    On 10August wall around swiching equipment and transformer collapsed in heavy rain.

    Location is junction of Mogal Lane and Vardraj Adya marg, Mumbai 400016.

    In May 2022 the weak condition of wall was informed to BEST managers in writing followed up with calls.

    Debris of collapsed wall has fallen on underground water storage tank. Risk to passersby and to residents.

      Hello,

      Am a resident of Mhada, Mulund (East), Mumbai 400081. As my daughter and his school collegue of School "St. Mary's Convent High School" Daily travels from Mulund East to Mulund West. The Only Bus we have is As-403 which is timed at 7:25 am. Which we had found that is not comming on time and 2 or 3 occassion in every week the Bus is not at all avalible between time 7:00 am to 8:00 am. Due to which the Girls students of St. Mary School suffers to reach school on time and they try other mean of transportation and reach.

      Same thing happen when school leaving at 2:30 pm the bus is not avalible for the student of school please do allocate the Bus during leaving time at 2:45 pm.

      The Student from Standard Jr. KG to 10th Standard are travelling from School to Mulund East nearly 150 + students that to Girls Students.

      Request you to take it on priority and resolve the issue related Bus Avalibility of AS-403.

        I'm was traveling in bus. The bus was fully crowd. 35 person to sit & 14 to stand in bus and it was written in the bus. But the conductor was allowing to much people in the nearly the bus was with 60 people in the bus.

                We have never used more than 300 units of electricity in a month in last whole year and this time we are shown a usage of 818 units i feel there is a mistake in checking the meter or the meter is faulty. Ihave attached an copy of bill please check and correct the bill.

                    Dear team,
                    At rout 451 we need BEST busses atleast at peak times.
                    Here travelers are very high due to school timing and office timing.
                    Currently contracted mini tempo traveler is comming and its very difficult to accommodate such a huge number of persons.

                    Please help us by providing best own medium size buses at peak time at route no 451.

                      Today when I was travelling from BEST from St Lawrence to Teen Taki this conductor told that I’ve to pay luggage charges as I was carry a medium size luggage bag which was empty…he told me that I’ve to pay luggage just because of the size of bag …when I asked where it is written then he told me it’s written in BEST rules when I asked him to show me proof he asked me to go and check…when I asked him to show on google it said it’s not written on google but it’s available offline..

                          MY CONSUMER NO - [protected], in the name of Noor Mohammadali Hakim, Address- R:12, F:GRD W:P:391/92 Hakim Bunglow Shaikh Misree Road; Antophill Mumbai - 400037, from Past 2 months i am receiving Electricity Bill of Rs 4080, We dont have such a huge consumption of electricity .You can check our bill from Jan to Apr our bill usually comes between Rs 2000 to 2800 from past 2 month we are getting bill of Rs 4080 which is on higher side, could you please look into this as we are from the middle class family & getting this much bill every month is not possible to pay .last month have paid taking loan from my friend this month too the same amount .Please look into this & do the needful

                            Dear sir this isn't a complain. It's a suggestion that please get rid of the small buses for busiest routes like bus no 266 and 252 as the bus always gets overcrowded and also the head keeps on banging because of the luggage rack. Get bigger buses like Tata Marco Polo bus as in regular routes and put these buses in some silent routes as stops in middle of this route neither get a place to seat nor to stand.
                            Please sir lot of public travels in this busy route all the time or increase the bus frequency from 10 minutes to 5 minutes which will be really helpful. But still I suggest get rid of these buses and bring bigger non AC buses as many people get down without ticket which is a great loss for you

                            Also buses like 255 and 355 which used to start from versova have been stopped. I know the routes are very long. Instead buses like this should start from juhu bus depot and end till Sion bus depot would save lot of time i guess

                            Also bus no 255 which diverts through kala nagar bandra East should be rectified and take right from ongc instead of going straight which will save 20 minutes i guess as lot of traffic gets jammed near bandra mhada office as it's a very narrow lane

                              This is to lodge a complaint of excess electricity bills. We were out of town for 3 weeks in the month of May, hence there was very less consumption of electricity. The bill was however, amounting to INR 10, 000. This is very high.

                              Please send someone to recheck the meter reading device to correct any fault in order to resolve this issue.

I request the department to study my last 6 months bill and give an explanation for the increased bill and refund the excess amount charged

                                  We live in Mumbai Null Bazar area. Building name Abba Building situated at 45 S.V.Patel Road, Mumbai - 400003. There has been continuous power outage from the month of April 2022 till date on a regular, daily or alternate basis. But the BEST Undertaking hasn't undertaken the work required to stop this issue. They themselves have confirmed that the Underground cables have been burnt & faulty & they are managing it in single cable instead of total 4. Due to this we the tenants of Abba Building have been facing power outages & even after complaining they everytime just change the fuse but don't undertake the required work of changing the cables & solving the issue permanently. This is causing a lot of damage to our Electrical Appliances too & disrupting our daily life & work. Kindly take strict action to see that the issue is resolved by working on grass root level.

                                    HI I have received a Elecricity bill of ₹4, 000 for the month of April and now I have received even higher bill of ₹5800 for the month of May 2022. My average usage for the last 12 months is around 200 to 250 units for which bill was coming for ₹2000 approx but now my bill is showing the usage of 400 to 500 units, double than what I am using, My usage has not increase in the last 12 months and suddenly such high bills are causing lot of stress to me kindly help

                                      I had visited last month at magathane depot for renewal of my zero balance pass, but the staff present there told me to bring my online disability certificate. My online disability certificate is under process, today i had travelled from Dahisar to Borivali in best bus number 7500 "route 462", the bus conductor took ticket charges from me saying that this old zero balance pass should be surrendered at magathane depot. He also told me that this pass is cancelled 2 months back, till yesterday i was traveling with my old zero balance pass and tickets were also getting printed. Today also, i had travelled till kandivali after getting down at borivali from bus number 7500. The tickets were getting printed.
                                      What is the reason for troubling public for this little issue ?
                                      I am mumbai citizen not outsider, if my online disability certificate is under process that's not my fault.
