Hi team,
This is amir hamja m jamadar. My electricity bill no. Is [[protected]] my electricity bill normal range ₹ 2000/- to 2400/- and i'll paid my bill on time regularly but this time electricity bill amount is ₹6790/- it's 3 times higher amount. I am ensure that i have not consume more unit of electricity. Kindly cut extra amount and resend regular cost.

    I am travelling from south mumbai to dombivali i took 50 rs daily pass and from sion depot by 8.45 am till 9.30 am i am waiting for non ac bus towards khopat 10 or more ac buses arrived where 50 rs daily pass is not applicable but non ac bus not arrived unfortunately i have to onboard ac bus. Today i am late for my office due to this issue.in this pandemic people are looking for saving a single penny but i have to pay extra 25 rs. Its hard to explain when we loose extra money when we have daily bus pass. Very bad to see when we cant use bus pass even though waiting for long.

      Due to covid-19 regulation, best bus conductor does not stop bus even only 2 person are standing (While 5 standing person allowed) specially by bus rout no. 709, 720, 707.
      They should at least take two person from each bus stop. I am waiting more than 1.5 hours, but no bus at s k stone bus stop. And also conductor misbehave with public and also saying "why i have to suffer from disease because of public" and "if i allow public to climb, i will be suspending and lost salary for 10 days nearly rs. 20, 000/-".
      Even in mira bhayandar, mbmt bus is not working. At least mbt bus should start upto borivali/ dahisar check naka.

              My consumer number is[protected]. I got july bill 1600. Which is so higher than my last bills.in june i got 260 and in may i got 250. I live in one room kitchen i don't hv tv. Refrigrator, ac.
              I live alone. How it can go higher. Pls i am a student here pls look into this.

                I miss. Praveena karamanchi being a consumer of best undertaking having consumer no.[protected]*7 would like to draw your attention to the fact that there has been some mistake in sending me the electricity bill for the month of july 2020. I have been receiving an average bill of rs. 1300 to 1500.00 for the past six months but this time you have sent me a bill of rs. 4880.00 which is very much excessive compared to my usage. So i would like to request you to kindly rectify the bill and send me a fresh bill most urgently

                Also i had seen duplicate bill taken printout by your web site there has been seeing adjustment rs. 2600/- why this??? We had paid regularly then what is the adjustment added in our bill, plz rectify the same at earliest.

                  My last 3 months average bill was 2600 but today I received a msg that July bill is 4600 which is 4 times normal
                  Please check and revert as it pure case of inflated bill.
                  My average monthly bill comes to 900 max 1200 but this is shock nor I am able to download the the bill from site
                  Please revert with proper bill

                              I have recieved a bill of Rs 14, 150 which way higher than my usual bill of approx. Rs 3, 000 for Feb 20 to May 20.

                              However we have received with actual consumption bifurcation of Rs 5296 and rest amount mentioned as other adjustments. What is the bifurcation of that balance amount of Rs 8500 approx. kindly provide the same month wise i do not want to spend money unnecessarily due to unknown amount in bill

                              Kindly check and provide break up of the amount for verification as i am going to pay for the consumption charges which i have record off, other unwanted charges would not be paid.
