Hi, my name is Anjali. This complaint is against Britannia Rusks. It was really horrible when found bugs on the newly opened packet. Not only one infact on each and every rusk there were rusks coming out from the holes. This is really ridiculous. People trust such brands so badly and it's one of the known Companies we have in India. Request you to please take action on this.

Hi, I had purchased a Rs 20 pack (3 packs) of nutri choice digestive biscuit in the 1st week of May (haven't got time to write a mail). When we were consuming one of the pack on 10th May, after having 1 bite I noticed that the biscuit has human hair as one of the added foreign ingredient. This is not the first time when we have seen quality compromise with Nuri choice biscuits, experienced other quality issues couple of times earlier but reporting it for the the first time. Before this we experienced weird taste of nuri choice biscuit + the texture of biscuit was not rough (actual texture) but it was smooth shiny and because of that it was very sticky and was not melting in mouth like it use to otherwise I would expect Britannia team to take strict action against this since these are kind of initial warning alarms for the company's credibility and trust among consumers. I love Britannia nurti choice biscuits and I am a big fan of it but trust me such repetitive quality compromise issues will fade your image in market and give competition a great opportunity to grab your market share (trust me word of mouth is very strong and trustworthy publicity in either positive or negative side) Regards, Prashant Deshmukh [protected]

Hi, I bought 'Britannia Mari Gold' packet 120 gm from Bangalore, Lot. No. A[protected]B. Mfg. 05/04/15. I found lots dust like particles in the biscuits. I checked at least 5 pieces and found all are in same condition. It was unexpected from reputed brand like Britannia and am highly disappointed. Please plan for compensation money or I have to complain to Food ministry of India and will be bound to expose it to the Social Media. Dear Sir This is to inform you that when my son was eating the Nutrichoice Digestive 5 grain Brittania Biscuit, a piece of plastic was found inside the biscuit. I would like to have an explanation from Brittania how such foreign particles can be allowed without being detected during the production process. I am attaching the photo proof. On 17.04.2015, I purchased a packet of Britannia whole wheat bread, which I opened on 18.4.2015 . The first 2 slices of bread were brown, the ones below were partly White . The white portion progressed to the bottom of the packet . This shows that the bread is WHITE, but just colored to make it appear as whole wheat, at the price of 100% whole wheat bread . I hope Britannia reads this, or some further action will be taken . Below is the proof of the same .

Today dated[protected] at 7:15pm I purchased a packet of Britannia Bread. When I reached home, then I saw a dead bee inside the packet, while packet is sealed & no tear off from anywhere. Then I called to customer care no, mentioned on the packet. I talked with Aishwarya which is from Bangalore office. She has given me a complaint no. 32273. But really I am very disappointed, how they packed without quality check.

This is utterly nonsense of why a brand like Britania was giving up their standards and quality to third party manufacturers like the Abhiruchi foods hyderabad. Here are the pictures that i got in a bread which i thought to be safe as some qualified personnel will be looking after quality control but for my shock this happened "A little worm that has been developed inside the crumb". are u kidding me with the bread which has been processed a long time back and repacking with a date that is legally allowed. Congrats u lost a honest consumer

Pack. 66+9gms16/1/15and3011598 On 26th March and found block specks on all biscuits.I registered a complaint On27th and complaint no is 31836. there was a call on 28th from chennai office and I Explained and they said it will be taken care.Sofar no one has come to see and collect the defective sample and no calls. should I take a photo and send it. I bought Britannia treat from near retailer in Sejbahar, Raipur(chattisgarh), but yesterday when i was eating my eyes was shocked to see the shiny thing on cream, which later i came to know that its a glass piece. I am worried what would have happen if i would have eaten that glass piece.

I bought Britannia Marie Gold Biscuit yesterday and while eating found a hair in the cookie. I have attached the pictures of the same and I have kept the biscuit safely preserved. Britannia is world wide famous company and everyone trusts the brand. But I was shocked and really disappointed to face such experience with the company.

I bought a Britannia cake (Choco Chill) today (Date: 4 February 2015) and after eating the first piece of cake I found there was fungus in the cake. It is very much disturbing. I am very much diappointed from yours services today morning only i had purchased a packet of biscuit from my near by market in rohini PKD A121495 LOT NO 12C02 PKD DATE: 03/12/14 what i m getting in ur packet is hair in your biscuits . THIS TYPES OF PRODUCT ARE YOU PROVIDING TO US I had already complaint about you people on your complaint no and if you people will not give me response m going to file a case against you in consumer court you people are keeping that much unhygienic workers under your services .till now i was a daily consumer of your product but now after having this much unhygienic product from your side ..being a responsible person of society m not gone a leave you people .R u people not having any concern with consumer health .being a reputed company in todays timing this product are you serving your customers

Recently i bought a biscuit packet (Britannia Krunch) and the biscuits had fungus on them. Few months back also this incident happened when i bought Britannia Nice Time biscuits. What for are the quality departments when they fail to check these sort of products? I'm sure there are so many products which lack quality check and are distributed in market. Something needs to be done. It can affect health of many. It's a serious concern. This is highly unacceptable. I am looking forward for an escalation and want to sue the company.

I am residing in Singapore and i bought a box of Britannia cookies butter flavour. As I opened it today morning I found the entire packet of biscuits infected with fungus.This has come to me as a great shock a d I would like to complain about the same and would request for an action against the same.
