Respected sir/madam
The wadala gate no 4 route BEST buses are stoping the bus in the bus stop. Today around 1:00pm me and my brother waited for the bus to arrive in the wadala gate no 4 bus stop. The bus no 10 had arrived but the driver didn't stoped the bus not even for 1 minute. The driver is not even bother whether the passengers are getting in or not. Today my brother when he tried to step in the bus the driver moved the bus. He was about to fall down from the bus but somehow he managed my brother left back in the bus stop when i asked to stop the bus to the conductor he didn't stop. Please resolve this problem this had happened many times in this route.

    Respected sir/madam

      Myself Suraj Sapkal son of Jayshree Sapkal raising the complain for drastically increase in the bill from the month of May2021 till date

      Before May i received the bill

      Above the differences of increasing units, However i go there several times to solve the issue bit i didn't get justice there . Now they are telling to pay me 13000 rs and more.

      Above are the bills amount was charged by the BEST electricity. They told me to pay 4000Rs in the month of June. That i paid already.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        Please kindly help with the situation of bus no 234 . We have to wait more than an hour for the bus and we are not rich enough to afford personal transportation like rickshaw everyday. Also due to this it becomes very crowded in such small a.c bus. Please kindly increase the frequency of the bus.

          My father has been retired from best Bus services as a conductor in 2020 May.and not it's been 1 year and more our gratuity has not been recieved.Please give us our gratuity as soon as posible.We are having a financial crisis.

            I am staying in navi mumbai. I wanted to go mahul village for urgent work, i am 64yrs and suffering from severe heart problem and short breathness, on 20/07/2021, i got bus no.373 from bhandup pumping station to amar mahal, so tried to walk to amar mahal bus stop for bus no.430, i can not walk fast also bus driver not cared my request, so i went to chembur camp by ricksaw to catch any other bus upto mahul, at 01:42pm bus no. 430 reached at chembur camp bus stop but very far from bus stop.Almost 3 passenger entered, i tried to entered bus, ### conduter not counted me and bus went, i called loudly and banged backside, mostly drivers and conduters counting passangers as a slave, talking rudely, almost i was waiting for 1/2 hour but no bus, i got ricksaw and travelled to mahul village, i am retired person and no INCOME source, at mahul bus depot lodge complaint to starter and he provided details of bus route no.430 bus is 3172, i am requesting that take legal action on both of them, they are serving us, we are not a slave, these kind of service is shameful to BEST, take action of them

              The frequency of Bus No.348, 448, 440 is very less, half hour or one hour standing in bus stop not seems good. All other buses from the same route comes on times only this bus having traffic. Solve frequency issue as soon..and please make sure bus route from and to borivali... not only dindoshi depot malad(e).

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I'm getting a very excess bill that is above Rs500 from so many months. Last month it was Rs900 and this month it came out to Rs1, 230.
                The bill appears to be inflated as I know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not high as to warrant such high bills.
                I had also complained in writing at the BEST office but they gave me the opinion of having a new meter. But the bill is too high. It does not make any sense.
                I request you to please look into this matter. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair billing is resolved at the earliest.

                  Buses plying to Powai do not stop at Aarey colony filterpada bus stop in the mornings even though enough seats are available. Commuters end up waiting for 1 to 1.5 hours to get a bus. Please instruct the drivers to stop the bus. Bus numbers - 460, 489.

                    I am usually not a traveler by BEST buses. We were born and brought up in Mumbai, and such have travelling numerous times in a BEST buses.
                    Firstly let me take the opportunity to thank the BEST organisation for its continuous services and support to the society during the pandemic. Secondly the changes in the price of the tickets with an intention to increase the computers is a positive sign towards retrieving its bad financial crisis.
                    Last entire week I have been travelling from Mulund station west towards Goregaon. Unfortunately I had to travel by bus route 459 starting between 5.45 and 6:00 p.m. from Mulund station on three consecutive days with the same conductor who usually wears red cap I have enclosed herewith the photograph off the bus details.
                    I appreciate and a follower of the law of the land and everywhere that standing passengers are not permitted in this situation. However the bus conductor was full of attitude and ego and on a couple of occasions I have seen him pushing the passengers out of the bus. This bus with driver name samadhan usually stops between every bus stop to ensure that the passengers standing are made to get down and importantly between the stops is to create an inconvenience to them.
                    Yesterday on the same route the person got in the bus on a tuning when the speed was the lowest however the conductor had a big fight with him and used all the third grade bad words against the passenger. Not only the bus got delayed for almost 78 minutes but they abusive language was embarrassing for the women traveller in the bus I have actually seen women keeping your hands on the ears.
                    With all the pains and strategies used by your esteemed organisation for creating the goodwill amongst the commuter is getting malide because of such nasty characters with your organisation.
                    This is a complaint against absolutely rude and unethical behaviour of your conductor whose number I couldn't catch but sending you a copy of my ticket on the bus and the bus details in photography engrossed.

                      BEST Bus route no.494 is running between Ghatkopar and Reti Bunder (till Kalwa, dist.thane), I am staying at Mumbra, Dist.Thane-400612, people of Mumbra are depend on this bus only for connectivity with Mumbai as railways are not running for non essential staffs in this pandemic as per guidelines of Govt. I request BEST to kindly extend this Bus till Mumbra.

                        My consumer no is[protected]. I paid rs 5000 as my bill amount on 21 june 2021 through gpay which showed failed but amount debited so I tried again using Amazon pay which was successful. As for my payment through gpay it showed amount to be refunded within 7 days. The details of payment are as below:

                        I want to know the status of payment of all .

                          It's really shocking to say my 2 month electricity bill is 29000 and since from last 5 month it's maximum 4500. No one there is helpful, denied for giving duplicate bill hard copy, way of talking is also very bad like listen to me if you other you can go we don't have time.
                          They even don't know how it came.
                          A strict action should be taken how you are charging a middle class man with a bill of 29000 for 2 month.

                          Nothing happened, not resolved they said if not paid extra money will be charged. I had no option have to pay even they said electricity can be cut in further action. I am just not understanding when person coming every month why pending amt came. But we cannot fight with Indian gov system, they changes the rule on their requirements. Nothing else I can say. Middle and lower class become hell since last 4/5 yr. Same issue in all sector. Don't know how lower class people serving in such environment. I think our independence is going day by day now by our own people. No one have any proof of what happened. Billing 25k fr 1 bhk with minimum house hold item. Even after visiting multiple times no one helped us, bcoz it's government department.

                            For the period of 27/04/2021 to 25/05/2021 I have received electricity bill of Rs.1443 with units consumed as 231kWh.

                            My electricity consumption in previous year has not crossed even 108 kWh. I haven't bought any new electrical appliance, so this sudden jump in consumption is beyond my understanding.

                                    I am consumer of the above said meter number my bill consumption is same even reduced but every month i am noticing the bill amount and reading is increasing unnecessarily. I am unhappy to say that BEST Authorities are charging the bill randomly and we as a consumer have to suffer this charges.

                                    This is my urge to look into it and please help us in this pandemic situation. govt are here to reduce the burden of public and not creating more and more.

                                    Hope to here some positive reply and bill amount.

                                        I was standing in the Amar Mahal bus stop for going to Sion on Sunday (21st Febuary, 2020) at 10.28 a.m.. One C-42 route (Bus RTO No: MH03CV7141 and Bus No: 7396) came but halted before the bus stop. I pointed to the driver that the stop is where I was standing. He did not wait, but left. This was in spite of showing signs for him to staff and there was one conductor who also signed him to stop.
