My name is Prashant k Raikar. I am residing at Mahim West, Mumbai.

My electricity bill is very very high compared to earlier bills and also on a usual basis. If we use AC to the minimal amount only, the bill shoots up 7 times also the usual bill that we get without AC is also very high.

Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as there may be possibility of power theft in the matter or some other issue or may be faulty meter

Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

    My name is gunaji mahadev mestry. I am residing at parel village, mumbai.
    My consumer number is :[protected]*4.
    My electricity bill for the month of may 2017, is very very high i. E. Rs. 1010/-, compared to earlier bills. My average bill is rs.600/- to 750/- per month. Even though the usage has not changed, no new appliances have been added in the house from last more than six months and still the bill is being generated for the higher amount since last six months.
    It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest / seriously as there may be possibility of power theft in the matter or some other issue.
    Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

      Bus no 345, from gorai depot to santosh nagar,
      Frequency is very low. It never comes on time. Distance of travelling is too long. Kindly increase the frequency of bus. When communicated with officials they reply the frequency as 20 minutes but it takes 1 hour.
      Othe buses from from stop going towards madh jetty and link road have frequency of 5 minutes.
      Kindly increase the number of bus and also the frequency and start new bus for the same route.

      Hope best does it as sooon as possible for the consumers.

      Bus no 345, from GOrai Depot to Santosh Nagar, even i also travel from the same route . I too face the same Issues with the Bus. So Kindly increase the frequency of Bus for the route and also start one more bus for the route.

      Hope BEST does the needful for the Commuters

          I made online payment on 05/04/2017 of rs.1235/- against my electricity bill for period 15/02/2017-20/03/2017.My consumer [protected]
          My bank account has been debited for the amount but your site came up with a page stating the process cannot access the file and when i go to b.E.S.T.Site for the payment status, the above mentioned bill still shows as payment outstanding .
          Please confirm the above payment and adjust against the above mentioned bill without any late payment charges...

On 31/3/2017 I paid my bill via online and I got SMS from bank that Rs. 780 is deducted but, payment didn't happened and my amount is also not refunded.               Bus route 454 from shivshahi prakalp goregaon east destination seven bungalow. Timing 6:45 morning. This bus is not coming from few days consistently we are daily travellers just because of this particular scheduled bus we reach at our office late. Bus is a public transport and we dependent on it. Please if anyone is looking for this please take action.

                Today and daily i have travelled by 79 from charkop bus stand to kooper. That time i was given 100 rs and he gave me change. There are 3 4 notes was very old and slightly tear on one side on middle fold. At evening i have travelled by 224 with Conductor Batch 111385 of LA 5545 Bus from JVPD to charkop. I gave him the said two notes of rs10 each and rs5 coin. Tkt was of rs24. But he refused to take the said notes. Then i gave him coins to fulfil tkts amt. He was so rude and non cooperative when BEST is in loss this staff should not behave to public like this. I recommend to punish him immediately and give directions to all conductors to accept whatever currency is in use whether it might be small tear on folds.

                    Yesterday (7:00) evening I took 700 no bus from Kapurbawdi to Cadbury Junction where this conductor refused to give me 100 Rs change and started abusing me for not carrying change for my ticket inspite of he having a change in his pocket. Later he gave me the ticket and asked to collect the remaining 92rs from Wadala depot.When I tried to take my money he caught my hand and refused to leave.Kindly look in to this matter as he was very rude and caught my hand tightly which was very much painful for me.
                    Later when the rest of the passenger intervened he mellowed down and stopped abusing.

                      The TC charged me a fine of 110rs for not taking a ticket but it was not my fault
                      the bus was crowded hence I waited for the conductor to come but when he came in front of me I realized I have to take a ticket so I asked him to give me a ticket but he denied because he had already said the TC's out that he has given ticket to all of them wherein he didn't check
                      when the TC got inside the bus he started making a chaos out of it and claimed that I did it purposely wherein I had already asked him about the ticket before the TC entering the bus. and on the other hand my journey was also not over I was still in the bus and kept asking for ticket.
                      when I explained this to the TC he started yelling at me in public very badly as if I have murdered someone
                      since I was getting late for the work I didn't say anything and I paid and left
                      but both the conductor and TC played well and charged me for nothing
                      I would like to give the details of the bus and the TC'S please do take actions
                      they really need to be trained about how to talk to a single lady traveler and mannerism specially when its not my fault.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have to buy the ticket for the network failure of the bus no. MH-01 LA- 5006 of 25ltd bus.The conductor was not listening that why should i but the ticket even when it is the fault of the bus network failure which was unable to generate the token no for the mobile pass no [protected]. He was telling that they are not informed about this or else get down of the bus.Then what is the use of buying it online when the administration dept does not guide the staff in detail about the new mobile pass. Then if the same occurs again then i have to bear the same or what. The ticket price is rs16 from l &T gate no.6 to kurla depot so in a month if its ocurs frequently then i have to spent more then what i have to bear daily.
                        So kindly look into the matter and pass on the circulation to all the depot about this matter and guided them about the rules.

                          Before i could board the bus the driver started the bus and i fell down.Bus did not stop to help me.
                          I am a senior citizen of 76 age .The fall had injured my knee.

                            Please refer a below appended mail which is an online receipt received against the payment made by me on 12th December 2016 by using your online portal.

                            Till today I haven't received the pass from Poisar Depot, Kandivali west; your Poisar Depot staff is so rude and unprofessional all the time.

                            Since 17th of December 2016 I have visited several number of times to collect the PASS. But On duty Poisar Depot staff says that we haven't received from Wadala Depot yet, If you have a complaint please refer online BEST personnel.

                            You have already received the amount of Rs.1940/- but I haven't received the PASS, and also I am travelling to office by spending additional amount since 19th of December 2016.

                            I travelling from Charkop to KASAR VADAVALI whereas I am spending Rs.85/- per day that also one-way. When your online systems are so bad and does not deliver the results to customer then why can’t you improve.

                            I have lost faith in your online ticketing system.

                            Please refund my payment by credit the same to my bank account.

                            I will wait till Tuesday for your reply else will be knocking doors of consumer court.

                              I travel daily from gagandeep bus stop (Andheri west) to malad. At approx morning at 9.45 am, bus number 224 i try to pick up to reach my destination. The bus number is mh-01 la 5263.
                              The bus driver drive very roughly. And he even doesnt check that are passengers boarded the bus or not and starts the bus. Like today morning i was taking bus and there few more passengers behind me and he started the bus. Even conductor had not ring the bell. And when i say to conductor he easily says that i didnt ring bell, so dont tell me. If goverment wants that we use public transport more we also want services for it as traveller. And at each stops he stops at end moment with huge break. So that standing passenger fall on each other.
                              I will happy if i get reply back and action is taken on it.

                                There is no bus in the peak hours from Shivaji Park (Ram Ganesh Gadkari Chowk) to Anushakti Nagar, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. 92 Ltd. bus is coming at 08.35 a.m. & after 40-45 minutes, 521 Ltd. Bus is coming at 09.10 a.m., that bus is very crowded. There is no bus from Citylight to Anushakti Nagar, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Please start bus in peak hours (office hours) from Shivaji Park to Anushakti Nagar between 08.30 to 09.00 a.m. daily.

                                    Today, I had to go to Malad To Sanjeevani Hospital where my father Mr Haribans singh is admitted from last 10 days. He is a Kidney failure patient.
                                    I was in a hurry to catch the bus as Senior Nephrologist was going to see my father at 6 pm . At near about 05.10 Pm I saw bus route no 498 limited

                                    Majas Agaar to Borivali. I ran towards the bus. I am pregnant since 1 month. So I boarded the bus from front side. Immediately the bus driver yelled and shouted at me to get down asking me why I boarded from front. I told him I am pregnant. He stopped the bus and told me that i was not looking pregnant. That shameless driver told me this thing in front of passengers. This was very hurting for me. I shouted that I have 2 kids of 11 and 12 year age. He again showed his shameless attitude and told me that I cant have 2 kids.My question is, Should we carry proof of pregnancy or proof of our children? Then I told him that I will not get down. He told me that he will not run the bus until I will get down. He ran the bus and stopped in front of mini police chowki of Shyam Nagar and Shiv Sena office. He stopped the bus and called the constable and one of the politician or social worker of Shiv sena and 2 more people.He started shouting like a gunda and I was in the bus. I came down and he mercilessly ashamed me again telling that i was telling a lie that I m pregnant and he will not run the bus unless I get down. I argued that he was not capable of arguing with me so has he called muscle man to fight with me. After 7 minutes of argument while the bus was standing and public was in the bus. Then the social worker who was driver's known too, asked him what he wanted. He said that he wanted me to get down of the bus.Then the constable told me to get down and climb the bus from behind. I told him that I will do so but this rascal is talking with me in a mawali language saying tu tadak and tere ko and showing me his gundapan while I was speaking with him respectfully calling him AAP and calling him in a decent manner. I will not spare him. The whole way he was bud-budding.
                                    Sir, How can a BEST Bus driver behave with females in this manner.
                                    They think they are the owners of Mumbai and owners of Best Buses. This people are illiterate and rowdies.

                                    I asked the bus conductor for the ticket. He denied to give me the ticket telling me that first I should explain him what happened. I told him to give me the ticket . Then he gave me the ticket.The ticket details are as follows.

                                    Sir, This behavior of the driver was like a sheer gunda who can fight with anybody and can anytime say that he will not run the bus. He is not at all afraid of anybody. He has known too's like Shiv sena leaders and police constables with whose help he can torture and scare a female of my age.
                                    What is this. Suppose your family ladies face such a wild misbehavior, what will be your reaction. I am an educated working women. When this nuisance and dadagiri of Bus drivers and conductors end.

                                    You can see the fate of taxi drivers and auto walas and private transporters who used to speak ruthlessly and used to deny to go to desired destinations. Now half Mumbai is travelling by OLA and UBER which is very cheap then local taxis and are good vehicles. That day will not be far away when Buses will also be privatised. I will publish this whole incident in the news papers.

                                    If I would have argued more may be he would have dragged me down.

                                    I always climb the bus from back side but since I am pregnant and I had to go to hospital urgently where my father is admitted from 24/10/2016 till today, I climbed the bus from front. Is this a very big crime. The driver was behaving with me as if I have done big crime.

                                    You should take strict action against such gunda drivers. They are bringing a bad name to Best Bus services.

                                    The conductor denied from giving the ticket because I told him that I will complaint against the driver. I asked him to give the ticket, he asked me what happened, I explained him, he told that he has seen nothing and that I should have climbed from back. I told him that I am pregnant. Once again I had to explain that I m pregnant. Then he gave me the ticket. I climbed the bus at Durga Nagar and he gave me ticket at Shyam Nagar. Both Driver and conductor misbehaved with me. I can lodge a police complaint against them but first I have informed you. I will inform this to transport ministry also.I believe that through this forum I will get justice as I have heard that your authority is strict against nuisance and misbehavior of employees.

                                    I am educated, so I am complaining. The BEST authorities also know that BEST bus drivers and conductors dont have manners of speaking and are very rude. People face this daily but ignore because public has to suffer from public servants.

                                      BEST bus no. 511 runs in Mumbai between Nerul Station to Mulund.
                                      In its every travel this bus makes a long duration halt at Ghatkopar depot and ends up with shifting of the passengers from one bus to another.
                                      Whenever commuters asks officials for the reason, the same reason they gives every time that present bus is not running proper, or engine running out of fuel.
                                      Kindly resolve this issue asap, as this is the only bus running from shivaji nagar to Mulund via LBS Road.

                                        I want to give the suggestion for the best buses. All the buses should have the safety. Cause there are lots of stolen is happening now a days. I hope then passenger will feel good if there is safety. There are many gang robbers who doesn't let people move down and stole mobiles, volet/ Purse, Laptop etc. And the robber fool us. And the conductor and drivers also does not support the passengers at all. I request if you take this suggestion and look after all the BEST BUS safetyness.
