Best route no. C12 and route no. 229

The BEST buses on route no. C12 and route no.229 are not plying as per the frequency. It takes 35-45 mins for another bus to come. This waiting time is too much. Frequency and not stopping at the stop

Wrong bus route pass given

I took the 3 month bus pass from mulund check naka bus depot. I asked for the pass from mulund check naka to bhandup Sonapur, but was given the pass from mulund station (w) to Sonapur. This has happened 70% of times that I have travelled by AC bus. Earlier I used to take 461 from Mulund depot, now I take 525 or 524 from Bhandup pumping station.
