my electricity bill has come upto 6000 rupees for the month of april.
                    I was not in mumbai most of the time. It is unreasonable. My maximum bill till date is 3000 and the average bill is 1200/1500. I don't understand this upstream. I think my meter needs to be checked, or someone is stealing electricity from my meter.

                      My consumer number is[protected]. We have suddenly received a huge bill for the current month i.e INR 6060.
                      Out usual bill amount has never exceeded INR 2000 for any of the months before, except for last month when it was INR 3170 which I paid fully.
                      But the unusual rise continued for this month as well leading to this complaint.
                      Request you to run a check on the meter and send me the correct bill amount.

                          The incident occurred yesterday on route no:- 446 by the bus numbered:-mh01l9577, which resulted because of the drivers fault, the first time he bruised my car from behind, but the second time, he intentionally hitted my car from behind causing the wreckage. The driver ramkishan ambadas andhale, batch no:-97549, when confronted ran the first time, but when he was confronted the second time later that night used abusive word to offend us. The driver should be face the necessary justice, and by all means should be suspended for atleast a week or so. A humble request for doing so.

                              Dear sirji its been observed that our area ward gn mahim ward parkar wadi dobhi ghat l. J. Road mahim -16 has been encountering regular power disruption this is not acceptable at any means.in the last 10 years there has been numerous power failure.in every month at least 3 times power failure is observed. Many surrounding area too are with the same problem. Sometimes phase i is the problem and sometimes phase ii is the problem. We have contacted the mahim fuse control department several times but now its high time to paraphrase this major problem of power failure disturbances. Every time we call the mahim control department we get the same answer that fuse has been burned. This is nonsensical and we are going to take strict action if you dont do anything about it. I therefore request you to take strict action against the perpetrators who are actually criminals who are operating the electric connections. Otherwise please give us detailed explanation about whats is happening. You people are troubling the citizens and this is a crime.

                                The frequency of 313 buses in the evening is very less and we have to literally wait for 30 to 40 minutes every day in peak hours.

                                In spite of less frequency the 313 buses are diverted to short distance trip.
                                Regarding this i have already made a complaint through mail [protected]@bestundertaking.com on 23rd april'18.

                                On 23rd april'18 bus no.313 which is starting from santacruz and the final destination is at kurla.
                                4 buses got diverted to short distance route till kalina and university stop instead of kurla.
                                We were waiting in the stop for 45 minute and 4 buses 313 came and conductor not allowed any one to get in and told that the bus will go upto kalina.

                                Again on 16th may, 2018 in the evening at 6.08pm bus no. Mh 01 5066 bus again has been diverted till vidyanagri.

                                The buses frequency is so less in number and the crowd is intolerable please arrange for more buses.

                                In the same route 311 is short distance route from santacruz to air india the frequency of this bus is withing 5 to 6 minutes and most of the buses and empty with 10 to 15 passengers.

                                Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem.

                                  For the past two months, best online bill payment portal forces the consumers to go to the paytm portal, where one is required to create a paytm account and for that, agree to the terms & conditions of paytm. This new practice of best is a restrictive practice, leads to reducing the consumer choice, and is therefore illegal and irregular. What it means is that a person holding a credit card / debit card can not make payment of electric bill directly to best without creating a paytm account. This is unfair and highly irregular, and i am not aware why the old system has been changed just to favour paytm!! I am sure, this change will be quashed in a court of law as being unfair, irregular and discriminatory.

                                  Please look into it urgently and restore back the practice that was in place earlier.

                                  Thanks for your email to notify us about your objection to create & login to Paytm A/c while making payment of bill online through Credit/Debit Card. We have already taken this issue with Paytm authority and will sort it out very soon.

                                  There is another option for making payment of bill online through Credit/Debit Card. You can download our mobile app “miBEST” to make electricity bill payment through Credit/Debit Card. Kindly use Net Banking from this website. Further, you can also use other modes of payment like payment through cash/cheque at our Cash Collection Centers/Banks/Post offices (details like location/timings are available on our website), RTGS/NEFT, ECS etc.

                                  Kindly note that for the other modes of cashless bill payment such as ECS, Net Banking, RTGS/NEFT and Mobile Wallet, no commission is levied to the consumers. If a consumer opt for ECS payment on or before 7th day from the date of bill, he will get 0.5% ECS discount + 1% Prompt Payment Discount (maximum Rs. 250/-). For this he is required to submit a duly filled in ECS mandate form to our Customer care Office at Dadar (G/S Ward, Tel. No.[protected] or Colaba (B Ward Statistics Section Tel.                                   Thank you for taking up the matter with Paytm.

                                  However, I regret to have to say that even after more than 20 days, nothing has changed and the illegality of Paytm forcing its way onto the BEST website continues.

                                  The very fact that the BEST had to take up the matter with Pyatm raises a serious concern that apparently, BEST does not have full control over the management of its website which has resulted in Paytm intruding onto the BEST website, for forcing the customers to route their BEST payments via Paytm, possibly to boost Paytm's turnover. If that is indeed the case, then it amounts to a cyber crime by Paytm, for which immediate complaint MUST be lodged with cyber crime branch of the Police authorities.

                                  I do hope that the BEST management would realise the seriousness and repercussions of such hacking of its website by a cyber criminal, and will deal with it firmly and quickly, in a deterant manner..

                                  Would appreciate an expeditious and meaningful action in the matter leading to a tangible result of evicting a cyber squatter from the BEST website without any further delay.

                                    So there was a investigation conducted on my bill and then i was sent a bill of 2500 which is paid off

                                    Plz note that i belong to middle class family of 5 ppl where m the only earning person my sis is bed ridden for a year now

                                        As per your details given in schedule for bus no.226ltd (Barve nagar municipal school no 3), as per your schedule it is been given that there is bus in every 10-15 minuites, daily by morning 8.45-9.45 there is only three buses which not even shedule at time,

                                        Kindly look in to this matter 100 of people travel in that bus during peek hours,

                                        Suggest you to increase buses or atleast make it on time,

                                        So that there is no over burden by the people travelling from the locality barve nagar to municipal school no 3,

                                        Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [BEST] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Since from a month ago, i had loged a complaint on call against the street light is not working properly,
                                        since from last 4 to 5 month the street light is off,
                                        on call the told me that the bulbs are not available,
                                        and anow afer a month the street light is still off
