I am a residence of jijamata nagar worli 400018.
My son and some residence of jijamata nagar goes to shardasharam vidyamandir boys high school dadar at 6:30 am in the morning. While going my son and some other students go to doordarshan bus stop because of less bus and late buses of bus no. 164
It is a severe delayed of bus due to my son and some other students reaches late. I m giving a severe complaint because from one week my child and some other students got punished in school.
This is happening too much and from jijamata nagar, worli to shardasharam, dadar their is only one bus. The bus no. Is 164
I hope you people will understand our problem and do some

      Best bus in mumbai near ball showroom mahalaxmi. The driver is extremely rash. Does not respect pedestrian crossing. Was about to hit and run while crossing road. Thinks himself to be goon here and nobody can touch. He would kill me.. Just got saved by an inch. This guy is a ruthless and a dangerous driver. Please investigate and kindly take necessary measures so that fellow citizens are safe on mumbai road.
      This driver is dark in complexion, with beard and a scar on face.
      Incident timing is around 4 on mumbai near mahalaxmi swaminarayan temple.

          Today i took a bus from my college toward the station and bus was over crowded, i saw the bus and decided to leave that bus but suddenly i saw that driver is allowing people to get in from front door also as the bus was over crowded, i too got in the bus. After getting in i was very uncomfortable to stand but still in that huge crowd i was searching for the conductor to give me a ticket, he was at the end of the bus, i was waiting for the conductor to come but he was not able to come, i too was not able to reach him. Mean while ticket checker got in from the front door where i was standing, i saw that ticket checker and told that i am not able to take the ticket as he is very behind and because of crowd i am not able to move also, he started grumbling on me why you did not take the ticket o told him see the bus even you are standing on the door because of the crowd, he stopped me in the bus and when bus reached to its last stop he asked me to pay fine, i was wonderd that i am only telling you my problem that because of crowd i am not able to take the ticket and now you are telling me to pay the fine, then the ticket checker started telling me that it's your mistake that you got in from the front door, i said usually i don't enter but this time driver only told me get in from there as it was over crowded, he was twisting the matter and told me that driver has shown the humanity that he allowed you to enter from the front door now you are taking his name, i explained him i am not complaining about the driver, just telling that he allowed me so i got in and because of crowd it became late to take ticket, even conductor was beside me and knowing whole the situation, but he didn't tell the single word, he was quite watching the whole things i was just wondering what is going on with me, even the person who knows and who allowed me to get in are not speaking any thing and blaming on me, worst experience in best.

            Re:consumer no.[protected], meter no.101576.
            Sub: monthly electricity bill drd.20//7/2017 excessively high.
            Ref: my letter dtd 24/7/2017.

            In response to my complaint made online by email letter dtd.24/7/2017 for excessive billing, a man from best had come to my premises today on 27/7/2017 at about 1.30pm. As i am out of mumbai, my man who lives in the same building asked him his name & cell phone number which he refused to give, he was also offered to talk to me on the phone to which he said not necessary. He said to my man that he had gone up to the premises on the 2nd floor and found it locked. He said that they will have to change the meter. Regarding excessive billing, he said that i will have to come to the best office & talk to them.
            I am out of mumbai under treatment for osteoarthritis & trigeminal neuralgia i am confined to bed. As if this suffering was not enough; you have caused me more by this quite unnecessary arbitrary excessive billing. I request you once again to please rectify the bill in line with previous consumption on record, as the premises is vacant, locked & unused.
            For this kindness i shall ever remain obliged.

              At around 1740 hours on 26/07/2017, was driving from chakala towards ghatkopar on the andheri - ghatkopar road, and just near saki naka a best bus number mh 01-la-5799, driver name not known, was driving very rashly and negligently, he missed banging two vehicles before he brushed against my car on the left rear side, thereby damaging the left rear side, pushing in, and paint badly damaged. I got down and accosted him, and he was very aggressive, saying its not his mistake. I called the local traffic police from the sakinaka junction, and he advised me to file a complaint against the driver.

              I hope that the best authorities take note of my complaint, and take suitable action against this bus driver, and also compensate me with the repair charges for the damage caused to my car by the rash driver.

              These inconsiderate drivers need to be punished as they are putting the public life and property at risk, and their don't care attitude is pathetic.

              I urge the best authorities to take up this matter and revert back to me with the corrective action taken

                This is Rakesh Vaish. I am customer of BEST electricity for 30 years. My monthly bill is Rs 1000 on average. However, this time I have received high bill of Rs Rs 5560. Please check the error and reduce the bill amount.

                  Dear sir
                  I was shocked to receive huge electricity bill in respect of the consumer no.[protected] meter no.101576 for rs.18510/- because
                  The premises is kept locked and unused for the last over 10 years. Even the grounds of eviction of my tenant was non-user of the premises. The tenant also agreed the non-user of the premises and the court was pleased to pass a decree on 9/3/2009. Thereafter the premises is in my possession & the same is locked unused. I am paying the monthly standing electricity bill meter charges of about rs.350/- every month with the consumption of less than 10 units per month in respect of said meter no.101576
                  The last reading dated 20/6/2017 showed 110 units with used 11 units for rs.460/-.
                  Now all of a sudden i get a bill of rs.18510/- i have electricity bills for last over 10 years which will show the consumption below 10 units. I am old age pensioner 73 years old suffering from incurable illness and reside out of mumbai most of the time. Even the a month or two that i live here it is in some other premises for which there is separate meter. I therefore vehemently oppose this arbitrary billing. You have put me into unnecessary anxiety which has made my blood pressure run high. I therefore request you to at once rectify the error which may have been through oversight. Please note there has been no problem with the meter all these years your employee has been taking regular reading of the same.

                    My ca no. Is 1568685 for the electricity connection of best, mumbai. My pin code is 400025 and the connection is in the name of the manager, reserve bank of india.

                    For the past many days, i have been trying to pay my latest bill online but without success.in the process, i also missed the last date for payment of my bill. Earlier, the payment page was not opening up. Today, the page opened but after feeding the ca number, i get an error message that "your consumer number is not currently available in the system for this purpose. Please contact customer care'"

                      On 20.07.17 route No.103
                      (MH 01 LA 5459) had arrived at fanaswadi after almost an hour at 12:05pm.But the bus had only slowed down n not halt though there were about 15 passengers including kids, senior citizens n a handicap making it fatal to get into bus. The conductor was arrogant and driver didn't bother to answer. bus halt at following stops after hearing passengers complains. Both of them tried to escape camera, however picture of bus number was taken successfully.

                        I have been traveling from prabhadevi to laxmi industrial estate (Andheri w) for more that 6 year. I regularly board the bus around 8:45am to 9:00am at prabhadevi to reach office by 10:20. I have group of fellow travellers at the same time who daily struggling to reach their work place on time. As you are aware that we have only one direct option to the destination i. E. Buss no. 33. But after such a long wait for years. We are suffering the frequency of the bus. We regulary opt for other route buses i. E. 83/84/229/241/28 but non of them arrive on time at such a prime office time. Also we usually observe that all these mentioned busses 33/83/84/28 arrive all together one followed by the other, which appears might have common departure time also this further results a competitive environment of going slow so as to avoid the huge crowd of passengers
                        Waiting for hours to reach their destination on time.
                        There is more than this to share regarding the problems faced my the passengers
                        Hence request you to please look into the matter and come with a solution.
                        I feel thats the reason people prefer train even if bus rout is convenient.

                          The frequency of bus no 328 is not at all good it is never on time passengers have to wait for 1:30 hrs for one bus some time it doesn't come only 2-3 buses get cancel in morning and evening which are pick hours for office goers. Either close the bus no 328 or get a solution to this neither these depot officer s do something from both depot that is from versova and marol they dont have answers to why bus is delayed they say bluntly on face of passenger go complain to best what we can do if bus is late

                              Sir,
                              On 8/6/2017 i got up into the, route no. 6 bus at CSMT stop at abt. 14:00 hrs. Running Towards north mumbai, from first door as usually no driver stop such entry from front door & also there were no rod downed there by driver & as nobody was getting down from this front door. But for no reason driver arrogantly stopped me & other also. So I get down. But afterward, at the same time he allowed a lady from front door so I asked him now how he allowed the lady. He very arrogantly & rudly replied me she is a pregnant lady. The way he replied me really was very bad & that is the reason quarrel started between us the driver was so rude that he started to abuse me & also stopped the bus. As rude behaviour of driver made me angry I also returned his every bad word to me. No conductor try to pacify the driver but on the contrary he also got into the quarrel. At the time 4 to 5 gunda public from back side of the bus came in front side they haven't any idea about rudeness of driver they attacked on me in front of conductor & driver & started to give punch on my face it caused abrasion injury on my left face also swelling on left eye & cheek. When all this happening conductor & driver just instigating the gunda public but not came to front to help me. Some how I escaped from gunda public but at time also conductor or driver not helped me on the contrary get me out of the bus.this was very inhuman. I want justice for this humiliation.
                              The above incident was very horrible for me. Drivers never follow the rule from front door entry so public always enter from the front door at CSTM bus stop while travelling towards north mumbai. As it not cause any problem to public or driver conductor. If the rule is so important every driver should follow it but no driver follow this rule & that causes such serious incident. BEST Driver & conductor are just applying their own rules and regulations...i want something done to this driver & conductor very seriously...i want justice

                                My consumer no:- [protected] and [protected] have paid the bill on 13 june2017 of rs 1420 and rs 440/- through mobile banking for the month of may 2017 and it confirm successfully. But today i have received message through best undertaking that bill of june 2017 is rs2820/- and 920/- i think so previous payment has not been updated. So kindly make the correction and send the updated bill for the month june 2017.

                                  Complaint against the bus inspectors for extortion in the name giving ticket, and reimbursement of the fine wrongly charged by the best inspectors in bus no 14 at pratiksha nagar, sion mumbai 400 022 on june 12, at 5.15 pm.

                                  Sir,

                                  I am a senior citizen and journalist by profession. I had bought ticket of rs 20 at about 1 pm and had boarded the bus no.14, on 12thjune 2017 from the cst opposite kila court. At 4.10 pm.
                                  The bus conductor had checked the ticket and i told him i will have to buy the ticket just before 5 pm.
                                  Hence, while the bus no 14 reached at kem the time was 4. 59pm and conductor was still busy. With bus passengers and meanwhile the bus reached at the destination of wadala bridge at 5.10 pm. The two inspectors without their formal dress boarded the same bus in to check the tickets.
                                  Meanwhile most passengers had gotten off the bus and i asked the conductor for the ticket for further distance after 5 pm. The inspectors alleged that i was buying the ticket as i have seen them!. I told them this is not correct. The conductor had not even checked my ticket when he had come to see my ticket yet i am buying ticket from kem parel. But the inspectors insisted that i pay fine instead.
                                  I feel they were targeting me to extort some money somehow. I also told him since my destination is pratiksha nagar's last bus stop and i can still buy the ticket before my destination arrives. But the conductor was busy so i thought when he comes close i can buy the ticket.

                                  I told him i am not getting off at the last bus stop and there is no question that i will not buy the ticket. Meanwhile he used harsh words to malign my image in the public. He insulted me saying that i would have not bought the ticket implicating that i would have travelled free. Meaning had they not got into the bus i would have not have bought the ticket. And hence i was supposed to pay the fine. This was subjunctive and i gave them rs 100 for the ticket. But instead of giving me ticket he took the fine and said i am taking only rs88 thought the fine amounts to rs 110. I did not understand this logic. If he is taking fine then why less and if he is not giving the ticket before my destination they why is he not giving it.?
                                  I felt cheated and they gave receipt after insulting me, taking the fine and feeling victorious. I went to wadala truck terminal police station to lodge a complaint. But they told me to lodge this complaint to the best authorities and give them the copy of it.
                                  I asled them their names and batch nos but they said that this receipt contains all. They would not give me anything.
                                  I had already explained to them intention to buy the ticket after 5 was told to conductor and i have not got off the bus. But the best inspectors insisted that i pay fine and started shouting.
                                  I say i was wrongly charged fine as had given money for the ticket.
                                  First he said it is rs 110 and then he said it is more and when i gave rs 100 he deducted rs 88, the ticket costs only rs 23 from cst to pratiksha nagar.
                                  I think i am wrongly charged fine and outraged woman's modesty and over and above they had the audacity to say i was senior so they were treating me this way!
                                  They insulted me despite i was ready to buy the ticket.
                                  I should be reimbursed my fine.

                                    Please help me. I have paid my previous bill RS 760 by mobikiw in Online ( last date12/05/2017). Amount deducted from my bank account and I received the payment confirmation email & invoice by mobikiw. But I have received my present bill Rs 1730 with interest and previous bill (last date 05/06/2017). I have attached invoice & screenshot of mail of my previous bill payment and also pic of current bill & previous bill.

                                    1. C 60 express takes 45 mins to reach to ghatkopar highway just from deonar.
                                    -split it into two buses and let c 60 use the VNP road route

                                    2. No bus betweem ghatkopar stn and deonar. Divert one or two routes here

                                    3.No routes from borivali to both sclr and freeway?

                                    Dont cry about losses if your efficiency is that of deonar dumping ground

                                      I boarded the 340 bus from vishal hall
                                      The conductor with batch number 3983 at 8:15 pm

                                      I gave him a rs500/- note as i did not have any change
                                      And even explained my grievance to him
                                      He had a bundle of rs 100 and 10 in his hand but refused to give me change and would not even hear me out. He got extremely rude and literally (Physical) pushed me off the bus even causing my cell phone to fall
                                      And loudly kept yelling and was extremely rude and insulting
                                      He had no right to push a girl off a bus
                                      This poor service discourages girls like my self from traveling in the best bus services

                                      It's common to see. Conductors who would take extra money inorder to give change
                                      They refuse even when change is available

                                      The same conductor did not make the men get up from the ladies seat but yelled at a girl and showed her off a bus in the middle
                                      He did not even let the bus reach the next stop but pushed and forced me out in the middle of the express highway

                                      I hope that action be taken against such employees who do not know how to respect women and would showe them off a bus and insult them

                                      And does not give change even after having change

                                        Since last few months my monthly bill for consumer number[protected]*2 is coming very high. I suspect my electricity meter is faulty. So i request best undertaking to visit and check my meter and replace it. I also request to review my billing and raise revised demand based on my previous consumption pattern. I am 73 year old lady staying alone. So i request you to please help me in this regard.
